Easily fall in love with all the lake has to offer while enjoying fishing, boating, and daring adventures like jumping off the rocks a mile from the house by water or climbing to the top of Sugar Loaf Mountain both are great family activities. Enjoy a more low key dinner at Janssen's Lakefront Restaurant- accessible via land or boat, so whenever you're ready to eat, dock at their public boat dock for a satisfying meal and their larger selection of 4 layer cakes that will surely have you returning for more. From the lake house you are 10-20 minutes from year round waterfall hiking trails, world famous rainbow trout fishing on the Little Red River, and award winning golf courses. A quick drive over to Fairfield Bay area that is noted for the Cave House and boast some of Arkansas most popular spots for ATV and UTV trails. You are also only 35 minutes from Mountain View AR which could be considered the bluegrass capital of the US. While in Mountain View you can enjoy a drive in movie at Stone County Drive In. If you don't bring your boat or jet ski you can rent one from Lacey's Marina. There are numerous fishing guides that will pick you up from your shoreline for a day guided fishing trip as well. We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property. The home was tucked back into a quiet neighborhood with easy access to the lake. The home has three bedrooms with plenty of roomy beds for everyone. We truly enjoyed the open living room, dining room, and living room for meals, movies, and game nights. We enjoyed grilling out on the open deck one night. We were able to tie our pontoon boat to a tree on the shoreline on the days we didn't take it out on the trailer. The home was clean and had everything we could have needed. We highly recommend this home to others and will try to stay here again in the future.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lake house. There was room for all 8 of us without feeling crowded-room for everyone to hang out in the living room and eat at the dining table. Loved the sunroom most of all-awesome views and a great place to enjoy coffee in the morning and visit. The kitchen is very well stocked and the entire house is so cute! We have a pontoon boat and there was plenty of room to tie it up at the end of day, making our vacation even more relaxed and enjoyable.

The house was lovely and well-stocked, the deck was great to grill and catch up, but the best part is the beach down by the lake. Quiet cove, perfect for swimming and enjoying some quality time on the lake. Thanks for hosting us!

Summer Lake House gathering with family & friends
We truly enjoyed the Lake House! It had everything you could think of, need & more. Our families enjoyed kayaking, floating, swimming, hiking, cooking & sitting around the fire. We soaked in all the beautiful nature surrounding us while comfortably enjoying the property!

My daughter, her husband and 11 year old son, my husband, and I had such a wonderful time spending Thanksgiving in this very special cabin. Everything was clean and roomy. We used the fireplace and the outdoor pit. Our hosts were so helpful giving us local info. Definitely a good choice staying here.

The place was beautiful and very clean, also very close to the water which is a huge bonus for us! We had several small children and it was within walking distance. We did have a little trouble locating the address but part of that was maps fault. It was very peaceful and everyone had a great time. We hope to come back in the future!

This lake house is full of charm. The online pictures are all accurate as far as the interior but the exterior has been updated with beautiful landscaping that makes it even more adorable. The walk to the water is a comfortable distance. We have stayed at multiple properties at Greer’s Ferry and those walks off the lake can be so steep but this one is not bad at all! The house is decorated so nice and it was stocked with all the household utensils, cookware etc that we needed. The property is nestled in a quiet neighborhood and was private. We loved it!
Side note- we brought a ski boat and we were able to tie up to some trees in the water to avoid loading and unloading the boat every day, but the boat ramp is less than half a mile from the house (by vehicle) and is within the neighborhood so not too much trouble if you wanted to go that route instead.

Relaxing getaway
We loved this place! We had three adults and three kids aged 10-13 for a CoVID getaway, eating all of our meals here and staying in our bubble. We made some campfires, took the canoe (and kayak) out a few times, enjoyed many short hikes around Greers Ferry Lake and Mountain View, and loved the sunsets over the lake. The kitchen is well stocked, which is a big plus.

Beautiful Lakefront Cabin
Spacious, extremely clean, well equipped and has an at home feel! The lake is huge and the sunsets are spectacular! We came with friends and totally enjoyed our time a peaceful relaxation. Will come again! ❤️❤️❤️

Beautiful lake house
This lake house was absolutely beautiful. It was clean and had everything you could possibly need. We enjoyed sitting on the screened in porch just relaxing or paddling on the river in the canoe. Definately one of the nicest places we have stayed.
