The house was more than we all expected. Truly loved it wanted to bring the house ba k with us. The only issue was the refrigerator and dryer. Everything else was PERFECT!!

This isn’t the house we initially booked. I received a call a few days prior to us leaving for our family trip. Stating that the house we booked has a roof leak. However, we were giving another house which was nice. Very spacious. A few issues though. The refrigerator leaks water and there were tiny ants in the kitchen drawer and the bathroom on the first floor. To us that was minor. We still enjoyed the house and we all enjoyed the pool. We had a great time with our family.

House is exactly as pictured online with the exception of the grill. Plenty of room for a family gathering. We had 15 people and there was more than enough space for everyone. Everyone enjoyed the clubhouse and the pool at the home. We will definitely be back next year.

Nice property and spacious. Was a little surprised that the house booked online was not the house we stayed in. Similar property, but not the same address (guess I missed that in the print somewhere). Upon arrival the additional notes on the fridge were interesting, the property management of the home was sure to tell you of additional fees that you will incur if XYZ are or are not done. For example, $50 charge for loose trash in the trash outside the house. The second night there we discovered the trash was full of loose trash which included beer cans, dirty diapers, empty bleach bottle, hair extensions and so many other treasures. I’m not sure if the previous people were charged for that or not, but we ended up having to bag that so that we wouldn’t be charged. Overall the home was great, it was just the little surprises here and there that caught us off guard. I will add that the property manager that we did work with was very responsive. They fixed the grill issue we had and replaced a broken blender. I would book again and recommend others to this house.

The location of the property was ideal for the visits to Disney Attractions, Seaworld and Universal Studios. The house itself needed some improvements starting with the furniture, the property manager decided to let me know that furniture was on back order and that there would be chair covers over the living room couches, but every piece of furniture sat on had some type of covering. The refrigerator was hard to close and the ice maker didn’t work. There was a odor when first entering the house couldn’t figure out where it was coming from. The additional sleeping cots were broken along with one of the beds in one bedroom. The home definitely needed new furniture. Understanding this is a vacation property not everything is going to be comfortable but for the money paid for the listing I’d expect better quality. We stayed in the same community before and the home booked had a much better appeal than this particular one at 8824.

The house was diffentley big enough for our 3 families. Everyone had plenty of space to get away when they need alone time. The pool was great to have and we used it all the time. I do have to say the pool table upstairs needs some love. It is pretty ran down. But honestly it was nice to be able to have your own place.

This was my family’s first trip to area and it was great. My daughter is handicap and I only would suggest putting a shower head that can be removed for easier washing for one of bottom bathroom. I had to use a cup. The beds were pretty firm as well but nothing the jacuzzi couldn’t fix. ☺️

This property was comfortable, clean and inviting.
This property has minor wear and tear, to be expected. Had to call regarding propane tank. Resolved quickly. My family and I had a wonderful reunion and experience here.

Loved Everything!
April is so great to work with!! April sent us a welcome email with all the details on how check in and out, directions and how to use amenities. Also gave us a list of things we would need. April quickly responded to questions or concerns.
The home was clean and smelled clean, home is updated and everything was in working condition. We loved it, it was perfect and had tons of room for our group of 14 (8 adults and 6 kids) No one was ever in anyone’s way.
We spent most of our time in the pool and lanai area. We grilled almost everyday (There’s great seafood markets close by that you can get cheap seafood to grill). I Love that there’s a door that leads from by the pool directly to the bathroom in the master bedroom so kids aren’t tracking water throughout the house.
It was a quick 5 min walk to the club house (remember to take beach towels and tubes from the house to use in the lazy river). The workout facilities and arcade were closed due to covid.
There’s a great sand volleyball court and basketball court we spent a couple of afternoons playing at (They don’t supply volleyball or basketball at club house. We bought one for $5 from Walmart that 10 mins away).
We only had one problem and I didn’t take any stars away because it was resolved so quickly. We had ordered use of the bbq grill. We tried to use on Monday night but the propane tank was empty. Messaged April close to midnight to tell of the problem and there was a new tank on Tuesday morning.
We loved everything and had a wonderful experience. April was a delight to work with! We will definitely be back!!!

Family Reunion
We had 13 people in our party and there was room for everyone. We loved the large open concept room for family eating. The kids never missed a day in the pool. The extra charge for the bbq grill and heating of the pool was well worth it. We had a couple of minor issues but they were fixed either immediately or within the hour. Would love to come here again.

Very Happy
We had an amazing holiday made all the special staying in this villa. Well equipped, spotlessly clean and very spacious. Just a couple of things needed some attention whilst we were there, such as the pool cleaning and even the response to this request was immediate. April's communication throughout the process was great, even helping us choose and secure the right villa based on our needs. Fantastic villa and great service, thank you!

Amazing Disney Vacation
I would definitely recommend this home for your vacation! The property was absolutely beautiful with enough space for our family of 20! The commute to most attractions in the area was less than 20 minutes! All the amenities allowed for our family to share many moments together when we were not inside Disney or at other attractions! The clubhouse is amazing as well...the water park made us super happy! Good establishments and shopping centers were pretty close as well. Getting in touch with someone if we needed anything was super quick and the process for booking the house was quick and seamless! And to it off, For everything offered the price was very affordable! Thanks so much for making our family vacation a success!

