Nice size house. loved the location. even though it can sleep up to 20 and we had 17 in our group it was lacking in enough cooking and serving items for a group larger than 10 people.

Property was nice, clean, check-in process was easy, instructions and info for property were very thorough and easy to follow, my family enjoyed our time there, will definitely stay again!

The home is accommodating for a large group. It has 7 bedrooms and the needed space for a large group/family. We booked for Thanksgiving 2022 to take everyone to Disney and Universal Studio. Upon arrival we noticed the home was not well cleaned. There was clear indicators of spills in the carpet throughout the home and the base boards in every room was disgusting. They need to deep clean and throw that mattress away in the top floor room to the left of the stairway when you arrive upstairs. I arrived around 11pm and was tired and ready to sleep. As I prepared to go to bed with showering first, I also noticed the shower had hair all over the walls. We decided to go get cleaning products to clean the bathrooms. This was very frustrating, as we had just gotten off the plane an hour prior. Then….I got into the bed that I was sleeping in to wake up with 13 red bite marks on my body. I initially thought perhaps the washing detergent used may have irritated my skin. Well…I pulled the sheets off to find stains all over the bottom sheet. Not only were there urine stains, there were bed bug reddish stains. I reached out to the concierge and got no response. I took the sheets and washed them with bleach and detergent and placed them back on the bed. I was afraid to sleep there the rest of the nights there. We had booked for 7 days, so this became very much of an inconvenience. Since we didn’t get responses from the property management, we improvised and bunked up. I still have these painful bites on me and still have not heard a single word from these people. We paid in full already, so I guess they don’t care. Also….the kitchen is not equipped to accommodate cooking. It does not have the basic things to cook meals. We had to go out and purchase items. Don’t do it! Keep your money and go elsewhere. The biggest issue now is these awful and very painful bite marks on my body! Very disgusting and disappointing.

We loved the property and enjoyed the pool for 2 days while it was heated. We paid for it to be heated for 6 days and message the concierge many times but they said it was working and they would have maintenance come and check it. Never happened. Other than the pool being cold the house was great.

Pros: Great location. Loved the clubhouse area and our house pool. Appreciated the beach towels. Cons: Kitchen is barebones. Need bigger than an 8” frying pan to cook for 13. Bring your oven salt & pepper. Only one dishwasher pack to last the whole week. No dish towels or hot pads. One roll of toilet paper per bathroom for whole stay is not adequate. Nice washer & dryer but no detergent. Not enough trash bags to last all week. Need to put up more towel hooks in all bathrooms. (One bathroom has none). Dining room wall is badly scraped by the chairs, needs paint. Carpet going upstairs needs cleaning. Upstairs bathrooms need better cleaning. Hopefully this will help future renters. Our family had a great time in the house pool after a day at the parks.

The rental was reasonably priced. It was very difficult to get into the gated community. The bar codes did not work and response time was long for an attendant to open the gate to the community. The home furnishings are run down, chairs torn, cobwebs in the corners, etc. It needs some TLC in order for the furnishings to meet the expectations set in the pictures. The home also lacked basic necessities - like toilet paper. There was no extra toilet paper and some bathrooms had none at all. Had to run out to the store and buy toilet paper. The instructions were not very friendly and the check out instructions were not accurate. It said put the trash on a bench and there was no bench. Most of the house was clean - except for cobwebs in the corners. You could probably do better for a rental - until they fix what is broken.

The house was beautiful but the resort itself was way over crowded and loud. Neighboring yards are right next to each other and neighbors played loud music all hours of the night with parties going on all night. Members of our party were approached multiple times, by random people asking for drugs. Would not stay there again.

I was very impressed with this property. It was as shown on the website. The house look small on the outside but was very spacious inside. My family loved it and it will definitely be a place to stay again and again.

Very nice property. Only thing which might be good to take a look at is the tools i the kitchen. They are too few. Not good for the chefs :-)

The House was in a great location close to Disney, shopping and Restaurants. The size was good for 17 of us. The things not so good it wasn’t cleaned good enough and there were things damaged or not working that I sent pictures to management so we weren’t charged .ex. Torn and marked chairs and walls, light bulbs out and ceiling fixture hanging down but we were on vacation and did enjoy the pool at the house and everything at the Storey Lake Clubhouse.

Very close to everything! Perfect central location to all desired locations! Sams club and target within walking distance! Felt like I was home, family friendly neighborhood with lots of friendly vacationers!

It was a nice property but I paid 60 dollars for 2 days of a heated pool and spa and the pool never got hotter then 78 and spa never got hotter then 80 (we had it set to 100). Asked for money back on that and they said the pool equipment was working as expected. DO NOT PAY for the heated pool and spa.

The house is modern and beautiful but I give this a 4 star because of the following: - Need better or more pots and pan to accommodate large families since this is a big house to accommodate big families - there’s a pool but you have to pay?? It should be part of the rental, as much as we paid for it - there’s a gas grill outside but again for a fee! The pool and the grill were part of the reasons I chose this place. I felt like I was nickel and dimed especially for the price of rental. - you could not stream on the downstairs TV and the bedroom TVs at the same time. We used Roku. - the pool table was not leveled or the liner was not smooth so you couldn’t really play - need ceiling fan in the down stairs bedroom cuz it gets stuffy while door is closed Other than that, it’s a beautiful house and great location close to Target, Walmart, Sam’s for grocery shopping and close to numerous restaurants and attractions.

We had a great time in this house. The location was great. We were close enough to walk to Target, Starbucks, dinner and shopping. The house itself is beautiful. A few issues we had, we were given the wrong wifi and password, there are no pans/cookie sheets for anything to go in the oven. The pool table while it looks nice the bumpers ar all damaged, there is one pool stick (the other is broken), no chalk but all in all the kids still had fun with it. It was very spacious. All in all a great trip.

This property was everything for my family we had 20 family member from ages 1 to 76. Spacious and clean very impress with the TVs we had movie night every night. The pool was sweet. The only push back was no oven mittens for cooking, the oven also took a while to cook may be time for a new one soon. Also the ice maker didn’t work. Also need a few trivets for hot pots and a bigger cutting board and some new pool table sticks. Very nice rental❤️
