Not a great place due to cockroaches all over

Plenty of cockroaches everywhere. Needs serious exterminating

The worse stay

The bedding was dirty. One teaspoon for 4 people. There were cockroaches, a leaking shower and the noise until the next morning (no noise control). Unit 5 just needs a renovation!!

Accommodation is easily accessible and close to the shopping centre.

The accommodation looks fairly promising on arrival but its not filthy. I was looking for my sleepers under the bed found a baby dirty socks and a black underwear, which means the room was not thoroughly cleaned before our arrival. The kitchen had one dishcloth which looked like it is used to clean dirty floors or braai stand. When I asked one of the staff members for a clean dish cloth I was politely told "Unfortunately that's the only dish cloth we have". We had to go the mall and buy our own dishcloth as we opted to prepare our own meals during our stay.

The fact that we arrived so early in the morning, before the check in time and they were so generous to give us 2 rooms to relax and refresh. This was my second time booking with them. We enjoyed 🙏😊

They do not have enough utensils and the kitchen is down stairs which makes it inconvenient when it rains

The staff was friendly and respectful

The noise. We couldn't sleep because people were making noise on the hall way and the stuff couldn't control this.

Disappointing.

The rooms were clean. The staff was friendly.

Wifi was not available in the rooms. Located in a dirty and unsafe area. Pictures on the website were exaggerated(edited) and did not look like the real place. Some of the rooms had cockroaches. The website indicates that there is a shared kitchen, the place only has a microwave in a passage but no kitchen space. Aircon and TVs not working in the rooms.

We were told not to go to the pool Cos it was 10pm and also I didn't understand if the were tenants who lives there with their kids

We were able to stay the night over safely.

The accommodation met our requirements ito a room with 2 double beds, a shower and toilet and secured parking.

The shower water didn't warm up as much as the basin's water. We couldn't swim because the pool had chemicals in it but the establishment knew it was expecting guests. Most disappointing was the very loud music in the evening when we wanted to rest.

room was okay but the access to staff is poor plus the lack of security when accessing reception.

The room was spacious.

The fact that there was no new soap and shower caps for the venue was disappointing. They placed a huge bottle as a shower gel which is not so convenient since it is shared by the next person. The place has has two sites with rooms but the reception area was only. The driving experience entering the venue is not good for the vehicles. Accessing these two sites with rooms can expose one to danger since there was no visit security.
