Inside, enjoy a soaring ceiling in the living room, bold splashes of color, a warming gas fireplace, and a well-equipped, full kitchen. Outside, you and your guests can gather on the furnished balcony, throw something on the gas grill, and enjoy the view. This rental is just steps from the beautiful Village of Blue Mountain where you can dine and shop until your heart's content. When the snow is falling, you're just a short walk from some of Blue Mountain's 43 trails! In the summer months, cool off at a few local beaches on Georgian Bay including Northwinds Beach, just two miles north, and Wasaga Beach, only 20 miles east. You'll also find a number of lakeside parks throughout the area offering walking trails and picnic areas. THINGS TO KNOW There is ongoing restoration construction happening in Cache Crossing. You may see unfinished drywall at the entrance of the unit as well as structural shoring posts and visible rust on the outside walkways. This project is to be completed by the end of 2024. The building and walkways are safe for use although they may look unsightly during the restoration period. This home is near but not associated with the Blue Mountain Resort. This property is managed by Vacasa Canada ULC. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Ski shuttle details: Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Liked: the room layout, large windows in living/dining room area. Disliked: Heavily rusted front entrance support pillars, noisy outside steps with loose metal anti-slip straps.

Fantastic location! Very easy to walk to and from blue mountain, feels like you’re staying on the property even though this unit is not affiliated. My only complaint was the towels in bathroom felt like literal sandpaper, motel quality. Also this unit has no pack n play or crib so not ideal when traveling with smaller kids.

The location was excellent! The only thing I didn't like was the stairs to get into the condo. They were very steep, damaged and uneven. This property is not good for people with mobility issues.

My friends and I enjoyed staying at the property and thoroughly enjoyed our snowboarding and skiing experience. Especially when we were right at the slopes of blue mountain! Thanks again!

This place is beautiful and has everything you need. Great view out onto the ski hill, and just a short walk into the village. We would definitely stay here again!

Common area is very large and spacious. Balcony overlooks blue mountain bunny hill, prime location and less than 5 minute walk to the blue mountain village. Bedrooms could use more lighting but didn’t cause any problems for my stay. Unit was clean upon arrival and no issues came up during my stay. Would definitely come back!

The view is breathtaking as you are right at the bottom of the hill - cheap entertainment watching the skiers! The house is fully stocked with bedding and kitchen supplies. The company ensured we had all of the information we required upon checking in and were available when we had any questions. I’d definitely consider booking through Vacasa again and maybe one day even venturing back to this place. It made for an amazing trip and memories that will last a lifetime.

We very much liked our stay and would rent this property again. The layout was great and the location, right next to a ski lift, was very convenient. The only negative was the jacuzzi tub. There appears to be mould in the jets and in the surrounding caulking. It's an easy fix and I hope the owners address this. But this would not prevent us from renting again and we likely will return in the summer if we can.
