Located in Estepona, this charming house for $452 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. This lovely townhouse is situated within the exclusive urbanisation of Belgravia Club with direct access to the Estepona Marina, the port and the famous El Christo Beach. The pool provides a relaxing atmosphere, with sun loungers, tables and chairs and the lovely communal barbecue are that's just been refurbished. You enter the beautiful front line town house via a beautiful orange tree courtyard into the huge spacious open plan lounge that was refurbished last year. It has a beautiful German kitchen with American breakfast bar in grey with Siemens appliances and large soft closing drawers. The dining table is modern, seating eight people and was from the designer ANKARA. A beautiful Slovakian crystal chandelier is situated above the dining table. Great for glamourous dining parties with a huge mirror from designer Pedro Pena. The beautiful lounge has a designer white leather sofa that can seat seven persons, with an attached chaise lounge. This leads onto a beautiful terrace over looking the boats, marina, Gibraltar and the amazing mountain range of Morocco with the stunning Atlas Mountains. See photos You walk up the stairs to the master bedroom that has a STUNNING view of Africa and Gibraltar. It has an ensuite bathroom. This bedroom has a stunning head board two good size cupboards and a large plasma television showing all your favourite sports and films from around the world. The owner has pushed the boat out, no pun intended on the designer furniture and not saved on beautiful Egyptian cotton sheets to make your stay that extra special. Walk across the landing and another double bedroom with separate guest bathroom. This overlooks the quaint courtyard with its fountain and orange trees very Andalusian. When you walk up to the top floor, you have a huge double bedroom, with ample cupboard space and fitted dressing table area, together with a huge ensuite bathroom. The owner built this in an Andalucian style with a huge mirror, walk in shower and separate utility cupboard. The owner also provided full satellite in this bedroom with air conditioned manually controlled via remote control to regulate this suite if you like separate from the main body of the building The laundry room is in a cupboard that the owner put the washing machine and the spin drier it all fits nicely into the cupboard so neat and clean not visible to the eye when you enter the bathroom. The kitchen is fully modernised with the latest appliances fitted with dishwasher SIEMENS, microwave SIEMENS electric oven, microwave highest quality and induction hob, all in line with top quality and taste. There is video camera and surveillance cameras everywhere with secure parking with remote to open the gate. The house is five mins walk from the beautiful lively Estepona Port where there is a wealth and abundance of restaurants and bars. Also within a two minute walk there are two supermarkets Supersol and Supercor. Location description from the owner Thanks to being surrounded by the Sierra Bermeja mountains and the Mediterranean Sea, Estepona enjoys a special micro climate with around 325 sunny days a year. We have more Golf courses from Malaga to Cadiz than anywhere in the world and we can ski in Sierra Nevada in the morning and swim in the ocean at night on the same day should you be so inclined.!! The old town of Estepona is an enjoyable 15 mins walk along the beautiful Paseo. Estepona with its 60,000 inhabitants is still Spanish and Andalucian not corrupted or tainted like it's bigger sister Marbella that is also beautiful but like the naughty sister. Despite being on top of the boats the restaurants in the marina this property is quiet peaceful and safe with good secure parking and a great community spirit. The large beautiful club house can be rented for a special get together or barbecue this offers direct access to the family friendly EL CRISTO beach and the Estepona Marina. The marina has an amazing selection of bars and restaurants than provide an array of Italian, Spanish ,Indian Thai, Chinese and an amazing authentic fish restaurant run by the fisherman . You will find something to make your gastronomic desires fulfilled. Belgravia is a community holiday resort that is very high end the residents are of a good calibre and every one protects the others children at the pool areas in a healthy and community spirt. Your children would love it as they are safe in a gated community and make friends easily at the club house with other holiday makers

Many positives about the property. The location was perfect- near to restaurants, shops, the old town, golf courses and a cute little beach. The view towards the sea was stunning. The rooms are of a good size with three good sized bedrooms.
There is a good tv with a wide range of stations (though it wasnt working properly for the first two days). The host is very helpful, friendly and easy to contact.
The main negatives were the state of the decor which is in desparate need of improvement as there are broken skirting boards and doors (that don't shut) and cheap fixtures and fittings (eg showers). The awning on the terrace didn't work and some of the property needed a good clean (eg sinks and part of the kitchen). We had to buy cutlery and wine glasses! The state of the apartment was disappointing as the reality didn't match up to the photographs. The positives outweighed the negatives (just).

