Perfect size for our family, and pool was a great hit with my grand kids. Water park, arcade, and lazy man river in resort was also convenient. Beds for all were comfortable and no complaints.
Only negative comment would be that couches in living area are extremely uncomfortable and need upgrading.

The house was perfect and it fit the needs of my family. The host April was nice and very helpful throughout the whole process. I would recommend this rental company to my friends and family that are vacationing in Orlando.

The home is well maintained. We did pay the fee for a heated pool and use of the bbq. All 15 of us fit well into the layout. The king beds for the parents and ensuites was nice. Kids were all close by. The kitchen was well stocked with cups, plates, etc. I appreciated the amount of seating outdoors. It’s hard to find a property that sleeps 15 but also has dining space for 15 outside. We used the playpens and high chairs. The removable fence around the pool was important and used often since we have a few toddlers. April responded quickly and was helpful.
The lazy river and play structure at the clubhouse was a hit with the kids. The perk of a free arcade was also appreciated. We would rent this property again!

This house was very spacious. We really liked the open kitchen/living room/dining room area. The large patio and pool were great. The kids swam every night.
A few things to consider…:there were very limited towels to use in the bathrooms. Although there was a washer and dryer, we were having to wash often just to have clean towels daily. The kitchen could have a few more utensils and glasses.
The AC upstairs was set at 71 but it never really felt like it. It was always much cooler downstairs so it wasn’t as comfortable sleeping upstairs.
The living room furniture needs to be updated. The 2 sofas were very worn and not as comfortable. The picture on your site shows multiple pillows on the sofa, an area rug and 2 side chairs. There were no extra pillows, no area rug and only 1 chair. The tile floors could use a deep cleaning throw out the house.
Overall it’s a very nice place and we felt very safe. We would stay here again.

Everything was exactly as described. The house was clean and we had plenty of room for the 12 of us. It was awesome that pool towels were provided. We were within 30 minutes from everything we wanted to do. Walmart, Target, and Publix were all within 15 minutes. We would definitely stay again!

This home was perfect for our extended family’s Orlando vacation. We had plenty of space for 8 adults and 3 children and didn’t even use 3 of the bedrooms. April was wonderful to deal with and quick to respond to questions about the home, neighborhood and surrounding area. It was about a 10-20 minute drive to the Disney parks, and the neighborhood was quiet and safe with several stores and restaurants within a 5-10 minute drive. We’ll definitely stay here again the next time we’re in Orlando.

Convenient location for visiting Walt Disney World, good check in process and communicative property management. The home is a good size for a large family. We had no issues during our stay.

Exactly as advertised
We are a family of 16 plus two infants and this home worked perfectly. The cribs and two pack and plays were a plus. The additional strollers and boosters seats were appreciated as well. Communication with property management was outstanding.

Beware
Let me start off by saying that I was really looking forward to staying at this house. From the pics and the reviews, I knew for sure I had picked a great house. However, my family and I was unable to stay here. The day before our stay, I received a call from the host stating that the A/C was broke and would not be fixed before we came. She stated that she had another house in the same neighborhood that we could stay in. She kept reiterating that this house “cost more”. However we ran into a slew of things that were wrong with the new house. First, we entered the house, the AC wasnt working upstairs, the ceiling fan and lights were not working in one of the bedrooms, and the tv in another bedroom was not working. Someone came to fix the AC shortly after we arrived so that was handled. The property had a roach and mouse infestation, which the property managers had to be aware of because there were mouse traps set up and the screen was patched up where the mice were entering, however there were 2 new holes in the screen that the mice chewed thru. We seen several mice during our stay, along with many roaches in the kitchen. Last but not least, since we were still in the same neighborhood , I decided to take a stroll by the original house we were suppose to stay in. I was totally shocked that there was a family staying there when we were told that the AC was down and we could not stay. It feels as though the host double booked and made us stay in the infested house. In the months leading to our stay, the host kept asking me to cancel my VRBO reservation and book thru her, which seemed a little flaky to me so I wanted to stay with VRBO. What Im thinking happened is that someone booked thru her without VRBO and she decided to let that family stay at this location. I didnt want to leave this message under this location but when I went to search the location that we actually stayed at, I couldnt find it, which was also odd. Just wanted to warn others to beware of the host.

