Summary: Huge luxury home includes two kitchens, two living rooms, 2 bathrooms, 5 bedrooms, a backyard, covered parking and plenty of space for entertaining. This space can hold 16+ guests comfortably. It even has a ping pong table, board games, Netflix and Amazon Prime. Perfect for games night, hosting an event or big groups coming to watch the Bearcats! Two of the bedrooms have their own private entrances to make it easier for coming and going. The Space: This home is a duplex with a walkway to connect the two residences without having to leave the inside. There is copious amounts of room for the entire family or many friends. Guest Access: The Entire place will be yours. The Neighborhood: Nestled in-between the I-45 (for quick access) and Sam Houston Avenue lies this cozy house, big enough for 16. Down the street from Pita Pit (0.8 mi), and a College Students favourite; Insomnia cookies (0.5mi) but still secluded in its own quiet private neighbourhood make this a must stay residence. Walmart, Academy, Whataburger (0.3mi) and Panda Express (0.4mi) are all right across the street and Sam Houston University (0.8mi) is within walking distance. A local favourite around here Is Potato Shack (1mi). You can have your stuffed potato in more ways than you can Imagine. Getting Around: Uber is readily available and there is enough parking for 6+ vehicles around the home! There are also many walking and biking trails nearby. Other Things to Note: The BBQ is charcoal operated. Please make sure to bring your own charcoal supplies as it is limited in the area. While we provide the best WIFI possible in the area, the reliability cannot be guaranteed as it is provided by a third party company. We do not charge service fees Interaction with Guests: We believe in giving our guests space but ensure our availability by text or call 24/7.

First thing is there is a reason they don't show the exterior of this home in pictures. It is a hot mess that is not taken care of, trash cans on the side that smell when you get out of your truck and duplex style with multiple entranced with different house numbers etc. This house is pieced together and tried to be a duplex with 2 kitchens and kind of 2 separate homes they put together through a closet door. Furniture still has the numbers on them from the Ikea put together model. Did not even take the time to remove those. We found roaches in a drink we left over night on the table and in the sink of the main part of the house. Wifi is provided but nobody could get it to work. Passwords, links etc sent nothing worked. None of the TVs had internet so no watching TV because they don't provide any service to watch TV. You have to use your own streaming service if you want to watch anything yet the internet did not work while we where there. None of the plugs in 2 of the bedrooms worked and could not charge our phones while we slept. Woke up to dead phones. We showed up to check in at 4:30 and needed to shower and head back to work in a timely manner and found that the door code they provided did not work. After 15 minutes of trying to get ahold of someone finally a nice lady reset it for us and we got in just enough time to change clothes and head back to work sweaty from standing there. Only thing we got for all this was a "Sorry for the issues" and no compensation

The property is quite large and can sleep a big group. The renovation of the house looks nice, but could use a refresh. The condition and comfort of the furnishings do not match the house - it is a bit hodgepodge. The management company was super responsive.

This is a large, effectively air conditioned and clean place. Access was good but did require an initial remote reset of access codes. The kitchens are nice and modern with dishwashers. Unfortunately some of the dishwear was very dirty/unwashed so I ran everything, plates glasses and silverware, through the dishwasher the 1st night instead of using it. The title states no service fees but as soon as you book you get a $250ish fee actually labeled as a service fee. Overall, though I will easily return if I get the chance.
