This cabin is perfect for families. All 3 king bedrooms are same size with beautiful bathrooms so works great with families splitting the cost. The beds are very comfortable. It was so clean upon arrival. I loved the extra touches like a note from staff and lamps and TVs being turned on to really make you feel at home right away. Location is close to everything. My only small recommendation would be to add a Keurig coffee maker (I bring my own).

The property was amazing and the house very nice and cozy. The owners of the property did very well with the layout. My only complaint and to me it’s huge. I have a very high stress job. It’s been a few years since I could even take a vacation because of working. The building of other houses in the area all day long was a big turn off for me and made it very difficult to enjoy my time off. There was hammers and heavy machinery going all day with a alarm beeping nonstop when they would go back and forth. I felt like there should have been a heads up for this and we would have chosen a quieter place to stay. People spend a lot of money for peace and quiet.

We greatly enjoyed the cabin! It had everything we needed for a perfect family weekend, including a pool table, hot tub, corn hole and a fire pit. The cabin easily fits 3 couples and an additional 4 people who are willing to indulge in bunk beds. We will be back.

What we liked- looks can be deceiving this home was great in size to fit for our three families. Plenty of plates and cups (all glass), baking sheets, crockpot, and other everyday kitchen essentials. Towels for the hot tub were nice and hot tub got hot. The supply of toilet paper and trash bags was plenty. Washer and dryer worked great! Firepit had plenty of chairs and wasn't too far from the house. We enjoyed it every night. Bunk bed room is great for kids, has nightlights and a fan.
What we didn't like- no screens on the windows, no flat griddle, indoor fireplace didn't work, shampoo conditioner not provided, no vacuum, no Tupperware or plastic bags. No privacy from neighbors. The wifi is terrible.
For us this home was a great value find. We loved all the home decor and functionality of the home. We were mostly satisfied but left wanting to explorer other homes in the neighborhood that offered better outdoor amenities and privacy next time we return. No quarms working with evolve or the communication provided. Driving instructions may be confusing so just look for street signs and you'll find your way.

Came up with some buddies for a bachelor weekend. The place was perfect for us with plenty of beds and seating to keep us all comfortable. The hot tub and pool table were nice touch! Will definitely be back!

Everything was great except the directions to the cabin weren't very clear and the road down into the cabins are terrible. Once we got there, our code wouldn't work to get in. We stayed 3 days and never could get the cable working. All the negative aside, the kids had a blast making smores, enjoying the hot tub, playing horse shoes, having our own pool tournament, playing arcade games, grilling out, going to the petting zoo, riding go carts, enjoying the gift shop, and visiting the escape room.

Other than the dirt roads leading to the cabins our stay was great not sure what the deal is with Hochatown and their lack of paved roads and/or parking lots ♀️ Not good for vehicles. And when it rains oh boy is it nasty and muddy!!! Can’t see the potholes. Thanks for a wonderful stay the cabin is very very beautiful and secluded and has everything you need and much more. Thank you.

Over all it was very nice. Everyone had a great time. Some of the kitchen lights in the house need attention (above the stove and under the counters) The road to the house from the highway really needs some work.

This property was wonderful the only disappointment was that were were not able to use the indoor fireplace, online as well as the guess book stated the fireplace was available Oct thru April however when we texted the manager she stated that it was not available until Nov. That was the only bomer besides a little dust.

We really enjoyed our stay at Family Ties cabin. It seemed brand new! The place was so clean and everything smelled and looked fresh, especially all the linens and blankets! It was super cutely decorated. It had everything we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked (With new items), there were plenty of extra blankets and pillows, plenty of storage space, lots to do for entertainment. There were board games, a pool table, an arcade game, corn hole, hot tub, firepit, and a play set! We loved it so much! Would definitely return!

This cabin has it all! Once you arrive, you will not want to leave; the hot tub is huge, playground for the kids, cornhole and horse shoes set up in the yard by the fire pit. Pool table, quad bunkbed loft, and 3 master bedrooms with 3 full baths make this cabin, absolute relaxation-perfection!

We really enjoyed our stay at Family Ties cabin. It seemed brand new! The place was so clean and everything smelled and looked fresh, especially all the linens and blankets! It was super cutely decorated. It had everything we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked (With new items), there were plenty of extra blankets and pillows, plenty of storage space, lots to do for entertainment. Great Vacation!!!
First, the house was exactly as pictured. It was clean and tidy when we checked in. Second, the bunk beds fit perfectly for all of the kiddos we had in our group. If you have kids in your party, this is the house for you. I will definitely rent this home in the future. Thank you very much!!!

The property was absolutely wonderful. Beds GREAT. Cabin very clean and had everything we needed.
Only draw back was we could not find chlorine for all three days for hot tub.
