Home to a great variety of bars and restaurants offering from traditional to innovative cuisine, La Latina is one of Madrid’s top tapas neighbourhoods. Perfect for enjoying a Sunday aperitive or shopping at the open-air flea market of El Rastro. The apartment: This bright and comfortable apartment is located on the 1st floor of a building with a lift. On entering the apartment to the right, there’s a fully equipped kitchen provided with washing machine, vitroceramic hobs and everything you may need to cook. On the left, you can access the first double bedroom, which is provided with a double bed. The living area is tastefully decorated and comes with a double bed and a dining table. The sleeping area comprises two additional bedrooms, a twin and a double, both boasting a lovely décor in light tones. The bathroom comes with a shower and there’s a handy guest toilet. Wi-Fi, heating and partial air-conditioning in the living room. The crib is subject to availability. Please advise at least 5 days in advance. Air conditioning in the living room. Central heating hours (only during winter): Monday to Friday from 13:00 to 23:00h. To take into consideration: We respect: for the purpose of a good coexistence and respect for neighbors and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are required to comply with the established rest hours at all times. The check-in process implies a mandatory online registration of each guest prior to accessing the apartment. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment. Please contact our team 48 hours before your arrival and carefully follow the instructions made available to you at all times. Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the area called MADRID CENTRAL with restricted access to road traffic. Keep in mind that, to access the apartment in a private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the Municipal Directorate General of Traffic (DGT).
