Situated in Venice Gardens, this lovely house for $240 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Very clean, private home in Venice Gardens, Florida. Amazing location. 2 bed 2 bath (2 additional semi private beds in enclosed lanai that has central air) with Solar heated screened in pool, with FREE WIFI. Quiet friendly neighborhood just minutes to beaches, great restaurants and shopping. Newly painted on the inside and out. New hybrid mattresses! We have included most kitchen amenities (Keurig, regular programmable coffee maker, waffle iron, new pots and pans, microwave, toaster, coffee grinder, iron and ironing board). There is a washer and dryer. You will be your own dishwasher for the time being so we supply paper plates and bowls. There are nice ceramic dishes that you can also use. We have included k-pods and sweetener, several spices, some condiments, cooking spray, dish detergent, clothes detergent and dryer sheets, paper towels and toilet paper. You just need to get a few groceries and you will be at home here. All bath towels, bed linens and pool towels are provided. We have a professional cleaning company come in after every listing and they use the best products available to ensure our guest’s safety for a worry free visit. There is a fenced pet area off the screened in pool area for your fur baby to run without a leash.

We drove down from NC on Christmas Day and arrived at a super clean house and just as it was described online. Super comfortable beds, quiet neighborhood, short drive to the beach, restaurants, shopping. They provided staple items at their home for our use. They really thought of everything! Our son tried the pool out one time and it was just too cold- unfortunately Florida was having some really chilly weather while we were visiting. Michelle was very responsive to my messages. We really had zero issues and a lovely stay! We would definitely come back and stay again and again. We are rested and ready to start our New Year. You won’t go wrong with this house!

property was as advertised. Great location close to historic downtown Venice and city beach. also made she short trip to Siesta Key and Sarasota St. Armand Circle. The pool was warm enough to swim in. Overall highly recommend!

My daughter and myself take a weekend getaway once a year and decided Venice was the place this year and picked this property. It was a incredible stay. Nice pool, soft beds and a great place just to stay in pretty much all weekend.

My family had a wonderful time in this rental. The kids loved the pool, the house was very clean, and the owners provided everything you need for a successful stay. The neighborhood was quiet and Michelle was a wonderful hostess.

The property was as described, dog friendliness was a plus. It had everything you needed for your stay, and was close to all the area beaches, make sure if you visit to go shark tooth hunting. The owners were responsive and even went above and beyond to send me links to watch the upcoming hurricane. Hopefully the house and beautiful Venice made it through the hurricane untouched.

We only stayed for a few days but completely enjoyed our trip. The home is beautiful and well worth the cost. The pool 🏊‍♀️ was great and we were very pleased. We only had one minor problem and Michelle responded quickly. It felt like our home while we were there, fantastic experience.

Pictures and description are very accurate with an added bonus of a nice size fenced pet area. Beds were comfy and the house is equipped with every and anything you need, even spices, garbage bags, dish soap, flour, etc. We enjoyed the pool as well as the convenient location. Michelle was very responsive. Would definitely rent again.

Great property. House and pool were spotless. Owners very accommodating, house had everything you could need. Have been down for the last five years and this is our favorite house. My only wish list would be a gas grill. Have not used charcoal over 50 years. God willing, we’ll be back.

Was exactly what we were looking for. We are Florida locals but wanted to spend a couple of days closer to Casperson Beach to have extra time hunting for fossils while the grandparents watch the kids. Typical Florida beach home. Not a 5-star resort, but much better feeling than most beach hotels which just make you feel gross with salt and sand encrusted everywhere. Great for going to and from the beach. Come back to a clean house and private pool to rest up after a hard day of harvesting vitamin D on the beaches.

The house was great perfect location. The listing says that it sleeps 6 but the price is based off of 4 people. You have to pay extra for the 5th and 6th person to stay. Have rented others houses in the past and never had this occur before! Usually the price is based off of the number of people it sleeps. When we informed the owner that there would be 5 of us there she changed us extra for the 5th person a week before we arrived. Then when we were there tried to blame us for the A/C not working properly said it was our fault! We had accidentally left a door cracked open for about 15 minutes ,they wanted to charge us that we caused the A/C to work to hard. Turns out the system was low on freon ( this was determined by an A/C tech). Would not rent form this person again.

Everything about this place was well updated and maintained. We were very happy with the value of this rental and will certainly be back to stay again. The neighborhood is convenient to everything and low key. Looks like many homes in this neighborhood are undergoing some sort of renovation/storm repair. This place is a diamond in all that chaos. The owners thought of everything. We wanted for nothing.

This was a cozy and comfortable home in a location close to beaches, shopping, and restaurants. Felt very clean and fresh when we walked in the door. We didn't want to leave! Loved having the pool to cool off in. Kitchen was great, though we didn't have time to cook. Would definitely stay again!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Sea Grape home in Venice Florida! The owners are very attentive and quick to respond to communications. There was a minor problem with the pool filtration system and they were on site promptly to fix it. The house was very clean and organized. Had everything we needed to enjoy the area or just relax in the nice pool. The fenced in yard was great for our lizard chasing dog and peace of mind for us (since he likes to "explore"). House is close to any shopping/grocery one could want and minutes from many beaches. But, the neighborhood and street were very quiet. We plan to stay there again soon!

The home was very nice and clean. Beds were comfortable too. Loved having our own pool and very quiet neighborhood. We had one incident, but after contacting owners, they were able to remedy the problem in a timely manner. Just wanted to let owners know the beach umbrellas were missing a pole, so couldn’t use at the beach. We would stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Venice, Florida!

The property is as shown. It is in an older neighborhood of Venice and was the best kept house on the block. Some homes are still dealing with hurricaine damage noot this one. Built with concrete and terrazo floors it is ready for the pool, but as we stayed over Christmas with record low temps the pool was only nice to look at. Easy, responsive owner has a Nest and would suggest some control over temperature to occupant. Kitchen had everything and more, the usual utensils but also small items needed for just one use like aluminum foil and sandwich bags were appreciated. TV works well, good easy internet use, showers are good, bed had a qua;lity feel. We are in Venice with family and will use again.

We enjoyed our stay here. Michelle was vey quick to answer any questions we had. We did end up having an issue with the refrigerator making a very loud noise, but Michelle was very quick to get a repair man out to fix it. Kitchen was well stocked and the waffle maker was an added bonus.

The house was lovely, but...the thermostat was an issue for my husband and me. It could only be set between 73-79. I don't think 73 is very cool on any given day much less any day in Florida, but when you come back from a day at the beach hot and sunburned, it's really not comfortable. In addition, the house didn't stay at 73 degrees. If you leave for the day or if you're outside in the pool for any real length of time, the temperature goes back up to 79 and it take 2hrs and 30 minutes to get down to 73. I'm all for saving energy etc but I'd rather pay more per day and be able to control the temperature than to have my air temperature regulated while I'm on vacation. Fortunately there are plenty of fans that really helped. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.
