Situated in Laval, this charming condo for $1,180 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. This 5 bedrooms + 6 FULL bathrooms offers a fully stocked kitchen, laundry facilities, a 500 sqft courtyard, high-speed internet, etc. It's ideal for a business trip or conference and because it's on the ground floor (there are no steps to access it), it is perfect for people with mobility difficulties* or families with small children. CITQ #1 of 3: (296525) LE PLATEAU COIN ROY Exp: 2024-08-31 * Although a regular-size wheelchair will fit through the front door, we can not call this apartment wheelchair accessible. The wheelchairs will not fit through the bathroom doors and we do not have accessible showers. If the person using the wheelchair can walk a little, this is a good choice. Le Plateau Mont-Royal is one of the most popular and vibrant places to stay in Montreal with plenty of shops and cafés, and "mom and pop" stores. This apartment is surrounded by restaurants, cafés, shopping, theaters, and so much more. You will not need a car unless it is extremely cold outside. Free street parking can be found at times. A better option is the lot located 5 min away @ 400 rue de Malines ($21/night - subject to change). Le Metro Sherbrook is a 5 min walk away. Taking the subway is the easiest and cheapest way to get around Montreal to avoid traffic and parking tickets. Taxis or Uber are easily found in Montreal. Other notes: - This apartment has 1 indoor camera (facing the front street door for break-in prevention only.) No live feed and no view inside. There is also a camera right outside of the apartment, at the back, facing the door opening to the back lane. Again, for break-in prevention only, and no view inside of the apartment. Lastly, there are 2 cameras in the storage area of the basement (which is not meant to be accessible to guests) to prevent theft. - You will be asked to provide your email, phone number, and a copy of an ID on our secure platform once the booking is confirmed by VRBO. - Anyone under the age of 21 not accompanied by a parent will need to provide the parent or legal guardian's consent in writing. - No 3rd party reservation will be accepted. The person making the reservation must be present at check-in. - Visitors and additional guests are not permitted on the premises unless prior approval has been granted by the owners. - Non-smoking policy: Cigarettes and cigars are tolerated only if smoked OUTSIDE. Marijuana is NOT permitted on the premises, not even in the courtyard. When smoking outside, please do not through cigarette butts on the ground. My wife, six adult children & partners, and sister-in-law enjoyed a wonderful house provided by FAB Rentals in an excellent location in Montreal. Each bedroom was comfortable, bathrooms outstanding (especially great showers!), excellent kitchen and dining room space, tv room. Perfectly clean, well-appointed.

This property is one of the nicest places I have stayed. We were nine college friends celebrating our 45th reunion. The location is great. Easy access to many nice restaurants and a short walk to the metro which makes the rest of Montreal very accessible. The host was exceptional responsive when we found an issue with overnight parking due to the fact that we were there the weekend of the Marathon. I highly recommend this beautiful, well equipped, spacious apartment.

A group of 13 of us biked from Sherbrooke into Montreal for a few days of touring. 8 of us stayed at this FAB property which was just the right location for us to explore Montreal on foot for a few days Frederique was gracious and responsive with our questions ahead of time because we had to store five cars nearby for a week while a group shuttles back to bike in over five days. The tourist college right down the street has secure, convenient underground parking. Once we arrived at the unit we found it was REALLY well-appointed for our comfort for meals and sleeping, including the brick courtyard. Bedrooms with connected bathrooms for everyone. We walked 20 miles over the two days we and the location was great for exploring. We appreciated the clear and simple entry and exit instructions and will be recommending it to our hockey friends in the usa who will be coming up for games at the Bell Center.

We were thrilled with the accommodations for our group of 12 people. The apartment was well equipped and made for a great stay! The location has a number of places to eat, drink and explore and is an easy walk to different, diverse neighborhoods. Easy communication with the hosts - and we loved the check in app and guest booklet that gave so many recommendations of things to do! I will definitely be booking again for my next trip to Montréal!

