Located on Scenic Highway 30A in Blue Mountain Beach, Adagio is situated overlooking a private stretch of beach with private beach access. This family-oriented complex has two pools. The 8,000 square ft, centrally located main pool, has three tiers met by a continuous waterfall and fountain in the center of the top tier. The gulf side infinity pool is heated with breath taking views of the Gulf below. The hot tub seats up to 15 people and welcomes families of all ages until 6pm. After 6pm, the hot tub is reserved for adult use only. La Dolce Vita has an on-site office that offers rentals for bikes, kayaks, paddleboards, beach chairs and umbrellas. **PLEASE NOTE** tents and canopies are not permitted at Adagios private beach. • Onsite fitness room open daily from 7am-7pm • Onsite community grills featuring 4 burner built in grills. Charcoal grills are also available. • Onsite Ice machine offers 10lb bagged ice for $2 per bag. • 2 parking spaces per condo • Gated entrance with Security The 3 bedroom/3 bathroom condo sleeps up to 8 guests, providing ideal accommodations for the whole family on your unforgettable beach vacation. Imagine mornings walking out to the patio to enjoy coffee while the salty ocean air breezes through your hair. The kids will be running out to the community pool for an adventurous day in the sun. As the morning progresses, take a stroll right over to the private boardwalk and feel the warmth as you sink your feet into the soft, white sand. The proximity to the beach makes it ideal for long days in the sun, walking back and forth to the condo for snacks and drinks. Adventure awaits with snorkeling, sea kayaking, paddle boarding, and beach football. As evening approaches, prepare dinner for your family and friends in the fully equipped kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. The whole crew can gather on the private patio for appetizers and drinks before a meal at the large dining room table. After dinner, enjoy the unbeatable sunset views that 30A has to offer from the back patio, then make your way down to the beach for family photos as the sun sets over the Emerald waters. There is no better way to end your day of exploring the Gulf than with a bath in the whirlpool tub in the master bathroom with a glass of wine or tea. The unit was very nice and was a great walk in unit with easy access to the Beach & the pools. We did have a small air conditioning issue and reached out to the maintience department which never called us back. That was a little disapointing that they never returned our call. Glad it wasn't a major issue.

My friends and I enjoyed are stayed at this condo. It was located next to the pool. I like that the property was beachfront. Although, be warn, there are many stairs to reach the beach; which can be difficult if you have a lot of items to carry to the beach or have someone in your party that may have trouble navigating stairs. The resort property overall was nice and located near wonderful restaurants and stores. A few people in our group took advantage of the many trails to run/walk/ bike in the area. The rental property includes parking for two vehicles. If you have more than two vehicles, the HOA charges $15 a day to park on the property. I don’t recall that information given by the rental company.

This was a great property and very convenient. Couple of pieces of advice: Maybe not as great a place for teens as others might be, but the whole area of 30A closes down early, so teens are often left wanting for things to do. Also, if you want to rent a golf cart, you either have to rent it from the place immediately in front of the property (at pretty high prices), or you do without, as golf carts are not permitted on the property. Otherwise, great property and pleasant experience. Beach is terrific and convenient!

Only thing I would say is the kitchen needs pot holders. Someone staying with us burnt his hand because we had to use a towel to get something out of the oven. And the sliding glass door is very hard to lock. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and our kids LOVED the pool!

Excellent location, beautiful pool view with easy parking for great access. Property description was just as described. Kitchen is very well stocked and the separate ice machine was a very nice touch. We would love to stay there again.

First time in blue mountain beach and we loved this place. So clean and spacious. Loved being on the ground floor. Wish the large pool was heated also, but we still enjoyed the heated pool by the beach. Our group of 4 adults and 2 kids were very comfortable. Will definitely stay again.

loved the location! pool just outside patio door made for nice lunches on the porch and just steps from the beach. The family was able to spend precious time together but also allowed for complete autonomy to spend their vacation on the beach, in the pool or napping. Proximity to restaurants and bike path was excellent. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a crawler. The floors and rugs in this unit were filthy! I had to go purchase floor cleaner and mop with a filthy mop that was filthy to start with. Our white socks will never get clean.

Pool was great! Lodging just as advertised. Super convenient to be on bottom floor next to pool. Beach was a little crowded- recommend renting chairs ASAP, or setting up your chairs first thing in the am!

My daughters and I rented this property for a much needed, relaxing getaway. Loved being on the first floor with easy access to the beautiful pool area. We also like being close enough to downtown Seaside to get there easily, but far enough outside the hustle and bustle there. There was plenty of room for us to have our own space in the condo. We will definitely be back!!

This condo has it all! We went with my in-laws and our 3 children, ages 4 and under. The location of this unit can’t be beat! The ground floor access overlooking the pool was ideal. The beach and water were amazing. We will absolutely be returning!
