Nestled in North Conway, this lovely house for $755 per night is a great option for your next break. ***Note: This listing is only for the North Wing of the Hillside Lodge (HA7563015) and can accommodate up to 16 guests. Additional guests up to 22 can be accommodated for an extra fee, which will open up an additional 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. You will have complete privacy as the South Wing will not be occupied during your stay but it is also off limits to you without explicit permission from the homeowner. You will have full access to the exterior grounds.*** Welcome to the North Wing of the Hillside Lodge! A large family-friendly home with 5 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms and 4,500 sq ft of living space (expandable to 7 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms and 5,650 sq ft of living space for an extra fee), perfect for accommodating multiple families of 16 (expandable up to 22 for an extra fee). This rental property is tucked away in a secluded 2.5 acre wooded lot on top of a hill overlooking a private koi pond. It was built in 2003 and features a large, modern and fully stocked kitchen and spacious living/dining rooms that form a single expansive open-concept space, great for entertaining guests and the entire group can gather around for activities. There are 3 huge bedrooms, each with its own en suite bathroom and can accommodate a small family. The master bedroom on the main floor has a king bed, crib, changing table, jetted tub and its own smart thermostat, great for a family with an infant. The 2 upstairs bedrooms each include a queen bed, twin over full bunk beds, toddler bed and another smart thermostat, ideal for larger families. The house features radiant in-floor heating and a humidity controlled air exchanger to keep your toes warm and your throat from drying out in the winter and mini split AC units in every room to keep you cool in the summer. 2 gas fireplaces offer additional heat when needed, burns cleanly and safely and provide a warm ambiance. 40,000 BTUs of air conditioning is more than enough to cool the whole property in the summer. The entire house is wired with a mesh wifi network for high speed internet and full coverage throughout. There is a washer/dryer onsite available to use. This rental property is conveniently located under 10 mins from North Conway Village, Storyland, Saco River and the Settlers Green outlet shopping center. For the skiers and snowboarders, Cranmore and Attitash Mountain Resorts are just 2 and 13 minutes away respectively. Sleeps 16 comfortably in beds but expandable to 18 with 2 pullout sofa beds. A crib, 2 toddler beds and a pack and play available upon request (6 additional guests can be accommodated for an extra fee) ***Note: The rental property has a CCTV camera system installed on the exterior for security purposes only and it is never monitored unless there is an incident. The owners were easy to communicate with, nice house for very large groups. Outside of the property not in great shape. Some rooms need some work. Air conditioning was very good and the Kitchen was adequate.

Great size home for larger parties and wonderful hosts! Very responsive, organized and helpful. Super close to downtown and plenty of local hiking. Very functional for families with small children as well. We cooked Thanksgiving dinner with 11 people eating that day and had most of what we needed to make that happen in addition to a nice big table for us all to sit at. My only feedback would be to clean up the fire pit area a bit for updates, but we still fully enjoyed that outdoor space as well. Perfect fall holiday getaway.

There was a total of 16 people in my group thats including lot of kids and toddlers and let me tell you no one bother each other there was enough space for every single person. I loved the game room and play area for toddlers it kept them busy. Tha only thing I suggest is that drive way needs asphalt because when it rains it gets really mudy and messy.

We had a wonderful stay. With 4 adults, 3 teens, and a two year old, there was more than enough room for everyone. Comfy beds and furnishings, a large kitchen, and numerous bathrooms made our stay comfortable and relaxing . The home is lovely, and the location is awesome.

found this perfect gem so many large rooms for families to hang out - living room, dining room, family/play room all in one large stretch. large open floor plan. loved that infant/toddler items were available and ready to use -- crib, toddler bed, high chair and TOYS will be back in the future

This was our first time renting this property and it worked out great for our group of 5 friends. The location was perfect and we loved spending our evenings hanging out in the living /dining area with the gas fireplace! We had hoped to be able to use the outside fire pit area, but unfortunately, the weather did not cooperate. We were a group of 5 women, so it was especially nice to all have our own rooms! The owners (Lisa and Bobby), were a pleasure to deal with, and responded immediately to our inquiries.

This property is perfect for families, especially those with younger kids. The bedrooms in the main level are huge! The kids loved watching the frogs in the koi pond and playing in the game room. The location is great, close to so many things. The communication from the owners was excellent!

My family of 8 adults and 4 children stayed here. It was an amazing house and exactly as pictured. Everything we needed was in the house and it offered space for everyone to enjoy time together, but also apart. The location of the house is within 10 minutes of hiking, Diane's Bath, the Saco, outlets, restaurants, and more. We enjoyed the fire pit at night and a nice secluded area!

This house was perfect for our extended family. It was spacious for all of us, we never felt like we were in each others space. It is located so close to everything. The kids enjoyed the game room and the adults enjoyed the spacious kitchen. Our favorite was all 14 of us fit at the dining room table for dinners and game night. All 14 of us now know of this hidden gem and plan on a return visit in our near future. Thanks so much!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at this rental property. The location was perfect- less than a mile from Cranmore and super close to downtown. We had a group of four families and we found that the best thing about this property for us was that space. Each family had plenty of room to be comfortable. The kids loved the game room and also having plenty of space to spread out. It worked out so well we hopefully plan on returning next year!
