Adagio is an exclusive community on the Gulf of Mexico in Blue Mountain Beach, off Scenic Highway 30A. Adagio enjoys 600’ of pristine beach frontage, and is a private and gated complex providing a secure and comfortable environment. This beautiful three bedroom and three bath unit has dazzling views of the 8,000 square foot three-tiered pool that can be enjoyed from the master suite as well as the open living, dining and kitchen area. The gourmet kitchen has granite counter tops with marble back splashes, gas stove and KitchenAid appliances. The dining room seats six with room for three more at the bar. The balcony has lounge chairs to enjoy the amazing view. Adagio features two Spectacular Pools--The 1,700 square foot gulf side pool is heated and has an infinity edge overlooking the blue green waters of the Emerald Coast. The main pool is an amazing 8,000 square feet that is cool even on the hottest days and includes three tiers with fountains and waterfalls. A large whirlpool spa overlooks the pool. The European cobblestone deck includes a variety of seating areas including lounge chairs and dining tables. The fitness center is centrally located near the pool. The gulf front lawn area makes for a fantastic spot to take in the gulf sunset or to enjoy a gathering with family and friends. Adagio's convenient location allows for quick access to neighboring Grayton, Seaside and WaterColor where you will find some of the finest shopping and dining venues around. The area also offers a spectacular 17-mile biking/hiking trail along historic beach highway 30A. Destin is just 12 miles away. Bring your bikes or rent them while you’re here. The bike ride along 30A crosses some of the most spectacular inland lakes in the world. Kayak rentals are also available on the beach at Adagio. We’ve stayed at the Adagio many times and have had great experiences during each stay. We decided to go a little earlier than usual this year and had an amazing week. This was our first time in F-105 and we were not disappointed. Everything was clean and updated. I really appreciate a rental property that keeps their interior updated with newer TVs and appliances. While I recommend any of the Adagio condos that we’ve stayed in, F-105 is definitely in our top 2.

We stayed in Unit F-105 from 4/1/23 - 4/8/23 and it was perfect. The unit was extremely clean and provided us with everything we needed. The Adagio facility as a whole was beautiful and we enjoyed the pools. Having gas grills that were clean and in great shape made cooking dinner very easy. Management was extremely help when we had a couple of minor issues and they resolved them very quickly. The only complaint we have is the lack of beach space due to La Dolce Vita taking up 3/4 of the private beach space in front of Adagio. Everyone is paying the same price to stay at Adagio and just because we chose not to rent chairs and umbrellas, we should not have been limited to a very small part of the beach. Allowing La Dolce Vita to reserve half of the space would be much more appropriate considering how much we paid to stay at Adagio.

Third fall break at Adagio. We love it there so much! This was a great condo. Only complaint is that they have a couple of plastic wine glasses and that’s about it. Otherwise great-would definitely stay in this condo again!

Upon entry, this place is perfect. Large enough for multi generations and right across from the pool entry...which is what we wanted for the kids. It is not far from the beach access either. I will say, the floors need to be DEEP cleaned. After about 15-20 minutes of being inside and unpacking our things, our feet were BLACK!! Mainly in the bedrooms. We had to wear flip flops the whole week, which was not the end of the world, but we were not able to FULLY relax with dirty floors either. Also, the only thing the kitchen didn't have was pot holders. It was pretty much fully stocked for our needs. Overall, this is a great place. I would definitely stay here long as the floors were tended to.

If you bring your own chairs there is a small designated space that is not sufficient for the size of the property. Very disappointed with this. We felt like you are almost forced to rent chairs. We were not even allowed to put chairs behind the rental chairs. No beach canopies allowed because of space limitations. We saw the security ask a family to leave because their umbrella had 4 sand bags. We saw security ask people to move who were too close to property line on beach. It is a shame such a pretty beach is not very useful for large families.

Overall we had a wonderful time - we loved the location, amenities, beach access, etc. The one negative was that our 4 yr old granddaughter fell from the top of the bunk bed ladder and het her forehead on the hard floor. She went to the ER for four hours for observation and fortunately came home OK.

Let me start by saying this is a beautiful unit in a very family friendly community. This is our 3rd year in a row staying in this specific unit for spring break - we love it that much. But this time, the unit was showing some wear and tear that I'm sure all rental properties endure, but wasn't expecting considering it's the beginning of busy season vs the end. Primarily, the biggest complaint would be mattresses from both Master bedrooms were in bad shape - the master with patio accrss was at least usable; the back master was a glorified hammock. Few other shortcomings were noted - shoddy coffee maker, loose toilet paper fixtures. Still a LOVELY unit and wonderful stay, but the mattresses surely won't make it another full rental season. Won't be staying again unless there's mention of new mattresses in the write up on this unit.

