Nestled in West Cape May, this attractive house for $598 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Newly reconstructed in 2014, this three bedroom shore cottage with interior Victorian accents, has all the modern amenities expected in a luxury vacation experience. One master suite with queen bed and half bath, another master suite with queen bed, full bath and shower, walk-in closet and doors leading out to the back deck. The third bedroom is outfitted with a pyramid bunk (twin over full) and has its own private deck. The hall bath features a new 1905 era Victorian reproduction pedestal tub. The home has an open floor plan with a comfortable living room, dining room and gourmet kitchen with spacious granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, eat-in bar and access to the outside back deck which is ideal for cookouts. Amenities in this property include flat panel TV s, wireless internet, central air, ceiling fans in every room, two off-street parking spaces, new washer/dryer, outside shower (hot and cold water) and attached changing room. This is an unusual property, located in Cape May s historic district and in walking distance to the beach, downtown and also to West Cape May restaurants and shops. *$150 owner expense fee applied to partial week rentals. ***VRBO guests, please note the breakdown of your fees is as follows; the Service Fee is STRICTLY a VRBO Fee and is not charged by Homestead. The OWNER FEES are standard Homestead Fees that include the ADMINISTRATIVE FEE which is our Homestead NON REFUNDABLE Processing Fee, and the PROPERTY FEE which is our Homestead NON REFUNDABLE Accidental Forgiveness Fee. $150 Owner Expense Fee applied to partial week rentals. Please check Homesteads Cancellation Policy and Optional Trip Insurance as they are not the same as VRBO Policies at HomesteadCapeMayRentals. Linen rentals are also available through Homestead. Otherwise, guests are responsible for bringing their own*** Off Season Value Bundle $275 - includes Processing Fee, Accidental Forgiveness Fee, and linens. Towels limited to # of guests.

Great property, well maintained, rooms laid out well, plenty of bathrooms! Short walk to boardwalk and mall. I would stay here again readily! Just don’t care for $150 VRBO FEE.

A short walk to the beach or to the mall was ideal. Two parking spots was also very helpful and there’s a beautiful weeping willow tree in the backyard!

The house was perfect and location was great. Everyone that I spoke to were extremely helpful. Linen service was such a help with having to bring so much down for my sons wedding. Only issue was not enough trash / recycle cans so we did the best we could.

Home was perfect for us and our son's young family with two children (5 and 2). Super clean, great gated deck and backyard with all amenities needed. Fantastic location for walks into Cape May and local restaurants, bike rides, and close to activities such as Cape May zoo, wineries, aviation museum. Would definitely go back again.