The location of this property was perfect for our trip and the views from the terrace were spectacular. Our host, Sebastian, along with his assistant, met us when we checked in. He provided us with many suggestions for activities, restaurants and shopping, which was very helpful. The first floor kitchen, living room and terrace were great gathering spaces for our family. Although the bedroom/bathrooms could use a few updates, it worked as a lovely home for us during our week in Estepona.

Overall our stay was great. The location of the property is great 5 min walk from the marina, which can be viewed from the terrace and a pleasant 15 min walk along the promenade to Estepona town.
Seb was great and very enthusiastic in ensuring our stay was comfortable. He provided LOTS of really useful information and recommendations on restaurants and places to visit. He left complimentary drinks on the terrace which were very much appreciated. He also accommodated our early arrival and allowed us access to leave our luggage and called us as soon as the apartment was ready which was a good hour prior to normal check in time.
Whilst the apartment was very clean, it is a lot more tired than the pictures show probably down to the property now being significantly older than when the pics were taken. That said it did not spoil our stay in anyway but is the only reason the 4* ratings aren’t 5*. I would recommend the apartment as a great base for exploring Estepona and its surroundings and Seb is def a great host.

Extremely tired accommodation. Curtains hanging off top room damp. Dirty throughout and covered in dog hairs. No internet or tv for four days. The marina is very noisy throughout the night as is the car park you over look. VRBO just not interested when you contact them. Really disappointing company that we won’t use again.

Great accommodation, best views and fabulous location to port and walk to old town.

There's no debate, this is a great home. It has all the facilities listed. Plenty of room for 3 couples, great veranda (with a sun roof essential for summer!), superb pool & pool area, good beaches, a/c, beach towels.... etc. Even interesting art on the walls.
Local facilities are very good, Estepona old town is very nice.
Sebastian kindly let us check in early and even gave 2 of our group a lift. We found the cheapest and easiest way to get there from Malaga airport is to book a bus to Estepona via the Avanza website a couple of months in advance. Only €12 pp each way. Then get a taxi across town to the Belgravia Club (about €8). Buses from the airport are roughly hourly.
There is just one thing that we have to mention, it needed a jolly good clean in the middle room, and the top floor window hadn't been cleaned for months. Apparently the previous cleaner quit before we arrived, so hopefully the new one is better. Also there are several things that need some attention by a good maintenance-person, eg the broken door on the top floor shower, annoying track on the first room shower, none of the sinks have plugs, one of the electric sockets is broken... These things won't spoil your stay, but don't expect a pristine palace. If and when they are sorted out this house will be fantastic!

What a view!
This property and location is all about the view, it is fantastic! The terrace overlooks the marina and out to sea. The property had been cleaned and new sheets and towels provided. Appliances within the property all worked fine, although we mainly ate out but everything you would need in a house were all there. Aircon was working and a godsend on some of the very hot days we had. The gated development was well kept and felt safe and secure with beautiful gardens around the pool and development as a whole. The pool was scrupulously clean and an absolute joy to cool off on the very hot days when were there. Our Host met and welcomed us on arrival and showed us around the property and the development. We had a few teething issues thereafter in the property but our host was immediate in rectifying and with good grace and even sent Dylan (a resident) to make sure all was well. Plenty of supermarkets around and about for supplies all within easy walking distance. The Port area is a busy hub of activity during the day, sailing ships and boats back and forth the ocean. Hours can go by just watching the comings and goings. It has a variety of restaurants, our favourite being Escollera, fabuluous seafood and fish cooked to perfection. Attentive waiters without bothering you. There is a busy market on Sundays which was fun to walk around and very well attended. Estepona Old Town is just a 20 minute walk along the seafront or through side streets. There is some construction going on Av. Estepona which prevented a straight through car journey, one had go up and around to get to the old town if driving. However, we walked so didnt really affect our stay. So many restaurants in the town, again our favourites were Alma, Casa Del Rey and Taberna Diez but it would take a whole summer and more to visit and try them all. Plenty of places too for a coffee and watch the world go by. We had stayed in the Old Town last time we came to Estepona and it was good to try the Port area this time, we enjoyed our very relaxing stay and will no doubt visit Estepona again.

Super convenient location above the marina near bars, restaurants and a grocery. Great views, incredible sunrises. Place was very clean and modern. Sebastian and Dylan were both fantastic, accommodating and beyond helpful. Parking is inside the walled and gated property. We would definitely stay there again.

