House was very nice and was just as described by owner. Movie theatre and game room were fantastic. It was cold during our visit but the pool heater heated the pool to a nice warm temperature. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need.
TVs were in every room but it was difficult to figure out the multiple remotes. Perhaps if they were labeled for the specific room with short instructions would help.
Overall this was a great place to stay. We had a wonderful time.

The 3 themed bedrooms and the game room were big hits. Tips:
1) Every person old enough to drive needs to be listed. The gated neighborhood will NOT let anyone in whose not on the list.
2) Bring your own toilet paper, paper towels, napkins, hand towels, dish towels, dish detergent, laundry detergent, etc. We've stayed in many vrbos, but this one was the least stocked. 13 of us stayed for 3 days. The existing toilet paper and paper towels only made it through that first day.
3) I would recommend bringing your own pots and pans as well. Theirs were not only peeling and scratched, but I had to wash them before use as some were still greasy. We ended up washing all the dishes before using them, since a mug we pulled out of the cabinet hadn't been washed. (also debris in couches and dust bunnies under the beds)
4) You have to pay extra to heat Jacuzzi. It does NOT get hot; more like warm bath water.
5) the toilet was running continuously and we were told to turn off the water until the following day when they could get to it. Also, the kitchen faucet sprayed out of the side when you turned it on.
6) Media room: chairs don't work and are peeling; no batteries for game controllers; Issues with streaming on the tv.
The POC was easy to contact and seemed nice enough. Overall, we had a good time, but it's not worth the price.

On the first night, we turned on the TV in the living room and half the screen wasn't displaying.
We called the property manager and he showed up the next morning with a brand new 70" TV! Just a great example of the great customer service we received on on trip.

This house was perfect for our family of 8 adults and 3 children. The themed rooms, game room and theatre room were great and a big hit. We were surprised that toilet paper and garbage bags weren’t supplied. And for a house that can sleep 19 only 3 wine glasses were available. Plenty of plates, bowls & coffee cups. We did have a great time enjoying the pool and hot tub. I would recommend this to others and would return.

It was a great place to stay. Great location. If I had one complaint it would be we paid to have the pool and jacuzzi heated and although unseasonably cold during our stay the water was not warm enough. The kids didn’t care so it ended up being fine!

Roof prev patched but had 3 huge leaks needed 3 more times with roofers
Book about house had no maps in it to know where oasis club was or any other helpful tips for restaurants nearby

Loved our stay at this property! We had 3 families with us and plenty of room. The bedrooms were great, the common areas were plenty. The owner was very responsive when we communicated and we had a great time. Would not hesitate to recommend this property to anyone. Thanks for allowing us to enjoy your place.

We wanted one place where we could all be together to celebrate my birthday. There were 12 of us and this property had everything we were looking for. Our grandkids had fun in the arcade room and we all enjoyed the pool and spa. We didn't even get to use the theater room. The dining room allowed us to all sit together for meals. Best birthday experience I could have asked for!

House was perfect for our large group. Kids had a blast in the pool every day. Oasis club was fun for them as well. More tables and chairs would have been nice as it was quite busy. Only downside was travel time to Disney properties. It seemed that traffic was heavy no matter what time you went out. But we had a wonderful time.

The house was outfitted perfectly for a family vacation with small children. There were thoughtful touches through, including a pack ‘n play, stuffed animals on the childrens’ beds and nightlights throughout. The pool alarm was a nice safety feature as well. We’d absolutely come back!

This home was exactly like the listing. But the pictures did the home no justice. It was clean, comfortable, spacious and enjoyable. My family and I really really enjoyed our stay. My daughter couldn’t stay out of the pool and was in love with the Frozen themed bedroom! Even when small issues occurred, the property manager was quick to come to the home to fix whatever the issue was. Nonetheless, if I was to return to FL on vacation , I would without a doubt stay at this property again.

Just spent a week at this property with all my kids and grandkids. We spent 3 days at Disney but everyone agrees that our favorite part of the vacation was hanging out at the pool and the game room! We had little kids and teenagers and there was something for everyone! We had an epic air hockey tournament. And the dining room table was big enough for all of us - what a treat. Cannot recommend this place enough!

It was a great place for our group of nine family members ranging from age 4-62 to stay. A couple things that were disappointing was the way the TVs were set up. Almost everyone of them had to be attached to a cord that was dangling and there were tons of remotes all over the house so it was very confusing. Also, the movie theater recliners didn’t recline, which was a bummer. Overall, though, it was a great place to stay! We loved the pool area, especially!! The layout of the house was nice too.

We brought a large group of 4 families (~15-18 with about half adults and children). Check-in/out was easy although the gate security to the subdivision was very rude the first evening. We did not have to interact with them again, fortunately. The home was clean, the furnishing comfortable, and plenty of space for everyone. Some of the amenities were out of order during our stay, including several arcade machines and the heater/pump for the pool and hot tub so the children were disappointed by that. Otherwise, our stay was excellent, everyone was well accommodated and we would definitely stay again.

