Situated in Blue Gulf Beach, this attractive condo for $618 per night is a great option for your next trip. Adagio G104 is another of Your Friend at The Beach's FIVE-star Adagio condos. As with all of our condos, G104 is updated, most recently a new king mattress in the master bedroom and two new FULL size beds in the third bedroom. Your Friend at The Beach is proud to offer this updated ground floor condo with upscale furnishings, new cookware, Keurig coffee maker, stand alone ICEMAKER, dishware, blender, new washer and dryer - and polished the floors for a clean luxury look. Also, we have updated the bedrooms with beautiful new wood-look floors for a clean, upscale stay. The location is still the same - Building G is closest to beach-- one unit from end of building on beach end. We also manage G105 next door, so bring friends and enjoy a friends discount! No hauling groceries, luggage or beach stuff up stairs or onto elevators. The kids step off the patio and are at the pool. The Beach is just a few more steps away. Enjoy its updated bedding arrangements: King bedroom in master with private bathroom King bed in second bedroom with adjoining private bath FULL SIZE beds in third bedroom with adjoining bathroom Bonus bunk room - Upgraded Smart TV in family room. - High-speed internet access and wireless internet provided. - 10-foot ceilings with crown molding; - Stainless steel appliances, polished travertine tile floors, granite counter tops. - Looking to grill outside? Recently updated gas grill just a few steps from G104's door. The patio is shaded in the afternoons and is a great place to nap with the relaxing sounds of the pool’s fountains and waterfalls. If eating in, the patio is also especially relaxing because of the proximity of the pool. Two Spectacular Pools--The 1700 square foot gulf side pool is heated and has an infinity edge that overlooks the blue green waters of the Emerald Coast. The large pool is an amazing 8,000 square feet that is cool even on the hottest days and includes three tiers with fountains and waterfalls. A large whirlpool spa overlooks the pool. The European cobblestone deck (measuring the length of a football field) includes sun and shaded areas with lounge chairs and dining tables. The fitness center overlooks the pool. See pictures to appreciate the beauty of the landscaping around the pool and common areas. The fitness center overlooking the pool is equipped with state of the art cardio and weight equipment including free weights. Adagio is a very family friendly place. Quiet hours are observed after 10:00 p.m. Gated access with security and maintenance staff on site seven days a week. HOA rules limit occupancy to eight people per pool front condo. The Hot Tub is for 16 and older after sunset. No tents/canopies on beach. Per HOA, guests may not bring pets. Two cars per condo only. Restrictions: Must be 25 years or older to rent and no chaperoned groups permitted. No RV's, golf carts, trailers or boats permitted. - Please review charges before booking on line as fees charged by VRBO cannot be refunded by manager. Cancellation Policy: You may cancel up to sixty days before arrival and receive your deposit back minus a $199 handling fee. No Refunds for cancellations made within sixty days of arrival, however trip insurance is available at an additional cost.

Beautiful condo with high end finishes on the first floor parking right at our door no elevators to wait on, it has a pool view from the living room and a short walk to the beach
The unit was very clean and checking in was a breeze. Communication was outstanding, when we arrived they sent a text message to make sure we were happy with the unit.
The perfect location of this particular condo made it easy for us to enjoy our time there.
In the mornings we walked to the beach, around lunch time we enjoyed the pool and in the evenings we had supper and played cards in the spacious open concept kitchen-living area and then off to the beach to watch the sunset. We will be staying there again!

We have stayed at G104 multiple times (as well as other units) and they never disappoint. Always super clean. Access to pool is wonderful, yet we do come here for the beautiful beach! Nancy and Tori both were always on top of checking on us to check on any needs we may have. Layout of condo is great, location and property very well maintained, very friendly beach staff. We enjoyed this year with our family of grand twins (19 mo) and 3 year old granddaughter - busy busy but so happy to say they all LOVED the beach! As always - we will be back next year!

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving at the beach! The condo was perfect for our family of 5 including Grandma. The description was spot on, properly cleaned and ready upon our arrival. The communication with the property managers was easy and often and we enjoyed the property immensely.The only things we missed were we thought the kitchen could have had foil, sandwich bags, a sponge or two, an extra roll of paper towels. Otherwise it was well stocked for our needs.

The unit is on the first floor which made it nice for shopping and just getting around the resort. It was okay but not up to par with other units we have stayed in at Adagio. The unit needs updating. Patio furniture was worn out and extremely uncomfortable. Curtains rods over the sliding door are about to collapse. Kitchen needs more cooking utensils (no measuring cups, no measuring spoons and no large skillet). We will not rent this unit again.

This condo, pool, and beach access is fantastic. Everything we needed was provided. We even took advantage of the grocery delivery, which was amazing! Everything in the description is accurate, and you will love the first floor access to the pool, beach, and parking lot. I was hesitant about not having a top floor view, but the ease of accessing the pool, beach, and unloading/loading our car far outweighed that. We have stayed at Adagio before but would definitely choose this condo the next time. You will not be disappointed.

Everything was wonderful. The condo was beautiful and the location was amazing. We had everything we needed and wanted and more. One of our favorite vacations ever! Every mattress is comfortable, including the bunk beds. The kitchen is extremely well equipped. We are coffee drinkers all day and there must’ve been at least 20 coffee mugs. Lots of seating space, everyone could watch TV. Being steps away from the pool is so nice! This condo at the Adagio was everything we expected it to be. This was our 6th year at the Adagio and the 4th different condo. It was clean and very nicely furnished. Nancy form Your Friend at the Beach management is the best. She is so helpful and makes sure everything is perfect. The pools are awesome. We like the area because it is not as busy as Destin and Panama City Beach but you still have access to some really good restaurants. We plan to return next year and would definitely recommend it.
