Located one minute from Plaza de España, two minutes from the Gran Via, with 2 subway stations 2 minutes away, a Carrefour supermarket and a parking garage within one minute walk, this gorgeous totally remodeled condo is by far your best bet in Madrid. This condo was totally renovated in 2018, the architecture features sleek white walls, a modern red kitchen, and gorgeous artwork for you to see. All bedrooms have windows from which one can see the quaint and tranquil brick wall of the building's interior patio. The Master bedroom features a Queen Size bed, TV, nice size closet and an en-suite master bathroom. The Master Bathroom is top of the line modern and amazing. The shower features a Nebia spa shower which hydrates your skin better than ordinary showers. The two other bedrooms, one with a queen size beds and the other with a full size bed, have windows to the interior patio, TV's, and closet space as well. All bedrooms provide the perfect space for a quiet and relaxing sleep. The second bathroom is a full-size bathroom as well composed of modern finishes and a Nebia spa shower. The washer and dryer are located inside a closet in the second bathroom. The condo's open plan kitchen leads to a cozy dining and living room that is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the soothing breeze that comes in through the balcony doors. The kitchen is fully equipped with Bosch appliances. If you feel that urge to try your culinary abilities, you will find everything you need right here. A surprising feature of this modern residence is the inclusion of a film projector, ideal for when you just want to relax. The living room area has a very comfortable sofa double bed in case additional guests need to sleep there. Travelers have access to free Wi-Fi as well as hotel style starter amenities. The building is a very beautiful classical Spanish type building and has an elevator that leads directly to the floor where the condo is located. This condo is deal for couples, families with or without kids, and business travelers as well. You will also find countless charming stores, cafes, and restaurants steps from your door. Whether you are looking forward to that fresh squeezed orange juice in the morning, or winding down with a delicious Spanish meal, you will for sure be happy to return to the comforts of this boutique condo in the heart of Madrid. Notes: parties are prohibited, as well as a greater number of people than allowed in it. The apartment has noise sensors that will report any incident. The night hours must be respected, considering the same from 11 pm to 9 am, and in case of not doing so, they must vacate the apartment. Note: Building under construction.

3 Comfortable beds/rooms in a modern and clean apartment that was fairly quiet with reliable wi-fi and a fully functional kitchen. Best of all was the location, which felt as if it was central to every cool neighborhood in Madrid. There was a metro stop one block away, and a friendly and very good neighborhood tapas bar right next to the entrance of the building. Only issues were relatively minor. The lock to the front door to the building was broken, as confirmed by other building residents, and often took more than a minute to finally open (which was a bummer when coming back later in the evening after a long day out) . Also, the water-pressure in the shower in the main bathroom could best be described as a mister. Those with longer hair in our party had to use the shower in the master bedroom, which had normal water pressure. Everything was great otherwise. Definitely would stay here again.

Other than the key issue we had initially for the Bldg, everything else was great. There were no complaints from our 3 adult kids..centrally located for everything!

My family had a wonderful stay in this apartment! Everything was clean, modern and new. The wifi, air conditioning, appliances, and showers worked great. The beds were comfortable. The owner was very helpful, accommodating, and responded quickly to our emails and texts. The apartment is in a good, safe area with grocery stores and restaurants close by. This apartment and owner deserve 5 stars!
