About this cabin rental
Perch Cove is what vacations are all about, taking the time to enjoy the simple pleasures with friends and family. For a lot of people, the memory of catching that first small perch, or seeing your kid catch one, is something to be cherished. Perch Cove is dedicated to moms and dads, brothers and sisters, and close friends sharing old memories and making new ones. This 1 bedroom cabin features a king bed and large bathroom that makes it a favorite for couples’ getaways. A large, open ready to cook kitchen and living room makes it simple for everyone to enjoy meals, movies, and games together. In the evening, the private back deck invites you to grab a glass of wine and watch the night come alive with the sound of crickets and frogs and night birds. Perch Cove is located within a few minutes of the state park and lake and is an easy drive to other adventures, shopping, dining, trout fishing, and kayaking. The cabin has a level, easy access parking area, with a circle drive and plenty of room for boat and ATV trailers This cabin is NOT pet friendly Check in time is 4PM or later. Check out time is 11AM. Additional fee of $100 will apply to late check-outs unless otherwise approved. All cabins are Non-smoking. RVs, Campers, and Tents are not allowed to be used on cabin property, overcrowding fees will apply. ATV and similar vehicles are not allowed to be ridden on the cabin property. The use of Fireworks and/ or Guns is prohibited on cabin property. Hot tub covers are to remain in place when not in use. Do not stand, sit, dance, or otherwise use the cover for anything other than its intended purpose. Pets are welcome at Kiamichi Cabins on a Cabin by Cabin Basis with the following restrictions: Maximum of two (2) dogs. If bringing a single dog, the weight limit is 80lbs. If bringing 2 dogs, the weight limit per dog is 40lbs. No dogs are to be left unattended. All dogs must be kenneled if left at cabin. Dog kennels are available for rental from Kiamichi Cabins. Dogs are not allowed on the beds or on the furniture. An additional fee of $20 per night will apply - regardless of how small or cute your dog is. Property damage or excessive cleaning will incur an additional expense.

This cabin is “as advertised”. We loved the location and the seclusion. It was very clean and was very well stocked with towels, linens, and everything else needed. Contrary to some reviews I’ve read, it isn’t hard to find at all. GPS carried me straight to it. It’s right across from the butcher shop, which you will need to visit. It’s only 3-4 minutes to The Greatful Head Pizza place. If you are considering this cabin, I would strongly recommend it. I am very picky so if I say it’s great, then it’s great!

We enjoyed our stay. The cabin was situated nicely, and it was quiet and comfortable. The only complaints we had were that it smelled a little musty when we first arrived, and it wasn't as clean as it could have been. The vacuum job was a little haphazard and we were disappointed that the deck and deck furniture were so dirty because it kept us from enjoying sitting outside. Since we had to pay a pretty steep cleaning fee, we expected it to be a lot cleaner. As to that: it seems a bit much to expect those staying there to throw a load of towels in the laundry before leaving. Why not wait and wash those with the sheets?
Still and all, we did enjoy our stay. It just needs a little extra TLC to be perfect!

Comfortable, spacious cabin. In good location. Inside was clean and everything worked well. Only negative was outside patio, patio furniture, and front porch should have cleaned.

Wife and I spent the weekend celebrating anniversary. Check out day I went out hiking early. So with our vehicle not in driveway cleaning person came and ASSUMED Noone there. With the key in the box at the door they just walked in without knocking and my wife still in the bed scaring her very badly. Need better communication before entering cabins just to get started cleaning.

This cabin is secluded and away from the busy traffic noise. It is in some woods, peaceful. We saw deer in the back. It was clean and well equipped in the kitchen. Bed was comfortable. We would stay again.

The cabin was great. Enjoyed my stay. Only problem I had was finding it at night. Hard to see the turn off main road.. Need a sign or a reflective marker.

Convenient to everything.
My husband and I stayed for a view days to do absolutely nothing. The cabin was older, but clean, comfy and well stocked. If a peaceful, isolated, outdoors of the cabin experience is what you are looking for, this may not be for you because of the road noise coming from the other side of the tree line. If you will just primarily be using the inside of the cabin, it is perfect. No noise problem. The AC was amazing in the hot July temps, and kept the cabin very comfortable. The location was amazing for a couple that wanted easy access to all the attractions.

This was the e perfect weekend getaway for our little family. Close enough to ALL the things to do that our little one (1 year old) had no issue jumping in the car from fun thing to fun thing or run back to the cabin for nap time!

Liked the TVs with included programming. The inside of the cabin was incredible. The girlfriend and I had just broken up and made the trip anyway, and the king-sized bed allowed us to sleep comfortably, as far away from each other as humanly possible.

Inside is big but there is no yard and had no idea there was a storage garage beside of it. Shower curtain was moldy. Utensils were rusted. No explanation on how to watch the local channels vs casting. Broken Bow was great but cabin was not what was expected.

Everything was nice. Close to town, and to Beaver Bend where we went swimming. Would have liked to stay another night, but had to go back to work. Definitely would like to come back again. My only complaint is the light on the ceiling in the bedroom did not work.

Loved feeling like we were secluded but close to everything
Like other reviews stated, you do hear noise of Highway but this did not bother us one bit. This cabin was perfect for our couples getaway and was easily accessible to all tourist attractions. Our phones did not work the entire time we were there so make sure and print the owners email for directions. The signage for Realty Company was hard to see and we passed it a couple of times before we found the cabin! We were very pleased with accommodations and would definitely stay there again!

Overall nice cabin.. It rained everyday we were there and there was nowhere outside to get out of the rain. The front or back porch needs to be covered to be able to sit outside in the weather

The road leading up to the property was rough & it was hard to see the cabin number at night. Also there’s a massive metal building almost touching the cabin that isn’t shown in the pictures, which ruins a little of the overall aesthetic. The location was convenient but you could definitely hear the traffic noise. Overall we enjoyed our stay, but we would probably not book this property again.

This cabin was close to many restaurants and the entrance to Beavers Bend State Park. Its rustic décor was cute and welcoming. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom roomy. As others have mentioned, in the winter a fan was useful. The only heat source was in the living room and the fan helped move the warm air into the bedroom and bathroom. It was comfortable with this. In the summer, there are two A/C units and ceiling fans. The fan also helped block the road noise as this property is very close to the main highway. It was hard to find as we arrived after dark, but the Google map and directions sent to us were helpful and we found it without too much effort. The TV was equipped with Netflix so we could watch a movie. It was very comfortable for a weekend getaway for my husband and me.

We had an amazing time. I do like the location, it is close to everything. Also my girlfriend caught her first trout and then she got another one, she is still making fun of me because I didn't catch anything lol. Great experience