Winter Family Vacation
Spacious, open concept. There were fifteen of us with a possible 18, three married couples with kids and some singles. Having four large bedrooms with ensuite was PERFECT!!! I would highly recommend. The kids loved the pool and hot tub both at the house and resort.

Great rental property! Easy access to Disney and shopping. Clubhouse was an added bonus with the lazy river being a great hit for us on days we did not visit the parks.
April was an absolute pleasure to deal with, she promptly answered all my questions during the reservation process, and prior to our arrival. Our checkin day was seamless as she provided us with very detailed information.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Windsor at Westside Resort. The house exceeded our expectations.

THE VILLA LIVED UP TO OUR EXPECTATIONS. THE POOL WAS DIVINE IN THE EARLY MORNING WITH THE SUN . SPOTLESS AND VERY SPACIOUS. THERE WAD 11 ADULTS AND 2 TEENAGERS .I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND IT FOR A FAMILY HOLIDAY .

The house was perfectly suited for our group of 13 with lots of space. The upstairs with relaxing space, pool table and foosball was great for the kids and open kitchen/living/dining space was fantastic for the adults! The house was very clean and with all we needed. April was very responsive and helpful for any questions we had leading up to our stay and while we were there. We would definitely rent this house again and recommend to friends and family!

Even better than we imagined.
We absolutely loved our stay in this house! It was even more beautiful than the pictures. Extremely clean as well. We traveled with 4 adults and 11 children and all of our needs were met, baby gear and all. The pool gate was a wonderful safety feature. My only recommendation would be to have Netflix available on all the tv’s. We had a wonderful stay and we would definitely come back.

Perfect place for a family to stay in Orlando
This house was actually nicer than it appeared in the pictures. And well equipped, even with things like a crib, high-chair, and strollers. All 15 of us fit easily into the home and the "game room" and the pool/hot-tub in the screened-area outside were enjoyed by all. The house is in great shape. And the community pool and lazy river are a terrific extra.

Just what we needed :)
This home is just beautiful. And for our group of eleven, it was perfect.
The bedrooms (and bathrooms) are spaced so no one feels they are encroaching on the others. There are lots of dishes and cutlery, but there were two things I really missed- a teapot and a very large salad bowl. The appliances all worked well, with the exception of the fridge ice dispenser. But that was no big deal. We just had a bowl of ice in the freezer.
The clubhouse was a quick walk, and I think we went to the lazy river every day.
The beds in this home are really comfortable. Several of our party commented on that.
It may be worth noting that the neighbours are very close, especially at the back of the house, and you can hear their conversations clearly. And they can hear yours! Kind of unsettling. (I'm probably just used to more space ;)
April was very helpful and forthcoming with information, and just a pleasure to work with.
Overall, I would rate this home and renter very high. We had a wonderful holiday, and enjoyed having the family together for a whole week of rest and play. I so appreciate that there are people out there willing to offer up these rental spaces for people like us. :)

Perfect Villa for large group
We are a party of 17 - 4 families from the UK. we have stayed here for 3 weeks and have had the most amazing time.
The Villa is beautiful. Very modern and very clean. Loads of room for us all. The pool was warm and really comfy sun beds and chairs.
The 'games room' at the villa is incredible and pictures don't do it justice. It's not shoved in a smelly garage it is a massive area on the first floor landing and is a fab space for kids / teens (and adults).
The BBQ / outdoor kitchen is also amazing. We have eaten at the villa outside most nights and have cooked wonderful meals and enjoyed eating al fresco.
The clubhouse was an added bonus and on a rest day just gave us somewhere else to go for a change of scenery plus the kids loved the lazy river and slides.
We also found April an absolute pleasure to deal with. Booking from the UK with someone you don't know was a bit scary but she communicated brilliantly, put our mind at rest and everything she told us was spot on.
We wouldn't hesitate in coming back or recommending this property to anyone.

Beautiful home
Our experience from start to finish, working with April, was excellent. She was incredibly responsive to every email I sent and every question that I had. We were 2 families travelling with our adult children (24-28). The house is as beautiful as the photos online. Everything was very clean and comfortable. We all found the beds to be really comfortable. There are nice TV's in every room, internet worked great as well. We took advantage of the pool and hot tub, especially after long, long days at the parks. We had paid for the heater since we were there in March and so glad we did. Plenty of towels both for the pool and the bathrooms. The only suggestions I have for future visitors is that you definitely will need to bring paper
products (tissues, toilet paper, paper towels, extra garbage bags, napkins, etc) & detergent for the washing machine. There were spices in a rack, but no salt and pepper. If people do leave food behind I guess the cleaning staff disposes of it. We did have a problem with the stove, but as soon as I emailed April the handyman was there and fixed it. There is a very helpful book at the entrance of the house and one of the requests at the end of the stay is to throw in the first load of towels into the wash to speed up the cleaning process. But no laundry detergent was actually left for us to use (Of course, you would need it to do your own laundry as well). The parks were farther away than I expected as well-a good 25 minutes. You definitely need a car. We did make use of the main pool on our checkout day, as we had a late flight. Nice pool, great play area if you have young children. There is a bar/food area, and the food we ordered was pretty good. I would definitely recommend this house and working with April. Very positive experience-as a matter of fact, while we were there my friend booked the house for a stay in August based on our recommendation.
