Fully stocked w/ plush towels, cotton sheets and over the top mattresses for your comfort. Head outdoors to the amazing backyard with a fire pit, pool, heated spa, BBQ and dining area. This residence, located in a quiet neighborhood, will ensure you have an outstanding Vegas Vacation! Plenty of space to lounge around and loads of shopping within minutes of this amazing residence. Extra safety Pool features are available as we have child safety bracelets with a monitoring alarm, and a pool fence installed. Pack and Plays are available upon request. HEATED SPA – This Spa is heated year-round for no additional charge. HEATED POOL - This is a seasonal pool. Pool heating is available upon request for the months of March through October, subject to an additional daily charge. We came to Vegas with the family for 5 days. We had 10 of us. The house was in a great location for us to get to the game, the Hoover Dam and Grand Canyon. The owner Eddie checked in on us on the 2nd day to see if we had any questions or if we needed anything. We asked for some wash clothes and a few extra towels and within a hour or so they were brought to us. We did have a few younger ones with us and with the kids they had some fun games for them to play. Though we were not here much it was a very nice place. Everyone said the beds were comfortable. I can definitely recommend this home for your visit

This property was fantastic. It was clean and well organized and in a great area. Communication with the host was superb. My kids loved the games at the property and we have a great visit to Law Vegas.

I'm not sure how we got 90+ degree weather in October but we did. The pool and spa were thoroughly enjoyed by all from the 12 year olds to the 50 year anniversary couple. The house is spacious and amenities were well thought out. Property managers were responsive and so helpful! Called our first day and checked in during the stay. Answered questions prior to and during our visit. Even shipped a package back to me I accidentally sent after it visit. Would definitely stay again!

First, Eddie and Michelle are the most communicative, flexible hosts we have ever worked with - we would not hesitate to rent from them again and it's likely we will!
In our group were 8 adults and two grandchildren. Some guests flew in from the East Coast, some from Denver and some from California. The five bedrooms and four bathrooms easily accommodated all of us. The house was spotless when we arrived and the flow of the house meant we weren't stepping on one another's feet. The City of Henderson restricts the hours (for noise purposes) that one can be in the pool but that is where we spent most of our time. Many thanks to Michelle and Eddie for helping make my 70th birthday and family reunion a very special gathering!

The house was perfect for what we needed for our short family reunion. The pool was great and I really appreciated the phone call the day we arrived and all of the instructions and documentation provided. It was a great experience. Thanks!

My friends and I got together to celebrate our friends bachelor weekend. We wanted a nice quite place to relax and recover from our evenings out and the place was great for that. Eddie was very helpful and a great communicator. He called me shortly after our check in time to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. He answered the phone anytime that I had questions was very responsive.

Stayed there for my birthday with a group of 8 of us. House was immaculately clean and the pictures were accurate. Enjoyed the fact that the house had so many games to entertain ourselves with. The host was proactive in seeing if we needed anything, which was great because we didn't see the controls for the spa (which are in the kitchen btw). The only bad thing I could say is to leave some clorox wipes in the kitchen for wiping down the counters. We truly enjoyed staying at this home and you will too!!

The home was good size so we were not cramped and were able to spread out and enjoy each others company. The home was well maintained and clean. Eddie was very prompt when we contacted him. It was absolutely perfect with the pool and all the entertainment provided in the home, which kept the children busy the entire stay. The home was good size so we were not cramped and were able to spread out and enjoy each others company. The home was well maintained and clean. Eddie was very prompt when we contacted him. For most people this would probably work fine but caused some logistical issues for our group. Overall it was very nice and worked well for our vacation!

Overall great place, Spa and pool are excellent because of heat. Lots of room and ready access to the interstate.

Awesome Host
Our stay in the house was fantastic. Super clean, easy communication with the host, snack in the house on our arrival, and lots of entertainment. I would definitely recommend the house to anyone.

Wish we could have stayed longer
Wonderful property! The home was well-appointed with everything you could need. Loved the little details, nightlights all around the house, reminders of activities/games available, and snacks for the kids.
Check-in was quick and easy, the info was shared in advance, including the wifi codes. Instructional videos were texted for how to use certain things around the house. And a useful property book was provided with additional instructions as well as info on local sites, stores, etc.
Would love to rent the property again someday.

Amazing property for a big group. We lived this house so much and we really enjoyed our stay. Plenty of bedrooms and beds and just a 20 minute uber ride to the strip. Would definitely recommend this house.

We loved staying in this home. Everything was set up nicely and the house very clean. There was lots to do for everyone, no matter the age. Eddie and Michelle were quick to respond, friendly, and helpful. Our family had so much fun, we will definitely stay here again.
