Nestled in Keystone, this charming condo for $105 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. This spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom penthouse condo sleeps 7 with a king bed, a queen bed and a full-sized bed with twin trundle. Fresh paint and new flooring throughout, along with some new furniture and decor in June, 2020. It features premium linens and our Ivory White Bedding program. Top floor location ensures a quiet stay. Centrally located in River Run Village so you’re just steps away from shopping, restaurants and festivities. Plus, you're a short walk from the high-speed gondola. Dakota Lodge offers shared amenities including the largest pool in Keystone with slope views and two oversized hot tubs. And it's next to Dercum Square that features an ice rink during winter and a mini golf course during the summer. The entryway has mounted hooks and a bench for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The living area features a mounted Smart TV and comfortable furniture. Step outside to the private balcony offering beautiful mountain views or take advantage of the high quality gas grill when making home-cooked meals. The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The dining area comfortably seats four and there are four additional seats at the breakfast bar. The first of two full bathrooms is just off of the living area and features a single sink vanity with a granite countertop and a shower/tub combination. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. The first bedroom features a king-sized bed with a new 4-inch gel memory foam topper on our Ivory White Bedding program. There is a mounted Smart TV and a skylight. The second bedroom features a high-end queen-sized bed and a full-sized bed on our Ivory White Bedding program. There is also a twin trundle, a mounted Smart TV and a skylight. The second bedroom has an en suite bathroom with double sinks and a door separates the shower/tub combination and toilet area for added privacy. In addition to closets in both bedrooms, there is an additional large closet available for guest use that allows for extra storage. **Ultra-premium Linens and Ivory White Bedding** This property has been upgraded with ultra-premium linens and ivory white bedding. The set up was perfect for our family of four. The kids had their own bed and bathroom across the living space from the grownups. The beds and furniture were comfortable and the fireplace and view cozy. The elevators took forever and the gondola still felt like a hike for the kids carrying all their own gear. Hot tub was nice. Nearby restaurant Zuma was excellent. The hosts were responsive, but not particularly helpful. We never got working ski locker keys or a noisy heater fixed. Overall though, a great place for a family vacation.

Overall good experience, however not as good as a prior stay at the adjacent lodge. The accommodations were nice and clean, but smaller than expected. Rooms were very crowded with furniture, especially the bedrooms. Though advertised to sleep more than 4, we found it a bit small for 4 people to enjoy comfortably. We did not have access to ski storage as the provided keys did not work. Management company reached out to HOA but the issue was not resolved. The hallway ventilation system was blowing cold air the entire duration of our stay making it very cold. Upon arriving at the hot tub one evening, there were no towels for our use though we were told not to bring towels from the room. The location was great, good restaurants were close and walkable to the gondola. We will return to the location but will not rent this unit again.

Room was clean, very nice, good supply of kitchen needs and lots of space, comfy beds. My only issue was it was pretty cold, the room heat doesn’t seem to work well or just poorly insulated. But was happy with everything else

I had some time in between switching homes, and figured why not stay in the mountains while the leaves are changing. Couldn't have asked for more! Great view, great apartment, and the management company is very organized and clear with everything. Will definitely do this again in the future.

We enjoyed a quick 2-night stay after a hut trip and were impressed by this condo in the Dakota building. The place was clean and very well maintained. The garage parking and plentiful luggage carts made arrival and departure a breeze. Appreciated the fans and humidifiers in the unit. Kids loved playing in the pool and hot tub. We enjoyed the short walk to some of our fave River Run restaurants, splashing in the Snake River, and hopping on the bike trail to Lake Dillon. We also appreciated how comfy the reclining couch was when relaxing in the evenings. Only complaint is that the 4:30 arrival and 10am checkout is later/earlier than other properties we’ve used, and paying for earlier check in added to the cost of our stay. Would definitely stay again, especially during ski season.

The place was great for the most part. Just what we needed. The biggest issue was the out of service elevator in the complex. We’re on the 5th floor so making that trek up stairs 4/5 times a day was a bit much. My wife is 7 months pregnant so clearly not ideal.

The individual condo was great, clean, everything you need. BUT, before you book, make sure the elevator is working as it is on the 5th floor. There is a coin washer dryer in the building, but the dryer takes double the amount to dry a small load, so don't count on doing a lot of laundry.

The condo was great and the view was beautiful, however, the elevator was broken the full 4 days while we were there, so we had to climb 5 flights of stairs every time we came and went. The fire place was also broken. On the plus side, the view was amazing and the property was very clean.

The check in process of not being able to get in until after 5pm is useless. But they will let you check in early if you pay $10.00 hour extra. Front door doesn't close securely, light switch in bathroom doesn't work properly.

From the moment we entered this condo it was freezing. The fireplace won't light up and heating baseboards were not warming up enough. I've made two calls to maintenance and been told that the order for a technician has been placed. The technician shows up at 8 PM next evening. He hasn't been able to fix the fireplace and brought extra portable heaters. We have been able to warm up living room but temperature in both bedrooms still has been around 60 degrees. We are told that the building has an old electric heating system that is not handling load sufficiently. It is a great location and penthouse has a nice view but we will never book this condo again.

Overall our experience was really awesome! Picking up the keys and instructions were easy. The only caveat was the fireplace pilot light was out and we had kids with us that really wanted the fireplace on. Apparently this is a common malfunction in this unit. Instructions were in the website to relite and I tried that but didn't work and ended up having maintenance come and fix it, I don't feel comfortable relighting someone else's equipment and thought it was odd that guests are allowed to light it. Other then that it was very nice. Thank you.

The apartment was clean and had a good amount of linens and towels. The clock on the wall needs its battery changed and the propane tank on the porch was empty. The Wi-Fi password was incorrect. Otherwise the facilities were excellent and I would be happy to stay here again in the future

I loved the parking garage. The property was extremely clean.
Most things were in great shape. There was communication with the staff.
These are the things I did not like:
1. The TV in the bedroom did not work with the remote. This was irritating. I texted the staff. They said it needed new remotes. That's great for the next people who stay there. I guess that it was just tough luck for me.
2. Also, the fireplace did not work. This was a big deal. In the pictures you see a fireplace. You pay for the condo with the fireplace. But, it doesn't work. I came off the mountain and sat next to a cold fireplace. It would be nice to get a little refund based on that.

Location is perfect, located near everything. Parking is great, covered garage. We were located on the 5th floor with amazing views. The only downfall is the elevator, very slow and sometimes it didn’t work but all in all it’s a great place to stay.

The resort itself is a train wreck with businesses in the village either closed, with limited food, understaffed, with reduced hours, and hour plus waits for a table. It was like they were surprised at the Christmas crush of visitors even though Summit County rentals were dd100% booked.
The mountain itself was A~plus…although they are slow to get more than 15% of the runs open so it is a roller derby out there…with thousands of skiers being cramped into about 20 skiers per, acre.