Besides, we had paid for the larger house. We eventually made our way to this house and were very happy with it. It's a beautiful house and everyone had plenty of room to sleep and move around comfortably. It's well equipped, although I do feel with a house this size, there should be more toilet paper and kitchen garbage bags provided, as well as larger dishwasher and dish detergents available. The laundry room became extremely hot while using the dryer until my husband discovered that the dryer vent was disconnected. After reattaching it, it was much cooler in the room. Having a W&D was very convenient with a family of 18! Everyone loved the Windsor pool, especially the kids. We spend many hours there. April was in touch several times throughout our stay to make sure everything was running smoothly and to see if we needed anything. If you have a big family, I would definitely recommend this house.

Wonderful Stay!
We really enjoyed staying at this property. April was always fast to answer any questions we had. The property is beautiful, the community has so much to offer, both kids and adults had so much fun! Parking was not an issue. We loved that every room in the home looked beautifully decorated, we’ve rented vacation homes in the past and the master is the only one that looks cozy.

Great Family Vacation
We had so much fun on our vacation! The house was amazing and the public pool was great too!
There were a couple of things that could be updated, like the pots and pans and providing some cleaning stuff to clean the house during the week. Otherwise, we would definitely stay here again!

The house was great. April was super responsive when I texted her but the property management company has some areas of opportunity. The house was not ready for check in and even when they cleaning team left hours after check in time the house was still dirty. The pool was green, the property management company came out multiple times but they didn’t end up getting the poll clean until day 3 of our vacation. The other thing was we had late check out and the cleaning crew came by multiple times throughout the day even after we called the office to let them know we had paid for a late check out.

Owner pays attention to little details
We enjoyed our Cousin Week reunion, with 8 kids (ages 6-20) and 5 adults. Plenty of room to have privacy AND to gather. The huge dining table hosted lots of meals, art projects, and card and board games. April is so easy to work with. I appreciate the attention to pays to even the smallest details. For example, all the remotes for fans and TVs worked. At previous houses I had to invest in a mega package of batteries on the first day. Also, there were plenty of dishes and glasses, both glass and plastic, to keep up with our busy group. The instruction/information book is thorough and easy to read -- answered all our questions. Thank you, April, for a wonderful stay at your comfortable and elegant house.

Amazing- Fantastic Home!!!
Our family was absolutely blown away with how nice this home was in person. It was everything the pictures said it was and more. We love how close it was to the theme parks and the shopping malls. Not to mention the owner April was always there whenever I had any questions. I would definitely rent this home again. My family are already talking about our next family vacation. 😍�❤😍�

Clean, beautiful, very close to the clubhouse..
This is a very nice property.. really all in Windsor at Westside are. What set this one apart is the hooded grill and the inclusion of all of the furniture and stroller for little ones. You overlook their importance until you are flying and can't pack it all.. the interactions with the owners was smooth and easy and everything was as stated. Would easily stay again.

Fantastic 8 bedroom house!
This was our second time staying at this property and had a fantastic trip again this year! The house is a great set up with lots of lounging space upstairs for the kids with a big TV and pool table while the adults could relax in peace downstairs. The house is lovely, clean, well stocked and April was always super helpful and responsive to any questions we had.
The clubhouse facilities are also fantastic with the pool, lazy river, basketball courts and arcade which the kids loved!
We would definitely recommend the property and will likely return ourselves!

This home was everything we expected and more...
Before booking April was very helpful in answering all my questions and request.
Upon arrival the gate attendant was very helpful as was the club house staff. Checkin was easy and the home was beautifully decorated, clean and fresh.
The large living area was very warm and inviting.The kitchen had everything needed for preparing meals. The children loved the family area which provided hours of enjoyment. The pool and deck area was a big hit for children and adults, the grill was an added bonus.
The club house area which was only a short walk away was beautiful. The splash play area was perfect for all our children as well as the pool area and lazy river. They also loved the free arcade room and buying slushies from the snack bar. The adults loved the hot tub.
This was our first family vacation as a group of 17 and this home was a home away from home for us . Some days we were out and about checking out the sights but we also enjoyed our down days in this beautiful home..Thanks April for sharing your home with us.

