Your two-bed, one bath private apartment in quiet neighborhood has a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, dining, living room, and laundry facilities in an open floor plan. This space is priced for two people. The laundry is in a common laundry room, with direct access from your apartment. You'll have a designated parking spot just in front of your private entrance and porch. There is a TV with Roku streaming capabilities. One bedroom has a queen sized bed and the other has a double bed. The huge fenced back yard is also yours to use, and shared with the residents in the other units. Self-check in with a lock box, so late check-in is not a problem. You'll be given the lock box code a few days prior to your arrival. Check-in is at 4pm and check out is at 11am. We will offer you early check-in and late check-out options if it's available, a couple days before your arrival/departure for a fee of $50.
