In the upstairs bedrooms, there is one queen bedroom, the master bedroom with king bed and queen sleeper sofa, and the final bedroom with a king bed and French doors opening to a private balcony overlooking the gorgeous pool. This enormous 7000 sq. ft. house has 12 beds plus a sleeper sofa. The spacious chef’s kitchen is ideal for large groups…a dining table that seats 12, 9 bar stools at the counters, and high-end appliances (Sub Zero and Wolf). With the open floor plan, the kitchen is connected to the family room with an 82” TV, and a beautiful view of the pool and patio. There is a butler pantry containing a beverage fridge and wine cooler, and a bar area with a beverage fridge and additional ice making freezer overlooking the pool.