Beautiful Property and lots of room
My large family stayed at the Prestige 2 for a week in late July/early August. From the beginning to the end, the entire experience was memorable. First, the customer service provided by April was top notched and she addressed all of my questions. Her response was timely. April even checked in on us during our stay. Second, there so many good things to say about this property. We requested early check in and the property was ready for our use at noon (a great a plus). My children, and even the adults, love the heated pool and jacuzzi (another bonus) and the grill was a great addition. The game room was a great hit. Overall, my family enjoyed their stay and we definitely look forward to returning again next summer.

The home we rented was as nice as it was pictured.
The home we rented was just as nice as the pictures. Several families stayed together and all had plenty of room and privacy. The pool area and deck was a refreshing treat. We loved that we were only minutes away from both WDW and Universal Studios. We also took advantage of the various dining options that were near by as a break from cooking at the rental.
The property management was available when needed. We will definitely stay again!

Impressive luxury villa perfect location
There were ten of us staying in this gorgeous villa. Not only did we have plenty of rooms we had some spare Too!
The house is spacious and every little thing thought about. The pool area was perfect with great pool toys for all ages.
We only used the club house facilities a couple of times but again the pool area was fabulous and the people who worked there couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful
The villa is about 20 minutes from all Disney parks and less than ten minutes from large supermarkets publix and target also only 5 minutes down the road we discovered a smaller but incredibley well stocked supermarket.
The villa was a very welcome return from the chaos of the parks the kids had the choice of swimming, a pool table, table football and smart TVs in every room to entertain them!
I would highly recommend this villa and April has been lovely to deal with and really responsive

Overall an excellent stay
From the communication with the owner, to the accurate, detailed description of the property, to the cleanliness & coziness of the house, everything was excellent!
We were a group of 6 families, our children from ages 1-16 and we all had a comfortable sleeping arrangement and plenty of room to play around for our kids.
The house was extremely clean when we arrived. The pool was the icing on the cake for our kids, and the hot tub for the adults.
It was 10-15mins to disneyparks and about 35-40mins to universal depending on traffic.
The waterpark/community pool/lazy river was a bonus, we wish our stay as longer than a week but we definitely made the most of it with the use of amenities.
We highly recommend this property !!!!!

Amazing Stay, Amazing Owners
This home is gorgeous and plenty of room for the 13 of us in our party. The loft area allowed to us relax as a group and yet we could enjoy our own privacy as there are 8 bedrooms with a tv in each room. The large kitchen allowed for many to help prepare meals and the table was large enough for everyone to eat together. Our group really enjoyed the lazy river, the access to a bbq, 2 patio tables, lots of chairs and the pool lights.
This new home area is in a lovey gated community. Security does check validation upon entry and very friendly remembering you as you come and go. An an easy drive to every we went.
April is awesome to communicate with. She listens and responds to concerns and quickly replies to emails.
Thank you for the pleasure of the use of your home. This stay has convinced others this was an awesome way to stay in Orlando and they are looking forward to returning.

Great week of family, fun and relaxation!
We planned a family week get away for my husband's 60th birthday. Our group consisted of myself, husband, 4 adult children(2 with spouses), 4 grandchildren (ages 8 months - 10 years old), husband's sister & my 95 y/o mother.
This home was very clean, well maintained and cozy to relax in. With the number of bedrooms, bathrooms & overall spaciousness, we all felt like we could escape from the crew if we needed some quiet time. The beds were comfortable and the additional baby supplies (bed, Pack-N-Plays, strollers (1 double & 3 single) and 2 high chairs! Traveling with little ones is hard enough & not to have to worry about these items was so helpful in planning our trip!
We visited during mid-January, which is a gamble with weather. So glad we arranged to have the pool heated! Outside temps were from high 20's-low 50's (one day), to 50's-70 the other days. Except for the one cold day, the pool was used each day. Northern kids are used to chillier weather (esp. when we left the Midwest it was below 0)! Fla. temps., even if colder than the typical Fla. norm, still felt good to us! We did have some difficulty maintaining a little warmer temp in the house because of that 1 cold day. I did call the management co., but we still couldn't seem to get temp over 68, but that may have been our lack of knowledge in adjusting thermostat. Since outside temp was improved the following day, it wasn't a big issue for us.
We did the Disney theme parks and the commute is approx. 20" with moderate traffic. It was convenient, yet also nice to be removed from the traffic & people, when you returned from the Parks to the quiet of Windsor @ Westside. One word of warning, be careful with the strollers in theme parks! When you park them as you enter an attraction, the staff keeps moving them to make room for additional strollers. It's very difficult to locate your's, if no personal items were left on it, which happened to us. It was stolen (confirmed by the park over the next 24 hrs. as they couldn't find any left behind). I'm sure it made it easier that we didn't leave any identifiable articles of clothing, ribbons, hat, tags, etc., allowing them to just walk away with stroller without having to remove our personal items. We did replace the stroller for the owners.
Any questions I had, before or after our visit, April was always very prompt with a response. It was a pleasure dealing with them and we definitely plan to return another time!