The pool view is fantastic. No need to stay oceanfront unless you want to. We met people from all over the U.S. who chose to come to Adagio. A great experience!

While the weather prevented us from enjoying the pool and patio for the first few days, we were comfortable and happy entertaining ourselves with good conversation, cooking, playing games, etc. We were able to get out to local establishments for drinks and good food. The last two days the weather cleared enough for us to get outdoors and enjoy the amenities. The staff was very quick to put things back in order and clean up the debris. We had a great experience and would do it again!

Exterior and Beach
Unit was very nice and clean. Exterior door window entrance was dirty and needed cleaning. First impression when walking up caused us to pause about what to expect. But unit was very clean, nice and spacious. BEACH - very disappointed at over 90% was taken up by beach chair rental company. The small section personal beach chairs and umbrellas could be used was packed with guests trying to use their own stuff. Going down as early as 6:30am did not work to secure a spot to enjoy the beautiful sand and water. So the theory that majority of renters use the service is not accurate so many were complaining about being blocked by the rental agency to have to set almost 3 deep and hard to access water and surf by navigating thru. The beach rental chairs were not social distancing (packed in) even if there were groups for large families and for sire the personal beach chair area was way crowded. Bu the 3rd day we stopped using it and went to public beacj access. Super nice easy access in dune allen about a 5 min drive. Never went back to beach at condo. The beach chair rentals are uncomfortable and why we dont like them never have. For that reason we will not come back to this property.

Nice unit
Nice unit. My only complaints are need better drawer space in the master bedroom and more bath towels. The beach here is a bit small and can get very crowded but renting chairs helps you obtain a spot daily. We love this area and the Adagio.

This condo was perfect for our family vacation. The pictures don’t do it justice!! It was clean and had the perfect beach decor. It was much more spacious than we anticipated!! Beautifully updated unit in great shape. The washer needs replaced but that’s all that concerned us. Also need more towels as we were constantly having to wash towels. Adagio staff in the office is always so accommodating. The Gatekeepers, not very user friendly, comparatively. Just wondering, we have always left our groceries for the cleaning staff that we couldn’t transport home. Saw where we must dispose of everything now. Seems wasteful and no homeless shelters accept opened items. Anyway, just small things. Overall loved this unit and our trip!

Beautiful unit!
Weather was horrible but we loved the location and unit very much. Need more towels as we were constantly washing towels. We have always left our extra food for the cleaning crew but saw that was no longer allowed. Seems such a waste.
Anyway, we made the most of the horrible weather and as always love Adagio and the office staff. Beautiful unit so tastefully decorated.

Disappointment about the Algae problem kept us out of the ocean for two days and rain the last two days// disappointment with beach conditions and the high cost for the beach Umbrella/chairs set up and not able to use for half the time there.

Overall we had a very good stay in F105. May 2019 was our second time to stay in this unit. The unit has been well-maintained and has been redecorated recently. We like that it's on the ground floor with easy access to the pools and beach. With 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, we had plenty of space to stretch out for our family of 3. The pools are very clean and the grounds are taken care of nicely. My 2 year old loved seeing all the birds and trees near the big pool area! We love the location of Adagio and will definitely visit again. However, I am a tiny bit hesitant to stay in this unit again. The reasons being: The baseboards and corners behind doors were kind of dirty (my toddler loved finding and eating the dustballs...this is the only reason I noticed/cared about the baseboards!)...Considering everything else at Adagjo is very clean we didn't worry about it too much but still thought it was a little gross. Also, there is no dresser in the master bedroom. We lived out of our suitcases on the floor for the week. There are some hangers in the closet but who hangs swimsuits and shorts....The other bedrooms had plenty of clothing storage options but the master only had a small metal table (no drawers) and a narrow bedside table (which had 2 very shallow/narrow drawers). There is plenty of space in the master to move a dresser in there. I feel like the people who stay in the master are most likely the ones who are paying for the would be nice if we could've had a dresser too. We aren't usually too picky so even just a shelving unit in the master closet would have been fine. Like I said, overall our stay was good but these slight issues caused a bit of an inconvenience throughout the week.

F105 had beautiful updates and was very clean and nice. Loved the decor and furniture. The whole complex was beautiful and like a resort. Wonderful people to work with when renting. Loved walking and riding bikes up and down 30a. Our kids enjoyed walking to the creamy many times. The ONLY thing that might keep me from coming back to this complex is the stairs to the beach. I wish there was a ramp. But I don't think that will happen:) Thanks again for the wonderful family friendly environment!
