Adequate accommodations with good space. Wish it were cleaner & had AC.

Location, lots of space and on top floor of building.

No AC, wasn’t as clean as I expect. Finding keys was a bit of a challenge.

Excellent location - great host

Location is excellent. Very neat and clean. Had everything a family needs. 10 out of 10 for this property. Alison was really helpful and even organized extra parking for us.

Great accommodation. Convenient to everywhere and fabulous for a family.

Everything was there for us as described. Lots of space, very comfortable. Great for the family with younger kids. Even a couple of surprise little bonuses on arrival. Awesome to have parking too. Great little Japanese restaurant below.

The lift to the 7th floor. Often had to wait for it and it is a wee bit noisy in the master bedroom.

Great location, cosy stay, fully worth the price!

The location was perfect - literally in the heart of the city. The living area was spacious and cosy, the kitchen was well-equipped and had most things you'd need during a stay. I was impressed that they even included a small sewing kit, as my coat pocket had a hole that needed mending. There is a dedicated parking lot for your vehicle, so you need not worry about having a parking space - do note that it is only for a single vehicle, however. The apartment's location is also the starting point for tram city tours, so those who are keen to explore the city via tram would benefit. The bowl of fruit on arrival was a nice touch that made us feel extra welcome :)

The apartment is split across 2 levels - the 3 rooms and 2 bathrooms were located on the upper floor, while the lower floor had the living area, kitchen, and one toilet. We had 4 seniors in our group, so there was a bit of inconvenience because of this. I may have missed this in the description, but I wish I knew about this prior to booking. Also, a highlight of this place is its centrality, but it is a double-edged sword - Friday and Saturday nights can tend to get noisy as people have too much to drink. We could hear a fair bit of shouting and revelry, although it did not really disturb our sleep.

A perfect apartment and a perfect location with a very helpful host for a larger group to stay.

The apartment was spacious, quiet and well equipped. Our group of three adults, one 8 year old and two 7 year old children found the apartment to be everything we needed for our Christchurch adventures. The location is excellent with easy walking access to places like shops, parks and the bus depot. Our host Alison was super helpful which we very much appreciated. We highly recommend a stay here.

Pretty much everything. The property manager was very responsive and helpful. Great instructions to access the apartment!

The bathroom window is a little public - the apartment next door has great views. More frosting wouldn’t go astray. The building lift is a slow ol’ poke and struggles with volumes at times.

Great apartment with amazing hosts!

Alison the host was very hospitable. There were so many lovely touches, the place was extremely comfortable, very central in location and with a gorgeous view! Would definitely stay there again.

Pleasant stay at a home away from home.

Proximity to CBD. Tram right at the entrance/exit. Good cafes and restaurants within 100m. Views from lounge and upstairs bedroom were lovely. The bath was relaxing. Well equipped kitchen. Laundry facilities were a bonus. Also, additional toilet on the lower level was handy. Clean sheets and towels. Owners communicated promptly and were kind enough to make some last minute changes to bed configuration. Instructions were very clear and helpful. Underground parking.

No air-conditioning in the lounge, but rooms were all supplied with a fan.

the owners provided easy to follow instructions on how to access the property and helpful hints on the best places to eat and visit. They weren't wrong in their recommendations. It resulted in having a memorable stay and made the most of our 2 short days.

The location is superb! Right where the tram station is! Communication was good. Stay was comfortable.

TV channels are quite limited. Basement carpark was quite tight for us but we managed.

Convenient and comfortable stay

Prime location, right smack in the middle of Christchurch. We had plenty of food options just a few steps away. Appreciated the allocated parking space in the secure underground carpark. The apartment had a great unblocked view facing the New Regent Street Precinct. It was spacious and well-equipped. Would definitely stay again.

Alison is so accomodating and friendly. The place had everything we needed and wanted, a beautiful, comfortable space, right in the heart of the City.

Finding the entrance was tricky, instructions could be explained better, using pictures.

10/10 superb clean & modern apartment

Nothing was lacking; absolutely fantastic accommodation!!! Such thoughtful touches & amenities provided by the host (it even had sanitary pads and sewing kit!) Super comfy beds - these were far more comfortable than 4-star hotel beds. Right behind the Cathedral, the tram stop is down at the apartment lobby

Great views, close to everything

Central to everything, this roomy and well-equipped two-storey apartment was terrific for three of us travelling together. Being able to cook a meal and do a load of washing was an added bonus - as was the view from the lounge room out towards the mountains. Great comms from the owners too all the way along.

This is an observation, and certainly not a complaint - the third bedroom has shelves only, however the other rooms have plenty of wardrobe space and we shared it happily.

Highly recommended!

Fantastic apartment that is so close to everything! Bus just around the corner to access airport/gondola/all major attractions. Spacious apartment with 3 good sized bedrooms. Love the full dining table and 2 couches which gave our family plenty of space. Views were amazing. Thanks for having us.

Great location, secure, nice views at sunset and sunrise, very clean and spacious.

Excellent location, easy walk to everything. Hosts were very communicative and pleasant. Great apartment.

The extractor fans in the bathroom and toilet were unpleasantly noisy and they came on automatically when the light was turned on. The smoke alarm in one bedroom was immediately above the bed and the red light on it blinked every few seconds - wouldn’t have mattered if I had taken an eye mask.

Great communication from host, was able to find they keys and get in at 3am when we arrived. great location just a short walk to everything.
