You can either take one of the local fishing boats directly from Boca Chica to the estate's private, new dock which includes a remote-controlled platform or you can cross for a 4-minute boat-ride to the Boca Brava dock. We will then pick you up. It is an 8-minute ride through this lush island with its thick jungle, forest landscape. You will pass some of the indigenous families - members of the Indian tribe Ngobe-Bugle, who work on the island Fincas. During your stay, you will witness an abundance of wild-life and be greeted by a chorus of howler-monkeys and a medley of some of the about 300 bird species who make Boca Brava their home. If you prefer to walk from the dock, it is only a beautiful 15-minute hike on a shaded road trail. Enjoy beautiful ocean-front water views from your private Studios or a jungle view from The Cottage.
