Located on Customs Street, located between Gran Vía and La Puerta del Sol, this spacious and bright apartment has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with a 20 square meter terrace. Please note that this apartment does not have an elevator, it is a 4th floor. With an unbeatable location, this duplex apartment with terrace, is undoubtedly the best choice for those who want to be in the center, but at the same time enjoy tranquility and a large terrace. Entering the house, we can find the fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for your stay. On the right, there is the dining room, which comfortably accommodates up to 8 people. Continuing, we can find the living room with seating for 6 people, television, and views of the beautiful terrace. From the living room we must highlight the high quality enclosures, because they do not let the slightest noise inside, although the street where the apartment is located is very quiet, and very few cars pass by. The terrace has 20 square meters and it is super nice to enjoy it with a glass of wine or a cocktail, after an intense day in the vibrant city of Madrid. The terrace has an automatic control controlled awning, as well as the blinds are automatic. Without a doubt, it is a luxury to have this incredible terrace in the center. In the internal part of the house there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and an en suite bathroom and the other with two single beds. To highlight in this bedroom we must mention the skylight located on the ceiling, which brings natural light to the room. The bathroom attached to this bedroom is complete with a bathtub and also has a skylight on the ceiling. From the living room and up some stairs, we find the Mastersuite, with double bed and en suite bathroom. This room overlooks the terrace located on the lower floor. Without a doubt, this property is perfect, for a family or large group of people looking for tranquility, but being in the center of Madrid. Note that the apartment is on a fourth floor and has no elevator. * Late check-ins have a special rate and are paid in cash when you arrive at the apartment. ** Check-in after 9 pm has a cost of 30 euros. ** Check-in after midnight until 9:00 am has a cost of 50 euros. * Upon arrival we will request the signing of the Contract of the stay, and the passport of each guest. * If during your stay you need a cot or high chair, please inform our team. This service has an additional cost. * Two sets of keys are provided. * If you reserve the apartment for six people and still want to use the sofa bed, you must pay an extra cost of: 20 euros per night. This additional cost includes the clothes of the sofa bed and that is prepared for your arrival. The best way to get to the apartment is the Sol L1 metro station.

The location couldn't have been better. We could walk to all the events or sites that we wanted to see. We are in good shape so the 4 flights of stairs to the apartment didn't stop us from leaving and returning more than once a day. The air conditioning worked and having 3 bathrooms for 3 couples truly helped all of us. We also enjoyed having the outdoor patio area. We would return to this apartment if travelling with a group of 6 again.. A final note about our rental agency contact: She was very good and helpful. I would definitely rent with this agency in Madrid. Truly love the city of Madrid.

Great spot for everything! Metro on hand just a few minutes walk away. Restaurants and cafes on your doorstep, pretty much a great central location. It can get a little bit noisy very late on/early morning probably depending on what time of year you go. Large airy apartment with a terrific balcony, not great for lounging on if you want that sort of holiday but handy to sit and have a coffee in the sun. This appt is on the top floor so be prepared to climb around 80 steps. It is well equipped but could do with tweaking here and there. The sofa bed is very hard and not easy to work out, we thought it was broken so didn’t use it. Shower/bath mats would have been handy as the marble/tiled floors can get a bit slippy underfoot when showering. Lack of storage in the twin room but there is enough to hang some clothes. Communication between host and guest is fantastic so any problems are dealt with promptly. For us, this appt was more about the location.

Great location, close to everything in Madrid! Short walk to restaurants , shopping, metro station! The apartment was clean and spacious! The host was very nice and responsive when I had a question!