This house checked all of the boxes.
The 6 and 8 year olds could not get enough of the arcade. Pinball, Air Hockey, PAC Man and much more. The children were asking if they could have that at home.
The pool and hot tub were perfect after a long day at Disney World. We were very happy that we had it heated. It was a little chilly when we were there. The heater helped tremendously.
The movie theater was wonderful! Watching a movie before bed was the best to decompress.
The upstairs and downstairs laundry rooms were a life saver!
The themed bedrooms were great for the kids. They were so excited to go to bed in their rooms. It was also great to have 3 master bedrooms for the adults. Everyone was comfortable.
The kitchen and the living and dining area was very spacious and a great place to just hang out. In addition the outside covered dining area was fantastic.
I would definitely recommend this house to others. Good times for everyone!

The property was amazing even better in person than the pictures. There are so many amenities that we did not have time to use them all. Everyone in the family loved it and would love to stay there again but just for the house alone that’s how much they enjoyed it. After long days at the park the beds were so comfortable! It was plenty of space for our group that had great grand parents to infants. The open kitchen dining room and living room was great to gather. The theater room was awesome to watch the World Series in! Over all we had an amazing trip at Disney World. It was great to have a place were we could all get together for family time without it being a hotel common place. It made the trip that much more memorable. The host was great and very hospitable.

The house size and location was perfect for my family and we really enjoyed the pool and arcade. The house size is as advertised but is very worn. We arrived to find the stove top cracked, multiple shelves in the fridge broke, the pool dirty and needing to be skimmed, coffee maker broke, arcade game buttons not functioning, stair railing needing repair and significantly worn carpet and towels. Arcade game and stair railing was fixed the next day by the property manager. The coffee maker was replaced two days later after I purchased a new one from Target. Again, the house is very nice and has a lot of potential to being amazing but you can tell it's being rented weekly and not being kept up to a high standard.

Huge house, nice pool and decent location. Right now there is ALOT of construction close to the expressway, so getting to and from Disney was 45-60 min. Hopefully, that is better soon. House did feel a little worn down, loose faucets, dirty carpet, some games didn't work, and some signs of bugs. Overall good experience and affordable.

My parents, husband, children and I rented this home for 6 days. We all had an amazing time. I initially could not access my messages on VRBO and contacted the owner on how to enter the home. Cary, who is the property owner, responded within a minute. He was great. There was a storm, which caused outages, the previous evening and we were unable to connect to the wi-fi. Cary contacted the provider and immediately took care of the issue. My kids loved the claw machine in the arcade room which was amazing. The room was better looking than any of the arcades I’ve been to. Loved the theater room which was just as amazing as the rest of the home. Harry Potter, Frozen, Mickey, Star Wars and adult bedrooms were beautiful. The pool was great and for younger kids they have alarms on the back doors for safety reasons. We had a great time and definitely would come back many more times.

On the first day, we discovered that one of the beds was broken. I sent a message to Cary Parson. He respond immediately and the property manager came over later to fix the bed. Later on that night I bedtime we discovered the two beds in the Star Wars room were broken as well. I sent a message to Cary and he sent the property manager again to fix these two beds the next day. My kids had to sleep on the floor that night. Day 2! Later on that night after dinner my sister killed two baby roaches in the kitchen. At first, we were hoping that it was something else. Until about 2:30 am on day 2 I was using the restroom when a huge roach was crawling right by my head on the counter! I screamed and run out of the restroom. My son tried to find it but had no luck. I messaged Cary that morning at about 2:45 am. His response was we don’t have roaches they are water bugs. He asked me to take a picture of whatever I saw. So I did and sent it to his property manager. They both responded with they are water bugs. Day 3! Well, that morning after cooking breakfast my sister killed the huge one from earlier that morning. I took pictures and sent them. Long story made short the property manager came over and discovered a nest of huge roaches and baby roaches. He discovered them coming from the front porch trash container. He stated that they don’t clean that because it’s the responsibility of the HOA! He also stated that he was happy that’s all we have seen!!! He apologized and called Mr. Cary immediately! I listened to him tell Me. Cary about the roaches. He also took a video of the roaches. He sent the video to Cary. He sprayed and left some Raid for us to spray if we see anymore. Well, we were spraying the rest of our time in this home. We killed and sprayed SEVERAL more after that!!! I have tried to reach out to Cary about refunding me for our experience at his home. I asked him for half of our money back!! Unfortunately, he has not responded at all after his property manager told him it was indeed roaches in his home. I immediately called for the exterminator when I came home. I had my home and my sister’s home treated just incase something came home with us! Don’t rent from this guy.