Loved our stay at this beautiful home.
We stayed here for 2 weeks in August. Loved everything about the house and resort. Everything was beautiful and so spacious. We had plenty of room for our large party of 8 adults and 6 children. The kids loved the pool and large gameroom. The pool was maintained everyday and always crystal clear. The home was very clean and beautifully decorated. Location was only a couple miles from the parks and closer to lots of restaurants and stores. The clubhouse was beautiful and we all loved the lazy river and cocktail bar.
April was a pleasure to deal with and was very helpful and prompt with any requests. Also, the management company was fantastic and when we had a mishap in the home they were there to sort out our problem right away. I would definitely recommend this home to all especially if you have a large party and want plenty of space in a beautiful home. Hope to stay again sometime.

Absolutely AMAZING! Everything we needed and more!
The home was immaculate! Our family spent the Fall holiday in Orlando at the Windsor at Westside gated community and let me tell you it was everything we needed, wanted and MORE!!! The bedrooms are beautifully appointed, the kitchen was great for our family of 8 to prepare meals together and comfortable seating for everyone to sit down for dinner. The covered lanai with pool, bbq grill and seating for everyone was excellent for lunch and a great place to relax after spending the day at the parks. We really would not have needed to visit the parks (the kids might disagree lol) as the home had a great entertainment space upstairs that the kids adored! I personally enjoyed being close to the clubhouse, we could walk over in the mornings to exercise or in the afternoon to partake in the pool activities.
Communicating with April was such a pleasure! She was very responsive and helpful. Our family travels frequently and we will definitely return to this home in the future and as a travel professional I will recommend this property to my family, friends and clients.
If you are looking for all the luxuries of home in a resort style community this is it!!!! Even the security guard on duty at the entrance made us feel at home each day we returned. You won't be disappointed!!!! Thank you April....we will be in touch for our 2018 holiday in Orlando!

Great place to stay
This home was fantastic. 13 of us, 8 adults, 4 kids and an infant. Spacious, clean, comfortable, quiet, lots of utensils. Beds were comfortable, we all slept well. Nice master downstairs with ensuite for the 2 grandparents. Large kitchen, dining and living room open concept. Upstairs had games room surrounded by the bedrooms. Lots of room to find a quiet spot. Pool/spa was fantastic. Late fall, get the pool heat. We could have spent the entire time at the house as everyone loved the pool and spacious pool area. The club was great as well with a lazy river, a mini water park and free arcade games. Have a beer while watching the kids play. We didn't use the one room with bunk beds, so space for a few more people. We didn't need the property manager, but they did check in to make sure everything was OK. No complaints and would highly recommend this house for a large group. Thanks April!

A+ Experience!
Having just returned from a much anticipated Florida vacation, I can't say enough about how absolutely perfect our accommodations were. April was a true pleasure to deal with and the property far surpassed our expectations. We had more than ample space for our family of 8 and the amenities (including those at the complex) were above and beyond anything we would have been offered at a hotel. We contemplated staying on Disney property but I'm SOOO glad we didn't. Aside from being comfortable and welcoming, this property was conveniently located to all Disney and Universal parks (no more than 20 minutes in good traffic). We truly couldn't have asked for more! Wonderful experience!
This property is amazing and beautiful! Pictures don't give it justice. Well kept, clean, lots to keep the kids entertained, loads of space and impeccably maintained grounds! Rental agents are prompt and accomodating. This property is the perfect space for any visit to the area. We had two families with a total of 11 people and there was toom for a whole other family still! April and Bobby are quick to respond and help with any questions you may have. Will definitely stay at this property again if we visit the area again!
