Our luxurious vacation home is located in the Windsor at Westside, one of newest and most prestigious resort communities in Orlando/Kissimmee area. Our home is minutes away from Disney theme parks, Universal studio, dining, shopping, golf, and much more. A very spacious 8 beds/6 baths of 4100 sqft, equipped with dual zone AC, our home ensures you a very comfortable stay while you relax and celebrate with families and friends. *** New Owner just changed all old mattresses to brand new memory foam mattresses *** Nestled at the best location within the resort, our villa has stunning views with resort lake to the front and conservation/natural lake to the rear side. It only takes 3 minutes to walk to the fantastic resort club house. The 10,000-sqft club house is the center piece of Windsor, including amenities surely entertain both kids and adults. We have stayed in this neighborhood a few times and have rented other homes. This house was well stocked with towels and even has shampoo, conditioner, and body soap dispensers in all of the showers. We paid to have the pool heated and even though temperatures were down into the 60's the few days we were there, the pool was heated and the kids were able to swim. I suspect that whoever stayed the week before us had heated the pool plus they had temperatures in the 70's which probably helped us as well. I thought perhaps I would be wasting our money to heat the pool, but we were able to use it. That has not been the case in the past at other rentals. The kitchen is well stocked with lots of pans and skillets. There is only one cookie sheet which has seen better days. The stove has three burners that work and the oven is very slow to preheat. We prepared all of out meals at the house and worked around these issues. The house was clean and the manager was easy to work with. We would stay here again.

There were 19 of us total, ranging in ages from 7 months and up - a total of 6 different families. We all felt the place was very spacious and comfortable! We had enough space to accomodate everybody. Big enough table for all of us to sit together and attached to living area to hang together with an additional living space upstairs!
There was a number change to our reservation and Sherri was quick to respond and super nice! We also had a question and reached out to the on spot people listed at the resort and they were also quick to respond as well!
This was a disney vacation for us and we were also super close to the parks, max time being 25 minutes away (sea world) but most being only 15.
Overall. Highly recommend this property!

Being walking distance to the clubhouse was great. Besides enjoying the pool at the house, the lazy river at the clubhouse was a lot of fun. We were also able to walk and watch our family play volleyball.
The house had everything we needed. There were plenty of towels and other supplies. The large table was perfect for eating together and for playing games.
Sherry's hostess booklet was helpful. She gave places of interest. Most of our family went to one of the springs mentioned in the book and had an awesome time.
We have stayed in other houses in the area and this was our favorite!!

Upon arrival, the house was clean and neatly set up. House had tons of space for our group of 16. We never ran out of hot water once while we were there. After long days at the park, the pool and hot tub were nice to come home to. The community pool area was also fantastic, and the bar served good food and drinks. Sherry was awesome to work with and answered all of our questions promptly. We were short on some silverware and wash clothes when we arrived, and she had more sent to the house by the end of the day. Overall, we had a great stay and would stay here again. Thanks for adding to our wonderful vaction.

The Sweet: Sherry, the owner was very understanding and easy to communicate with. The home was beautifully decorated, plenty of open spaces and mostly clean (hair covered sheets and spare sheets in front room). Anything you would need was provided. My family enjoyed the amenities at the clubhouse. We would absolutely return again!
The Sour: Pictures of the pool was deceiving. There are no lights in the pool area. The well lit beautiful picture of the pool and one with all the inflatables…great pic, but that’s not what you get. The reality is the pool lights are not working. So when it get dark outside your swimming in the dark. Great for lovers, bad for small children and those with disabilities. We chose the location because the pictures showed awell lit pool. We were very disappointed and frustrated. Sherry’s property manager, Russ was off absolutely NO help. He said “he contacted the pool maintenance team to take a look and see how quickly it could be repaired” and then I never heard from him again. Just poor service! Sherry refunded the $150 pool heat deposit as compensation for the money we spent buying lights for the pool area. Little compensation for a huge loss in my opinion. Until the pics match the reality I think everyone should be aware. Overall, my family rated this stay 4/5. The home was comfortable and we would stay again.

