We booked this house so we had a comfortable place to stay while visiting the National Parks. It was a beautiful home with tons of space for our family. It was near the grocery store, there were plenty of places to eat nearby, and was within a reasonable distance to see Zion, Bryce, and the Grand Canyon. There are also lots of local and state parks nearby that were amazing places to visit!

Perfect place to see the parks
We booked this house so we had a comfortable place to stay while visiting the National Parks. It was a beautiful home with tons of space for our family. It was near the grocery store, there were plenty of places to eat nearby, and was within a reasonable distance to see Zion, Bryce, and the Grand Canyon. There are also lots of local and state parks nearby that were amazing places to visit!

The accommodations was fantastic. Plenty of dishes, pots and pans, Tv's in every room, plenty of comfortable beds and a roomy house for 9 people. Would stay there again.

Perfect
The house was perfect for us. The number of bedrooms and bathrooms was great for our group. The kids liked the pickle ball courts. It is out of the way but still close enough to everything. We will definitely stay here again.

Weekend Adventure
I rented this house for a weekend getaway from San Diego with a few friends and was very impressed. Large TVs, lots of comfy space, and great proximity to activities.
We walked to the Petroglyphs at night (3 minutes away) and had fun watching hot air balloons from the porch in the morning.
I would definitely come again and stay in this house.

The property was very nice and clean. Exactly as pictured. Well stocked, comfortable bedding, nice kitchen space and nice bathrooms. We were there to ride UTVs and the location was in close proximity to the trails. We rented a couple of units and had six trailers total with our group so the extra parking close by was a huge bonus and very convenient. The kids liked the access to the Washington Rec Center. The only thing that I would change is additional seating in one of the gathering spaces. Overall - I highly recommend!

There were 12 of us and there was plenty of space for all of us. Beds were comfortable and it was nice to have have so many full baths. Would definitely go here again!

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely home.

Great Location
I love visiting St. George and enjoyed staying in this unit. It had everything we needed - including a full washer/dryer. It has a very nice garage with ample space.
We went for a hike right out of the front door and got to watch a beautiful sunset.
I will be sure to book this exact space next time I want to go to St. George!

The condo was gorgeous and accommodated our group of 7 adults and 9 children well which I was thrilled with. We found out when trying to prepare dinner our first night that the microwave did not work and made a horrible smell which took a while to clear. When I called to find out options, maintenance was called, they could not replace the unit but mentioned that they were aware of the issue and had a repair person scheduled for after we left. I was frustrated that they had not bothered to put up a note stating it was out of order. In the middle of our first night the fire alarm began beeping in the middle of the night waking several of our group. When someone tried to make it stop by removing the batteries the alarm went off and awoke the entire house. We purchased batteries early the next morning to avoid a repeat. Needless to say most of us adults were very tired the next day and we opted to cancel our hike due to fatigue. We enjoyed most of our stay. We had let the children play at a great park with a water feature and needed to wash laundry and were dismayed to see not only towels in the dryer, but a bunch of wet towels sitting in the washer, we washed dried and folded these towels. Our only other concern was since we had decided to cook all our meals we needed certain tools such as a can opener which we could not find anywhere in the condo and had to use a knife to open cans to prepare our meal. I would not mind staying again, but I hope whoever manages this condo will take note and double check things which can cause issues for guests.

Great place
Everything was great, except for checking in. We were going for a baseball tournament and just wanted to get into the house a few minutes early to change into uniform and warmer clothes since it was freezing. No one could give a straight answer as to when we might be able to. I emailed approximately 4 days before and asked when we could find out about wary check in, the reply was I could the day before. I called and they said no, the day of you can find out. I called while on the drive, they said they didn’t know if we would be able to & I should call when closer. I called again 2 hours before check in and they said the same thing. Then we arrived in St George, ate lunch, and went to the store...leaving about one hour until we would have to leave for games. They still said they didn’t know if cleaning and inspection was done. I just don’t think that is something that is very hard to confirm! I literally needed 20 minutes before check in. Just don’t plan on an early check in at all.

The red sands property is in a brand new development, with construction still going on all around. It isn't exactly near much in the St. George area, you'll definitely need a car to get around.
The Ivory home development feels kind of cold and poorly built, very harsh lighting, not very cozy.
It was very roomy, with tons of space and beds, it can accommodate a large group! My kids loved the big bunk bed room, it was awesome!! Big screen TVs in every room.
The beds are the most comfortable of any I've ever slept in. They had very soft pillows and sheets, each night was so dreamy in those beds!!!
The best part of this rental is the incredibly stocked kitchen! We stayed down there for a week for a birthday celebration, and I was able to make a decadent birthday cake, and have all the essential supplies and more for each meal! (However, with all the special kitchen equipment, they did not provide a simple dish scrubber.)
The biggest disappointment of the trip was that we were assured an extra night stay at the end of our trip that we communicated with the VRBO owner about several weeks before our stay. As we were making the 5 hour drive down to St. George, I got a call from the Red Sands property representative, who did not know anything about the actual unit or property we were staying in, and informed us that we did not have record of the extra night booked. They could not accommodate us at the unit we were staying in for the entire week for one extra night due to back to back rentals, but they offered us an exorbitant rate at a sister property 30 minutes away. It was extremely inconvenient, as we had an entire weeks worth of food that needed refrigeration/freezing, and had plans to host another family coming in to town for just that night.
We ended up communicating directly with the Red Sands property managers to book that extra night at the end of our trip, and they did their best to get the unit cleaned before the 4pm check in time, but it was all very inconvenient!
But for that failure to book the extra night like we were originally told, it was a great trip.

Great Stay
We loved the place. It’s set up as the ultimate vacation home. The location is perfect, out of the way but close to everything. The owners were very responsive to all communication. The only issue we had was that check-out was at 11am yet a representative came into the home at 10am and the cleaning team was there at 10:30am which made us feel a tad uncomfortable. Otherwise it was a great place!!

Great Getaway
This was a great getaway spot for our two families. The owners were responsive and the place was very clean. The price can not be beat for what you get. There is not much to do at the house, but if your in Saint George, you probably weren't coming for the board games anyway. A great stay, we will be back.