This apartment was perfect for our family of 11 who were in Montreal to celebrate milestone birthdays of our parents. The location was perfect for those who wanted to explore the city and go for walks. There were lots of great places to eat. It was also very accessible to different tourist attractions such as Old Montreal. The place was very clean, the kitchen fully stocked to cook anything we wanted. It was so convenient that each room had an ensuite and it's own thermostat. The management was very responsive to any questions, always helpful and always very pleasant. We look forward to another visit.

The space was very accommodating for all 8 of us, and it is great that every bedroom has its own bathroom and shower. It is very close to great restaurants and we could use the bike share which was stationed right outside the residence. Loved the space!

Diamond in the rough
So if im being honest i wasnt sure what to expect when i arrived. The front of the building is like an old store n dont look very appealing but once inside the place is very nice. Completely redone and was very clean. Each bedroom had its own bathroom wich was nice and the beds were comfortable. I actually felt comfortable. Its very spacious and i would definitely stay there again. The owners were really nice and its in a spot thats easy to walk to everything u need. I definitely recommend it!

We had a fantastic stay in this apartment. We had 2 seniors, 2 infants, 2 kids and 6 adults (including two pregnant mamas) in our group, which meant we spent a lot of time inside the apartment. This place really was perfect for our family get together, with easy access to the Metro (subway) lots of cute shops and restaurants in the areas, and only a 10 min walk to the world famous Schwartz’s. The pictures are all very accurate, and the all the amenities listed were available. The bedrooms were all very roomy, private and having a bathroom in each bedroom was wonderful. They also had a booster seat and play pen, which wasn’t listed in their amenities, but were useful for us. Bernhard and Frederique were very responsive to our needs, calling or emailing us back almost immediately, and were very helpful to find solutions. I would definitely book this apartment again, and highly recommend this to anyone considering a wonderful stay in Montreal.

5 bedrooms, 6 baths, and beautifully decorated makes for a great place to stay. Neighborhood was outstanding and we just had a terrific time. The hosts have thought of everything you could need or want. If there were 10 stars, that's what I would have given.

Excellent accommodations for our large group of adults!
This property did not disappoint. The bedrooms were large and clean, each with their own bathroom. The location of the property was perfectly situated for all of the activities we had planned. The hosts were prompt and attentive to all of our questions and requests. I couldn’t have asked for a better set up to travel from Seattle to celebrate my 40th birthday with 12 of my dearest friends. I would highly recommend this or any other property hosted by Frédérique and Bernhard.

Family Montreal Visit
This place is great. Clean, well appointed, plenty of room to spread out or be together. Everyone loved their individual modern showers, some with extra controls. The private outdoor patio was used every morning and evening. The location was excellent. We had a 5 minute walk to the Metro to take us to Old Montreal and downtown. One morning we walked to Notre Dame Basilica in Old Montreal. Took us 30 minutes without rushing. We walked home from Schwartz's Deli (Home of Montreal Smoked Meat) on Boulevard St Laurent. We used Uber to get around at night. There are many restaurants and bars within easy walking distance. All in all it was the perfect place for our adult family of 6. Personal bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms for all, Each person could do their own thing when they wanted. Whether it was the privacy of their own room or going somewhere without the need of a car. Frederique and Bernhard were responsive and helpful. They answered the phone on the first ring and returned any emails promptly. They take great pride in their place and in providing great service. We would stay there again.

Absolutely fabulous apartment
We were a group of 5 childhood friends, now in our 60s, gathering for our third biennial reunion. It's not so easy to find a great place with 5 bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom, but we really hit the jackpot with Plateau Mont-Royal!
The apartment checked off all of the things that are super important to us - cleanliness, beautiful decor and recently renovated. All 10 out of 10. Coming home to this wonderful flat every evening was a pure joy and something that we looked forward to. The showers deserve special mention -all had a rain shower head with 6 body sprays - pure heaven...
Finally, Bernhard and Frederique couldn't have been more wonderful - professional, accommodating and an overall pleasure to deal with.