Stunning views great location
The property is overlooking the port of Estepona with an amazing view of Gibraltar and the African coast from the balcony ( in fact Gibraltar is only a 45 minute drive away and is well worth a visit), and is great for easy access to bars and restaurants, as well as the beach and lovely old town. Estepona itself is a beautiful and well kept town with interesting backstreets of old fishermen cottages and tapas bars - venture off the main strip to get the best of the place! The property itself is within the Belgravia Club complex which is clean and well kept- gardeners visit every day to keep the complex looking spotless. There is a lifeguard at the pool everyday, although it can get a little busy round the pool itself and we found that sun beds are at a premium.
Although there were a few teething problems with the check in and property, the owner was always keen to help and solve any issues as soon as possible. Sebastian went out of his way to make sure that we had a great holiday and was always on had to answer any questions we had. Would definitely recommend this property to both families and couples alike as the location is accessible for all and there is plenty to keep you occupied.

We absolutely loved our 10 days in Sebastian’s beautiful home. The house has everything you could possibly need for your holiday, with stunning views from the balcony. It’s a very short walk into the Port with all its restaurants, bars, Sunday market and play areas for the kids.... or to the Beach. The pool is lovely with a shallow end for the kids, no armbands required! And Sebastian is always on hand if you need anything. We’ll definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at the Belgravia Club in Estepona. The apartment comes with a beautiful view of the ocean and there is a nice beach three minutes away on foot. Also close by are a few supermercados and there are plenty of good restaurants in the marina. Estepona Old Town is a bit further away but still at walking distance. About the apartment - layout was perfect for our family, each bedroom with separate bathroom and good quality beds. Air conditioning in all rooms in good working order. Kitchen is modern with all equipment you might need. The pool area is nice, lots of sunbeds and large enough a pool for kids and adults to have fun in.
A few small issues can be mentioned - the Belgravia Club gym is at the moment not operational. If you need your exercise you will have to find other ways. Some of the doors and windows in the apartment need a bit of fixing. The cleaning prior to our arrival was ok but not perfect, there had been a situation with cleaning staff calling in sick. No big deal, such things can happen of course.
We had to call on the owner to have a few things fixed during our stay and he was friendly and responsive.
All in all this is a lovely place that I would recommend to anyone and we would be happy to return. As wife said, "Jag är supernöjd!" - and so are all of us.

Estepona Family Holiday
Estepona exceeded our expectations. We were looking for somewhere not too touristy but on the Costa del Sol. Impossible? Not quite. Estepona, with it's active fishing port and beautiful flower-filled streets fitted the bill.
The Belgravia complex, including this condo, is probably the most architecturally stylish complex on this section of the coast and is going through some good renovations too.
Now this rental... We were rather disappointed at the condition in which it was let. One shower not working, a toilet leaking and there was an odour problem coming from the soft furnishings: pillows, cushions, bedding, etc. However, at this stage, I must say that the owner was extremely cooperative and obviously unaware of many of these things. He went to great lengths to have almost everything put in order as soon as possible and is reimbursing us for expenses we incurred. Along with his cooperation and us putting all the cushions and pillows through a wash cycle and putting mattress covers on a couple of beds, the place was in good order within a few days. It's a good thing we were here for two weeks and not a weekend because still we had the time to really enjoy staying here and the convenience for walking to the downtown and to the two main beaches, and the spectacular views of the port, the Mediterranean and the Pillars of Hercules from the balcony.
Would we stay here again? Yes, we would. It had it's problems but they are mostly fixed now and best of all you have an owner who listens and acts. From what we hear, many of these vacation rentals have problems but also have owners who don't care. Stay here and enjoy the good things.

The property was not what we expected. I have stayed in 3 other properties in this price range previously and this was so poor , I felt embarrassed for the friends who stayed with me . The property was so dated and poorly maintained, items where held together with gaffer tape . The property was not clean , and smelt of curry , to the extent the curry smell was in every room including the bedroom on the third floor . The bed linen was so old , the pillows were nonexistent and you was wondering what you may have found once the covers where removed. Cupboards and wardrobes were full of rubbish and chattels from the owner , it seemed they had just moved out for the 5 days we had rented for .... the list goes on and on but to top it off , I personally cleaned the house to make it liveable and I had to provide my own toilet paper as there was non provided .. From the top floor bedroom you could not see a view as the windows were that dirty

Beautiful home with a perfect view
5 of us between 74 and 88 stayed for 2 weeks in September. The owner was away, so his father met us at the complex entrance then helped us with our luggage. He made us some tea, showed us round the home (which it is something more than a house) and explained everything. A perfectly charming gentleman. What you see in the pictures and in the description is exactly what you get. Belgravia Club is very well kept, and the pool and surrounding are really nice. Plenty of sunbeds where you can relax in the sun or in the shade of the trees. The beds were very comfortable, and everything you need for a holiday is there. It's a short stroll down to the harbour and the cafes and restaurants, but early in the holiday try Le Petit Paris, about 100 metres on the left as you leave the complex. We are sure you will go again, as we did. We met the owner the next day, a really nice guy. All in all, one of the best holiday rentals we have had, and we holiday a lot.