This was an annual Moms getaway we have been doing for 7 years!! With such a large group (13 women) it is hard to please everyone but this year was PERFECT! Great living space, everything you need is right there! Perfect amount of seating and socializing places. The pool area was perfect!! The kitchen was well equipt for all of our meals! The host was excellent about communication!! Beautiful community, great amenities!! Such a wonderful experience!!

Overall great house. Plenty of room, there were 19 of us and we all were comfortable. Kids loved the pool, adults loved the hot tub and hanging out around the table outside enjoying the warm weather.

This property is awesome! My expectations were exceeded! The rooms are as big and as clean as they appear in photos! While nothing is perfect, the minor issues we had were solved by the property manager immediately. And when I say minor… the laundry room light went out, they replaced same day, the outdoor tv had connection issues, they replaced immediately! The beds are super comfortable and the amount of “first supplies” was plenty to last my family of 8 a full week. Property is close to Disney parks with minimal traffic!!

First and foremost, Sherry was an exemplary hostess! My father went into hospice when our trip was originally booked. As I struggled to find someone to replace me as my group's liaison, Sherry was kind, speedy, and professional. When my group made the decision to postpone our trip for a year sp that I may still attend, she even made all the necessary updates for us.
Once inside the home, its clear that Sherry's thought of everything! From paper towels, trash bags and dish detergent, to wine openers, serving bowls and multiple types of coffee makers, our group was constantly impressed by what was included.
Of note: Pay to heat the hot tub and pool! We wrongly assumed the water would be hot due to the Florida heat (it was 80s/90s), but both were frigid all weekend. Its worth the money!!!
And, if you suffer from any back trouble, consider bringing a cushion for your back as the beds are firm. ;-)

We stayed for two nights before leaving for a cruise. There was 16 of us and there was plenty of space. We loved the water park and accommodations that were only a 5 minute walk away. Thank you Sherry for sharing this beautiful home.

We rented this beautiful home for a weekend stay to enjoy Epcot and a private pool. It was perfect for our group of 14 adults.
Since we arrived prior to the 4:00 pm check-in, we started our stay at the community pool. It was nice to have this option with a bar, large bathrooms to change and a kid-friendly pool area, should you need it.
We went to Disney Springs and Epcot during our visit. Drive times varied with the traffic. It took us about 30 minutes. Ride share options were plentiful.
The pool and hot tub were amazing and we spent a day just enjoying the home. We were told it would take about 45 minutes for hot tub to heat and it wasn’t an issue. Beds were comfortable with various configurations. There were plenty of bathrooms to allow us to spread out.
We’d definitely come back and would highly recommend.

The host was great to work with from start to finish, great communication. We loved the size of the home giving our larger group plenty of space to hang out together or spots from privacy when needed. We spent many hours at the great on site swimming pool and additional time at the lazy river. Location was perfect for our day trips and easy to access good food shopping and more. We would not hesitate to book this property again.

The owner and the property manager were very communicative and responsive to whatever we needed. I WILL stay here again and would recommend it to anyone who wants an Orlando get away at a great price for 8 bedroom, 6 or 7 bathrooms (I lost count!) with it's own pool and spa. It was a 15-20min ride to Disney according to WAZE.

The house itself was very clean and easy to get to. The room off of the pool where some pool toys are kept was less than desirable but we didn't need to be in there much. The location is okay but it did take some navigating to get to a decent grocery store or gas station. We did expect more for pool toys according to the pictures that were on the website booking, most are deflated and not in working condition. A volleyball net would have been wonderful too. Overall, it was a nice place to stay that could accommodate 14 people.

We had 20 people packed into this house with no trouble whatsoever finding sleeping or bathroom arrangements. The new mattresses are AMAZING. I've never slept so well in a rental or hotel, and even my own bed at home couldn't compare to the comfort. We had plenty of room for everyone to gather to hang out and have meals together. The house is nicely decorated and well appointed. The resort pool area is also a huge plus. We rented cabanas and put the bartender to work. Everything tasted great and the cabanas were really nice to have. The littles we brought couldn't get enough of the kid's pool, and the teens in our group loved the volleyball court.

We spent the first evening cleaning up and communicating with the owner about the state the house was in; mind, all of these were minor inconveniences, or grossness due to the previous party.
She immediately sent out the property manager to correct what he could and even called to apologize and troubleshoot. I'd definitely stay again due to the amenities and responsiveness of the owner.
