Beautiful, Cozy Condo with large private deck!
About this condo rental
Nestled in West Cape May, this charming condo for $681 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Cozy condo on Washington Street, directly across the street from the Southern Mansion. Our condo occupies the entire 3rd (top) floor, and part of the second floor. Enjoy the large, private deck for lounging, sunbathing, an outdoor dinner or just to enjoy the cool summer breeze at night! This deck is private to our unit. There are two other smaller private decks, one overlooking Washington Street, and the other on the side of the building. These all add to the uniqueness of the condo, and it's quite nice to be able to enjoy being outside, while still being at home! The master bedroom is located on the second floor and is attached to the deck overlooking Washington Street. This bedroom has a King bed. There is also a full bathroom on the second floor. The third floor has a large, open area with a full kitchen, living area and a cozy dining area which has a small deck just outside. This deck is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or tea. The kitchen area was completely remodeled in 2022 with new granite countertops and brand new appliances. If you like to cook, the new induction range and stainless steel cookware is excellent! The large deck is also located on this level. There are two bedrooms on the 3rd floor and another full bathroom. The bedrooms are both small but quite cozy. One has a twin bed, and the other has two twin beds which can be pushed together to make a "king" bed. There is a sleeper couch in the living area which has a queen bed and can accommodate two people. Our property is located around 2 blocks from the Washington Street Mall, and around 5 blocks from the beach. If you need any groceries or supplies, there is an Acme supermarket less than two blocks away and a Swain's Ace Hardware within walking distance. The location is perfect to enjoy the wonderful things Cape May has to offer, all within walking distance from the condo! There is a washer and dryer next to the kitchen on the third floor. Our unit has two private, off-street (sequential) parking spots in the rear of the building. There are outdoor showers, which are shared with the other units. There is also a shared grill on the ground floor. Guests bring their own linens and towels (there is one king bed, three twin beds and a queen sleeper couch). Cleaning fee is included in the rate. The wifi is excellent and the fastest Comcast offers (around 400 Mbps) so no worries with internet connection or speed. The house was beautiful and we had a wonderful time! Communication was excellent! As others have stated, if stairs are a challenge, this is not the rental for you! Perfect location - we didn't drive the whole week. Walked everywhere!

Great week in Cape May!
Our family had an amazing week in Cape May! Our stay at the condo was great. The location near the beach & mall was convenient because we were able to walk everywhere. Perfect getaway

Great Location in the Best Seaside Town Ever.
Great location 2 blocks from the Washington Mall and 6-7 blocks from the beach. The house is quaint and clean with a large rooftop deck to enjoy and we did just that. Greg the host/owner is spot on with communication and everything worked great. You need to be a stair climber with the entrance stairs going up 3 platform levels. Quiet inside and out. This was a great place to stay. I happened upon this property after my first choice canceled due to COVID exposure. It was a lovely alternative to what could have been a sad situation.
The place is small, but still met all of our needs as far as amenities and privacy with 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms. The coziness of the place is offset by an expansive outdoor rooftop deck that is beautifully furnished with large dining table and sectional sofa and lounge chairs. Also, 2 small balconies for private time.
The only reason the cleanliness was marked fair is because we entered the property prior to our check-in time and the cleaners had not arrived yet. The place was fairly tidy anyway, so they just did a final bathroom cleanup and were on their way.
Greg, the owner is EXTREMELY fast in his reponse time to questions, so that was very appreciated.

Greg was an excellent communicator and quickly responded to all my questions. Location is close to the beach and shops and is on a beautiful street. The deck really enlarged the social space and made for a great spot for lounging, dining, and star gazing.

Unique Victorian in heart of Cape May

Great location and roof top deck can’t be beat!
We were so glad Greg’s place was available for our last minute Cape May getaway. We enjoyed all the porches/decks, especially the rooftop where we relaxed in the sun during the day and star gazed each night. Great location near a grocery store, liquor store, and restaurants including the Washington Inn which had delicious food and excellent service. There are a lot of steps to get into the unit and within so you’ll get your exercise for sure. Short walk to the beach. Greg was very responsive and available for any questions. We would definitely stay again.

Greg’s space is lovely. The kitchen is fully equipped, the living room and dining area are bright and open.
We only stayed in the master bedroom, but the other two rooms appeared to be just as well kept. There are a/c units in every room, and a washer/dryer in the kitchen.
The two balconies were a nice addition, and the private rooftop deck is just as spectacular as it looks in pictures! We spent most of our time on that rooftop deck, which caught a phenomenal breeze.
Greg himself is pleasant and responsive. Overall, we were impressed by the space— it is large enough for a family stay but still retains those cozy shore house vibes.
We truly enjoyed our stay and hope we can come back soon!

Great Location / Everything Needed / Decks Awesome
There were 5 of us that stayed in the Condo. The ages ranged from 21 to 79. We had everything we needed. You can tell the owner is upgrading items. Some of the things, like the coffee pot and king bed, are higher end new. There are 50 steps, with many landings, to get into the condo. However, the outdoor space, and the close proximity to shops and restaurants, was well worth the steps. We would definitely stay here again. And, we would recommend it to anyone who is able to manage the stairs.

Very nice and convenient place
The house is close to the beach (5-10 min walk) and the center of the town (2-3min). It is clean, has newer amenities, TV, AC, awesome deck on the top of the building, fully equipped kitchen, really everything you need for a great vacation. Greg was also so nice to leave us some "welcome goodies" - soap, hand sanitizers, snacks, water in the refrigerator...), some of which really came in handy. Greg is very responsive, and in a timely manner and more than hospitable. We had a really great time, and would recommend staying in his place to everyone.

WILL BE BACK
The property was very well maintained and clean. The space was cozy yet spacious and very comfortable. Great private rooftop deck where i would have my morning coffee and sunbathe before the rest of the crew woke up. Excellent location close to everything. Very short walk to the beach (less than 10 mins) and 2 blocks from the Washington Street Mall and Acme supermarket. The property owner was always very friendly and quick to respond to emails prior to the rental and responded quickly to texts during our stay. There is an amazing restaurant "The Washington Inn" at the end of the block that you must try. I will definitely stay here again when I visit Cape May.