A truly stunning property with the most thoughtful, wonderful hosts.
We stayed at this property for a 4 day getaway in Montreal with our extended family of 11. This included 2 sets of grandparents, two younger couples and three kids ages 7, 4 and 3. Despite the age range in our group, this house catered to everyone’s needs and the hosts really have thought of everything you might need. It is tastefully decorated, comfortable, and the pictures do not do it justice at all. We were all in awe of how gorgeous each room is and how comfortable the full setup is. Each room has its own ensuite and the layout is such that everyone truly has their own space and you don’t ever feel crowded. The common spaces are well set up as well. There is a beautiful outdoor patio/courtyard where we spent many afternoons and evenings enjoying the gorgeous weather. The hosts are super responsive from the moment of booking until checkout and they are incredibly kind and thoughtful. My mother is the most picky, germaphobic neat-freak and even she could
find no fault with this house. An added bonus was being able to do laundry and come home with clean clothes at the end of our stay (especially helpful when you are traveling with kids but I could see this being equally useful for a girls trip as well). If you are even considering this property, look no further.

Bernard and Frederique's place was absolutely stunning. The property was very true to the listing. Pictures do not do it justice. Plateau Montreal is close to many fine restaurants, bistros, pubs, entertainment and much more. Close to the Metro for easy access to all the downtown pints of interest and goings-on! Very clean establishment with close support from Bernhard for any additional needs or questions.

What a wonderful surprise!!!
Booked a stay for 12 grown men. I specifically picked this place because it had the most bathrooms and that ended up being a lifesaver. When we arrived, the place was clean and tastefully decorated.
The showers were awesome and the plumbing never faltered. The courtyard was an awesome place for people to hangout during the day.
The location of this place cant be beat as there are many walkable restaurants and bars.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED IF YOU HAVE A LARGE GROUP!

Bright and inviting comfort in a vibrant neighborhood
We absolutely loved our stay on St-Denis Street. Bernard and Frederique were so helpful, very responsive, and offered warm & kind hospitality. The location was great for us - a party of 3 families - with many fun shops and food options right close by - fresh food market, coffee shops, tacos, Chinese take out, Greek, Italian, French cuisine and more! All of us were comfortable in our clean and beautifully decorated 5 bedrooms. The linens (sheets, comforters, pillows, and towels) were crisp & cozy. The kitchen was well equipped with coffee/tea making machines, plenty of dishes, glasses, silverware, and cooking supplies. The bathrooms were gorgeous - and none of us had to wait for the showers! There was a large mud room to hang coats and leave shoes. There were even a couple of umbrellas there that we put to good use. We only wished we could have stayed longer, and would love to come back!

A lovely, new, very well designed and beautiful space. Close to everything - shops, grocery, coffee, restaurants. Frederique and Bernhard have designed a beautiful apartment that has everything you need for the perfect stay. They are a truly lovely couple and went well out of their way to ensure our stay was the best. And it was. I recommend them whole-heartedly and would return to this or another space of theirs in a second.

Beautiful home in great area; Perfect for large group/family
Our family of 7 (ages 8 - 76) loved this home! It is spacious, updated, clean, and in a great location for a group ready to explore Montreal. The hosts have thought of everything, and have provided a wonderful kitchen, stocked with many amenities. Communication was top-notch, and the hosts answered all our questions very promptly. Having so many restaurants, cafes, and stores within walking distance was an added bonus. If you are traveling with any grandmas/grandpas, this home works perfectly, as they will not need to navigate any stairs. Each guest bedroom has its own attached bathroom, so No waiting to shower! And in regards to the showers, AMAZING! For this busy parent, it felt like a spa day! Our family truly enjoyed our stay here, and we hope to return in the future. Brand new
Brand new and remodeled. We had 8 people from 82 to 4 staying there and everyone loved it. The owners were great and clearly knew how to make things as easy as possible. The only negative would be the street noise as it is somewhat busy street, but would recommend this for almost everyone.
