FLEXIBLE, NO-FEE CANCELLATION INCLUDED: Rentals are 100% Refundable until 30 days prior to your arrival! TIDEWATER VIEWS is a cozy 820 square foot cottage that has everything you want for the perfect tropical vacation: open water views from a covered porch, a private 35-foot boat slip, kayaks, bikes and access to the wonderful amenities at Venture Out, a residential community with a heated 80-foot pool with large Jacuzzi and Kiddie Pool, tennis courts, basketball court, bocce courts, swimming lagoon, marina and convenience market with fuel on site and two double wide boat ramps, Recreation Center with billiards, darts, and ping pong, post office and a library. Venture Out has 24 Hour Patrolled Security. THE COTTAGE... TIDEWATER VIEWS has been recently remodeled to a high standard, with Smart TV’s in every room. You’ll enjoy all of the amenities you would expect back home: Dishwasher, Washer/Dryer, Microwave, Range, Refrigerator, Blender and other small appliances. This home accommodates up to 6 people in 2 bedrooms with queen beds and a queen sized sleep sofa with Tempurpedic mattress. You’ll be able to bring your boat to dock on the 35' concrete seawall equipped with dock posts, cleats, fish cleaning table & swim ladder. THE AREA... There are some wonderful places to explore, from Bahia Honda Beach (voted one of the top 10 beaches in the U.S.) and the American Shoal Lighthouse to snorkeling off Looe Key. For dinner out, consider the Square Grouper, Mangrove Mama’s and Tonio’s Seafood Shack just up the road. Last but not least, TIDEWATER VIEWS is just a 25-minute drive to either Key West or Marathon, with all their attractions. Groups who expect they may cause after hours noise will not be a good fit for this home and should be aware they may incur additional penalties when in residence for violations. There will be a $500 charge for after-hours dispatch of our staff in response to calls resulting from verified noise complaints for violations by our guests in residence. IMPORTANT NOTE: Venture Out charges a one-time Registration/Resort Fee due upon arrival: $116.28 + $8.72 Tax = $125 for up to 6 people (Credit card or cash) PAID DIRECTLY TO VENTURE OUT. If you arrive with more than 6 people which is the maximum allowed in the home, you will not be permitted in the park. Venture Out guests are required to submit additional paperwork in advance of arrival, which Last Key will collect and coordinate within the week of your arrival. Guests should be prepared to submit all guest information to comply with HOA requirements.

Roaches everyday in kitchen and bathroom. Disgusting! I’m from Florida but you can control roaches! I didn’t want to be in there.
Beds were box spring and two queens. Master should have a king and newer mattresses .

We loved our stay! It was clean, well appointed, and had everything you could need to cook a meal and entertain. They even supplied us a Keylime pie! The host was amazing with great communication. There were some ants on the property seem like there was quite a few definitely could use pest control. The master bath shower could use a little adjustment with a new showerhead. Perhaps a detachable seeing as though shower is very very small. The guest bedroom does not have an AC vent so it gets very warm if the door is closed overall, I would stay here again. Property is an a beautiful place .

The house overall was amazing. Clean, with everything you could possibly need while on vacation. Master shower could be a little bigger but you don't go in vacation for the shower. Lol. The resort was top notch and everyone was so friendly. Will def be looking to stay here again in the future.

The house was wonderful, clean and had everything we needed. We rented a boat and it had a slip right in front, but if you didn’t do that they have kayaks and floats for use. 10/10 recommend and would stay here again

We enjoyed our stay very much. The home was immaculate and comfortable. We dined outside every night overlooking the canal. It was a quiet neighborhood and people were friendly. The only information we would have liked before we arrived is the fact they dogs are not allowed to be walked in the neighborhood. This is in no way a reflection on the property or owners. It is a rule of the neighborhood. However, had we known that we would have to drive our dog out of the neighborhood for walks, we would not have brought him. However, the property itself is highly recommended. We throughly enjoyed our stay.

Last Key Realty was great communicating prior, during and after the stay. The property was clean and exactly as described in the listing. It included lots of extras such as kayaks, beach towels, beach chairs, bikes, and coolers which made this a 5 star stay. The community was a clean and safe and close to many Keys’ attractions.

When we were asked about our vehicle make and model, no consideration was given about the compact parking this rental property had.
We received a parking ticket by the community that my truck was in the road blocking traffic. Which is was not. I have picture proof. My truck was clear as day pulled in the driveway as far as possible with maybe half an average handprint of my tire sticking out.
Just beyond uncalled for. Especially when anyone with common sense can see that I was pulled in to the best if my ability.

More of a campground type community, houses and campers very close together, strict rules at the pool and can’t see the ocean from it. Easy process to get in and out for the days we stayed.

The house was clean, nicely updated and had lots of conveniences which we appreciated (fully stocked kitchen, linens/towels, kayaks). Unfortunately the weather did not cooperate so we couldn’t go boating but my boys had fun playing pickle ball at the community center.

We had a great time at the property. From the moment we arrived everything was setup for us. Everything was clean and organized. There were instructions for everything including what to do in the area. The house had bikes and kayaks plus the dock which made getting around and enjoying the keys so simple. They even had a bbq which really came in handy. Anytime we had any questions we would text our point of contact and immediately get a response. We really have no complaints and would love to come back another time.

We were not happy with the fact that we rented this unit to have the convenience of having our boat right at the dock outside the unit; however, we had to find a place to store our boat trailer off site. This was very inconvenient and we found out about this upon arrival. The folks managing Venture Out have changed and they were helpful at all. It was also an issue when we had to load up our boat and park it overnight in the parking area near the boat ramp. One night during out stay a note was left on our vehicle because one tire was not on the driveway; while, there were many vehicles parked on the street? We paid a pet fee but were required to walk our pet outside the gates of Venture Out and our unit was probably one of the farthest units from the gate; therefore, my pet never made it outside the gate. How can this be expected?

We had a wonderful time! The house was extremely clean and comfortable. We had a beautiful view and there were activities for our teenagers to do (swim, bike, play pickleball).
