We enjoyed our stay in this home and community. The house was a great layout to share with three families. We really enjoyed the private pool and loved being on the end of a cut-de-sac for added privacy. The Oasis Clubhouse was an additional great place to enjoy our time on vacation. We will definitely consider this property again in the future!

The house was nice and clean we had a lot of room the kids enjoyed it the only thing that wasn't they need update the carpet as well as paint the walls the parking was good and the place is really nice don't nobody mess with you

The home met the needs for our combined family of 8 adults and 6 children under the age of 11. We had the pool heated which was a big hit with the kids. We had some noisy renters next door and had to call security a few times after midnight which was annoying. There are electrical breakers for the bathrooms that are not working properly and the washer has the hot/cold reversed. We enjoyed the Oasis pools and the food was very good. Home is definitely showing some wear but overall it worked out well for our family vacation.

Huge villa, great location. Beautiful sunrise across the golf course every morning, occasionally with hot air balloons.

We have been taking vacations in Florida for over 30 years now, on countless occasions renting Villas.
This is without doubt, the worst villa we have ever ever stayed in. It really is the perfect storm, the combination of an owner keen to take your money, but appears to be investing nothing back into the property and a management team who are simply not interested in resolving any issues that are outside those that they chose to deal with . As a recent review suggested, fix the easy things, radio silence on anything else.
The only accurate review in this list concludes ‘think student accommodation’ , absolutely correct. There is just no maintenance taking place only patching up of any damage, the majority of furniture in the house is broken or badly patched up. (Sofa collapsed on Day1, draws broken, kitchen draws hanging together with a couple of screws, sunbeds broken or missing, outside sofa unusable, carpets worn and stained, wall paper literally hanging off the walls)
Strongly suspect that every support contract is the cheapest possible, pool maintenance, water quality is poor, pool deck filthy, safety fence broken, filthy and useless. House cleaning poor, deep cleaning non existent, general property maintenance and up keep non existent.
Many reviews have mentioned the large dumpsters at the front that everyone on the estate uses. Zero recycling here!! Nobody has mentioned that they are replaced each morning except Sunday at 0300 and 0500, ensuring anyone sleeping in the house is disturbed. Ready for an early start at the parks maybe?
No spare bedding, one tea towel for a party of 14, 6 wine glasses, we could go on and on the list is endless…..
So be warned, would we stay here again absolutely no chance, would we recommend this property….NO!

Our vacation experience went very well. This property was great and in a great neighborhood. The owner was a pleasure to work and took care of every concern and request. Property was in good condition overall and we did recommend some updates that were needed. The only negative was the closeness of two large dumpsters close by that the entire community and cleaning contractor used daily. We were thankful it was located in front so it didn’t spoil our view from the pool or rear of the home. We do recommend this property to others.

Property management was responsive only for the ‘easy’ requests, otherwise radio silence for our two week stay. They called an hour before 4pm check-in and advised the home wouldn’t be ready until 9pm (not ideal with children), they did refund the first day, but that wasn’t our hope.
Huge garbage dumpsters right out front of property are a major eye sore, and the neighborhood is filled with large families/ groups gathering and partying (free DJ’ing included if you’re into that).
It is right on a nice golf course and a pretty close drive to most amenities.
We would not stay here again.

Great Property
Had a beautiful stay at this property with a group of friends for a golf trip. We enjoyed the spacious area and great location. We would pay to heat the pool next time for a mid-March trip, but that was our choice. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Short Circut
The house was exactly as advertised. However, during our 7 day stay, the breaker would trip multiple times and the refrigerator and dishwasher would lose power. The pool cues were missing tips until one my friends went out and purchased some for the house and the 8 ball was also missing. The air hockey game was missing a puck rendering the game room useless. Several walls had splatter marks and the baseboards were dirty, which I made certain the management company knew as soon as we took rental of the house. With a few minor tweaks, updates, and a good cleaning, this house would have received 5 stars. Despite all this, we managed to enjoy our stay and were grateful we could all stay together in one big house together.

Two cabinets broke during our stay and it was apparent they had been fixed before and had serious wear and tear. It really just seems like the place needs some good maintenance and it would be great.
The cleaning was pretty rough upon checkin.

Beautiful Home
This house was very accurately pictured and adequately supplied. We enjoyed the space and especially the pool. The game room wasn’t usable as there wasn’t equipment to use the air hockey table which disappointed the group that had planned to compete. The cooling system was set at 72 degrees which didn’t allow the two bedrooms on the lower level to cool to a comfortable temperature at night and felt very humid. Neither couple were able to sleep in these rooms the entire night and we were told the temperature couldn’t be lowered due to “safety” reasons although no further explanation was offered.Surface cleaning was done, but heavy dust accumulation on light fixtures and buildup on shower doors. This could be a much better rental with some attention to details.

Almost Perfect
Nice location, lovely home. Could have used a good cleaning. Baseboards and light fixtures above kitchen bar were loaded with dust, triggering my allergies. The downside was the dumpsters at our front door were filled with garbage, which attracted vultures on Thanksgiving Day. Quite horrific. We could not even exit the home.

Great location and clean accommodations!
Convenient location for Disney parks and the general Orlando area. Plenty of room for our entire family and the house was very clean. The pool was great for the younger kids. Minor issue at check-in as the door code didn't work, but a quick call to the attentive host and we were in the house within a couple of minutes. Other reviewers noted the trash dumpsters that the neighborhood places at the end of the cul-de-sac. No fault of the host, and no obnoxious odors, you just have to be careful backing out of the driveway. Thanks for providing a good place to stay! We all enjoyed it.

Family Vacation Fun
Our family had a wonderful time, enjoying this beautiful property and all it had to offer. It was in a very nice area and convenient to Disney.

Upon entering, the first thing we noticed was the main floor a/c wasn't working and trying to find the thermostat was intense. Turns out, it's the square box with Alarm on it. Once we figured that out, it still wouldn't work. Called maintenance and they were there in 30 minutes (drain was clogged). The a/c worked the rest of the week (thank goodness!). There was dirt here and there but nothing to make us go 'yuck'. Overall, the place was wonderful, so much space to move about (13 people) and play. The pool the first day was a bit cloudy but by Wednesday, it had cleared and was quite refreshing. The bedrooms was spacious and comfortable and plenty of hot water for all. The game room was a bit disappointing, no black pool ball and no hockey puck for the air hockey table which disappointed the kids but we found other things to do. The kitchen had just about everything we needed and improvised where needed.
The only negative to outside was the nasty dumpster sitting in the cul de sac, everytime they delivered an empty one, by the end of that day it was overflowing and turkey vultures reaping the rewards.
