About this condo rental
Situated in Ono Island, this attractive condo for $574 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. NEW MATTRESS IN MASTER!! WE NOW HAVE PICKLEBALL COURTS! AND OUR TENNIS COURTS HAVE BEEN RESURFACED! We would love for you to be our guest at BIKINIS & MARTINIS in gorgeous Perdido Key. From the moment you walk through the front door, the expansive views of the gulf will take your breath away. Ours is an end unit with extra views that other units do not have. You will also enjoy views of Ono River and Perdido Bay from the front. The master bedroom has a very comfortable king bed and en-suite bathroom with a tiled, walk-in shower. You will love the sliding glass door in the master as you have your own entry to the deck. In the mornings, you don’t even have to get out of bed to enjoy a beautiful sunrise. Our guest bedroom sleeps three with a queen and twin bed. It also has an en-suite bathroom with tub and shower. Our couch is a queen sleeper for additional sleeping arrangements. There is plenty of space in the living/dining area for family and friends to spread out comfortably. There is dining for six at the table with an additional two stools at the peninsula. If you prefer to eat al fresco, there is seating for 11 outside! Our kitchen is a cook’s delight with new stainless appliances, plenty of cookware, and lots of space. There are two coffee makers - a Keurig and 12 cup coffee maker. You should have everything you need to cook just about anything! If you like to eat out, there are many, many fabulous restaurants in the area. We have information on our favorites in the condo. Do you have a boat? Bring it! Across the street, we have a boat dock with first come, first served slips and a launch. There is also a covered fish cleaning area for cleaning your catch of the day. Bikinis & Martinis has everything you need for a fabulous vacation. Amenities include two large swimming pools, work-out room, sauna, hot tub, boat docks & launch, and tennis courts. We are within walking distance to the famous Florabama Lounge! Occasionally, we are lucky enough to get close-up fly overs from the Blue Angels! Make your reservation today. You’ll be glad you did!

We enjoyed the proximity to everything and that it was not overly crowded. No problem with loud neighbors, we were able to simply relax! The condo had all you would need and I love the decor.

We enjoyed our stay at Bikinis and Martinis. The owner was very responsive to my questions ahead of my arrival and the condo was exactly as I thought it would be. I’ve stayed other places the had outdated pictures and was disappointed. I highly recommend staying here.

What a great place! The perfect location with so many outstanding options for beach, pools, and bay. The condo is beautiful and very comfortable. The beds were comfortable, the dining table gave us plenty of room for meals and card games - a family tradition. The sofa bed was incredibly comfortable. Better than any other sofa bed I’ve ever seen. The owner was available to help with any questions and very prompt. Thank you, Amanda! We used the grills on the beach side to grill some salmon and hung out at the picnic tables while they were cooking. The beach was perfect than we brought a portable shade that protected us from getting burned. We spent so much time at the beach and never got tired of it. The pool was great. Many times there was no one else even there. The kitchen had everything we needed and there was a Publix close by. Great restaurants including Cobalt, Perdido Key Sports Bar for wings and pool, Sunset Grill for great seafood and beautiful sunsets. Also be sure to check out the breakfast burritos and tacos at Lupita’s. Great food at a fraction of the restaurants. You will not be disappointed with Bikinis and Martinis!

A very enjoyable month! Amanda & Jim were always ready to help. The condo is well stocked with everything you need to have a fun stay. The King size bed is very comfortable. We will be back next year.

We have stayed in the Perdido key area 5 times and only want to stay in this condo from now on… it is PERFECT… location..decor.. comfort..views!! They’ve got you covered! We stayed during spring break but really didn’t hear much noise so that was a plus! Thank you Amanda for making the whole process smooth and we can’t wait to be back!

Loved it so much I booked again for next year as I was traveling home!! Amanda and Jim are top notch hosts- always there with great suggestions! The condo is exceptional and the location even better. You wake up to the sun rise over the gulf while your head is still on the pillow!! It’s beautiful. I truly can’t say enough- I’ll write more next year because I’m booked!! ❤️😎

The condo was beautiful and we loved the layout. It had GREAT views. This was the bonus. We had a beautiful view while washing dishes, a side view while sitting at the little kitchen bar chatting while preparing meals, and of course the beautiful balcony view! I would absolutely stay here again. The only negative from our party is that we felt the toilet paper should have been supplied. There was only one roll per bathroom.

Don't hesitate to book this place! The view of the ocean is incredible. We ate every meal on the spacious balcony with the ocean in front of us. I rolled out of bed to see spectacular sunrises over the ocean. The access to the beach is very easy. Everything in the condo was comfortable and clean. Can't say enough about our stay. Will definitely book here again.

This was our first trip to this area. We loved this condo and will definitely be back. It is nicely appointed and felt spacious for our family of 4. The patio can’t be beat. You get a great cross breeze and the furniture is very comfortable. We opened the shutters in the kitchen each day and enjoyed that view almost as much as the one from the patio. Communication with Jim and Amanda was easy and they are very prompt to respond. Thank you for a great place to stay!

We had the best week at the beach staying at Amanda’s condo. The view of the beach is amazing and the family enjoyed mornings and evenings on the balcony. Condo was perfect size for a family of 5. Has everything you need to cook and there are plenty of great restaurants near by. Great nights sleep on the new mattress after a long day. Kids really enjoyed the pool as well. We found a new favorite vacation spot, thanks Amanda!

Enjoyed our stay
The condo was nice and clean. Short walk over the dunes to the beach. Ate our meals out on the large balcony. Watched dolphins a couple of days in the early morning. Grocery stores and restaurants are only a short drive. The only issue we had was the mattress in the primary bedroom needs replacing. There are indentations where you lay. Makes for an uncomfortable night of sleep.

My husband and I can not say enough amazing things about our experience renting bikinis and martinis condo . No disappointment at all , extremely clean , well up kept condo in a perfect location. There were spectacular views from any room in condo one side ocean and other amazing views to waterway . The property at shipwatch is clean and pools well up keep, landscaping managed . Easy convenient multiple walk outs to beach . Every morning peaceful breakfast on ocean front balcony with ample seating. Watching waves roll in to sea life dolphins, birds . Perfect location to restraints . Shopping . Recommend short drive to Alabama point to take in beautiful state park swimming and observe seabirds . The decor in condo well thought out for a relaxing fun surroundings that invite you in . Owner Amanda has a lot available to vacationers to fully stocked kitchen. Ample space . Very easy reservations, to entering into condo . Amanda a delight to communicate with and response quick . We had zero problems and absolutely loved our choice for vacation. Definitely will be back soon . Few favorite restaurant’s were tacky Jacks, The Gulf restaurant, Wolf Bay , and have to experience Florida bama . A run to perdido bay seafood they bring in fresh seafood and will steam shrimp with seasoning of choice or fresh cooked on ice ready to eat to take home .