Property in an ideal position close to restaurants and local beaches. Relaxing, clean pool area with plenty of spaces to sit and relax. AMAZING!!
We just got back from Estepona and had an amazing time. Sudhir was an exceptional host. When we arrived he was there to greet us and made sure we had everything for our stay. The apartment was exactly like it's described and even more. The house was clean , big and in a safe neighbourhood. I'm definitely going back!

Magnificent house in magnificent location
This three storey house is immaculately furnished and modern. It overlooks the lovely port and is yards away from some great restaurants. The fishing boats bring in their fish 200 yards away. A massive, lovely beach is a 5 minute walk away. The owner was really helpful and always on hand. A really nice guy. We cannot recommend this property highly enough.

Belgravia Club- Superb location let down by apartment
The location of the Belgravia Club has easy access to the port and beach. However, the apartment was not in a clean state (dog hairs but one example), fridge/freezer not cleared of owners food, insufficient cutlery, tumblers, which owner did rectify on complaint, bedding not laundered and generally poor state of cleanliness and repair - more airbnb than a holiday let. Owner still removing his clothes from the apartment as we were moving in. The apartment did not live up to the HomeAway description. Broken dishwasher shelf and sewer smells in bathrooms have still not been rectified as reported in a previous review.
Only one bedroom air conditioner remote for two bedrooms and bedroom TV did not work. We could go on......

Beautiful home in perfect location
This home has many excellent features, and we enjoyed our 10-day stay here. It’s perfectly located near the beautiful Estepona port, its view is phenomenal, the home is warm and welcoming and filled with lovely art. It’s large and comfortable and modern. However, there were some issues that we had, some of which were ultimately resolved and some of which were not. Sebastian warned us that the Siemens stovetop had broken shortly before our arrival, but it was never fixed during our stay. We could of course use the microwave and oven, but it’s tough to fry or boil an egg or make pasta if there isn’t a working stove top! Despite the fact that the listing specifically mentioned a coffee maker, there was no coffee maker when we arrived, and the electric tea kettle was badly calcified and had torn filters at the spout. Sebastian was out of the country and asked us to drive to Marbella to pick up a specific coffee maker and to pick out a tea kettle. This little errand took quite a bite out of our second afternoon there. Other issues included a nasty sewer smell that would come and go in the bathroom, and the bottom rack of the dishwasher that doesn’t pull in and out well (especially when full). Additionally, the TV cable box must often be rebooted. (Though when it’s working properly, there is an excellent choice of English language programming.)
Despite these issues, I would recommend Sebastian’s lovely home, but check to see if the issues have been resolved. One more word – we love Estepona so much that we are coming back next year for a month. We’ve been working with rental agencies and have learned that what we paid for 10 days at Sebastian’s would cover an entire month at comparable apartments. It’s worth negotiating a better price. (Something we didn’t even try to do, out of ignorance of the local market.)

Perfect in every way
Amazing property, interesting watching the fishing boats comin in daily. Sebastion is an amazing host so very helpful, nothing was too much trouble , if you go to Estepona you must stay at this house. Had everything home from home. Very comfortable beds , good bedding too. Perfect location , no taxis needed here you can walk. Can't find fault in anything.

Great location and a comfortable property
Estepona is a great holiday location and this apartment is extremely well located for a relaxing break. It is 5 minutes walk from the port area with an excellent selection of restaurants and bars and less than half an hour's walk from the main town. The communal pool area is lovely with plenty of sun loungers provided. We found that before midday we could virtually have the pool to ourselves!
The apartment itself is comfortable and well-equipped and had plenty of room for the 6 members of our party.

Lovely 3 bedroom townhouse in a fabulous location
This is a lovely 3 bed town house in a great location. Its situated at the marina with a 5 minute walk one way to the smaller but prettier beach and a 30 minute pleasant walk along the promenade to the main town of Estapona. The Belgravia Club is a small complex with a private pool area with sun loungers. We spent time at the pool almost every day and always had our choice of loungers. The house is well equipped with everything you would need and with large, airy and light bedrooms it was a very enjoyable stay. Sebastian and his father Binoth were very friendly and helpful - giving ideas of places to visit and providing basic groceries for our arrival - thank you!
