Situated in Centro, this attractive condo for $318 per night is a great choice for your next break. Located on Calle Preciados, a long street that perfectly captures the style and atmosphere of Madrid. In Preciados Street you can find a lot of shops and must-see sights are within easy walking distance. There are a number of metro and bus stops within easy reach, and a nearby supermarket itself stocks everything guests may need during your stay. The apartment has been fully renovated to the highest standard, with a real emphasis on quality and style. There are two living rooms areas, both with large windows that look out onto the lively street below, and two classic French balconies that is perfect for sitting and enjoying breakfast or an after-dinner drink. Polished parquet flooring that makes a comfortable and graceful space. Dining table for six, and elegant chaise longue in one of the living areas. The kitchen is adjacent to the dining room, separated by glass walls, is contemporary and new, and comes fully-equipped with everything guests may need. The entire living space has been designed with open plan living in mind, making it perfect for a group of friends or family. . The master bedroom is elegant, comfortable and bright with a separate bathroom and walk-in wardrobe. The other two bedrooms contain a double bed and twin beds, and both have use of the apartment's second bathroom. Spacious, elegant, and with a great location this is a perfect location for anyone looking to spend some time in the vibrant and exciting center of Madrid. If you want to store your luggage after the end of your stay, ask our team for the Lockers service. Late check-ins have a special rate and are paid in cash when you arrive at the apartment. Check-in after 8:00 p.m. has a cost of 30 euros. Check-in after 23.00 has a cost of 50 euros. Upon arrival we will request the passport of each guest. If during your stay you need a cot or high chair, please inform our team. This service has an additional cost. Two sets of keys are provided. Check-outs are at 11:00 am. If the apartment is reserved for 6 people and they still want to use the sofa bed, an extra cost of: 20 eur per night must be paid. This additional cost includes the linen of the sofa bed and that it is prepared for your arrival.

This 3 bedroom 3 bath apartment was extremely inviting and comfortable to stay in. We were able to spread out with multiple sitting areas. The decor was great and everything you could need was provided. The property manager met us as we arrived and ensured we were comfortable and had what we needed. This was the last leg of our trip and it was the perfect place to enjoy Madrid and then come back to relax. The location is perfect - walking distance to everything but tucked away so there isn't a lot of street noise. We'll be back!

Location, location, location!
Big apartment in the heart of the action. Check in was very easy with the representative meeting us opromptly. There is a small walk from where the taxi drops you off. The apartment was very clean but maybe a little older than it looks in the listing. The building is very old with kind of a creepy entrance. The windows overlooking the street are beautiful. It can be a bit noisy in the front of the apartment where the “living” area is. This was awesome for all of the street musicians! Very walkable to all attractions. Grocery store and shops literally downstairs. My only real complaint was there was no hair dryer and really no attempt provide one. I ended up buying one.

Apartment in the Centre of Madrid
This modern and spacious apartment is well located for exploring Madrid, just steps from Puerta Sol. It has 3 good sized bedrooms (one with twin beds), a good kitchen and lots of space to relax. It is, however, in a very busy shopping area where the neon street signs and street life can make you feel like you are staying in Times Square. That said, the windows are well made and the street noise is minimal once you are in the apartment.

The apartment is up to date and modern as pictured and is in a lovely old building on a central pedestrian shopping street in Madrid, walking distance to the palace on one end and the Prado museum at the other. When open, a beautiful breeze comes in the windows and the music from the street musicians can be heard almost every evening. The apartment has nice amenities, especially air conditioning which is a nice plus. The rooms and beds were clean, and extra towels were provided on request. A washing machine is available, but European speed (very slow). We enjoyed ourselves very much!

We had a wonderful time at this place in Madrid with our 3 children and 4 adults. Very central and on a pedestrian street - right in the heart of Madrid at Plaza del sol. It's also located right beside the metro line and easy to get around to all of the sites. The place is very clean and spacious and would definitely recommend.

Beware if you use the airport transfer service (this is a separate company) that you'll need to confirm exactly where they will pick you up for the trip to the airport - we were given a street corner and restaurant name but there was no such restaurant at that corner and the car never showed up - we easily got a taxi a block away so no great loss (and the taxi was 5 euros cheaper). Also if you need to do laundry you might ask if the dryer has been fixed yet, as it was insanely slow (3 hours to dry two swimsuits) - I let them know that the vent may be clogged so hopefully it will be taken care of. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great apartment but no toiletries
The location is excellent and 2 mins from Puerta del sol. Very close to Madrid palace and in a very lively neighborhood... the apartment itself is very nice... only thing is that you have to buy your own shampoo, shower gel and other cleaning products...

Went with family (grandmothers and kids) and supermarket was just across the street, so that made us feel at home. Very complete kitchen, and staff was available 24hrs to help us with any doubt. At the end, they even hired us an extremely cheap and excellent transport to the airport, for the 7 of us and out 10 bags.

Great apartment in wonderful location
Our family of 5 enjoyed staying in this beautiful apartment. It's located on a lively pedestrian street within easy walking distance to all the main sites of Madrid. There's quite a bit of music and noise from the street, but it didn't bother our sleep because the bedrooms are in the back of the apartment. The street has lots of good shopping and many nice restaurants nearby. We were very comfortable here and highly recommend it!

Amazing apartment in a perfect location with friendly and helpful hosts.
The apartment is a really good size and well decorated, 3 double bedrooms and a sofa bed in one of the lounges. Well equipped and very stylish apartment. Location is perfect, close to all the main attractions and shops. The host who greeted us was very friendly and helpful.

Beautiful apartment in the perfect central location
The Vanrays host team could not gone out of their way anymore to make our stay better. They helped with every detail of our trip. The apartment is near anywhere you want to go and very accessible to public transportation. The apartment is spacious, well decorated and as a family of 6 we were very comfortable there.

Gorgeous modern flat in a very noisy location
The property itself and the property managers couldn't be nicer. Unfortunately, they are renovating the unit right below and doing a mjajor construction project right across the street and it did effect our ability to sleep. Once these are completed I think the overall experience for guests will improve.
The location is very central to all the major tourist destinations in old Madrid.Calle Preciados is a major hub of activity and I would guess that some people would enjoy that aspect of their stay

The apartment was great and the can't beat the location. My only problem was after I tried to inquire about my security deposit it took me 5 emails for the owner to respond. I almost filed an official complaint with VRBO. Hopefully other guest will not have the same problem.
