lovely house, save car park inside the property, in a very good location, close to bus stop to go to the town center, few restaurants walking distance,

The property was very clean and extremely comfortable. The host had great communication and completed all pre arrival requests, he also stayed in contact throughout the stay to check in and answer any questions should we have them. The apartment has all the cooking and laundry equipment you could need. extra pillows, blankets and towels also a available. Really fab, spacious apartment with all the amenities and a shop close by.
Not dislikes as our stay was perfect for us but Only two small issues that didn’t affect our trip too greatly at all. The location although close to both Bologna Fiere and Bologna City Centre getting taxis etc proved a little difficult and if I was to stay again I would maybe look at hiring a car or have found a taxi company not rely on Uber (expensive) or Easy Taxi (rarely had services available)
There was only two clothing hangers in the wardrobe which for two women on a business trip definitely wasn’t enough.

Good sizable room suitable for a family within a local neighborhood
It was a bit difficult to find the location. We arrived very late because a flight delay and it was difficult to reach the owner

Location is near highway which was important for us making every day excursions to another city, apartment was very clean and it has everything you need, it was quiet during night also big must for me
Hair dryer weak performance if this can be called a dislike and i didn't find microvawe oven, maybe there was one however I didn't see it

We had a very pleasant stay. Stefano was very kind and helpful . He guided us well.

The apartment was quite big, and it was very easy to get to the center by bus or by car. The owner was very kind and helpful. We will definitely return here when we get back to Bologna.
