It’s located in the quiet suburbs of Venice, with just minutes to Sharky’s on the Pier, Venice beach, and many other beaches nearby! Enjoy the gorgeous pool and the wonderful outside patio space, which is peacefully nestled in a private backyard, all fenced in! Our newly renovated kitchen makes meal preparation easy if should you decide to dine in. The rooms are all flooded with light and are decorated in warm, neutral tones. The living room has a 55” Smart TV with live channels, movies, shows, sport, news, and plenty of seating! Your in-house amenities are taken care of! From the bed linen to beach towels, a fully equipped kitchen as well as a washer and dryer, it’s all at the tip of your fingers! — THE PROPERTY — 1,633 sq. Ft. | 3 Bed 2 Full Baths | Screened-in Heated Pool | Kid-Friendly | Perfect for a family getaway, this one-of-a-kind vacation rental is the ideal destination for those seeking their dream-home getaway in Venice, FL! Bedroom 1: Queen Bed | Bedroom 2: Queen Bed | Bedroom 3: 2 twin OUTDOOR LIVING: Pool, gas grill, backyard & patio, garage storage w/ accessible beach chairs & toys. Our beautiful and spacious patio is completely screen covered, ensuring that small animals and insects won’t come in - inviting you to sit, eat, grill, swim, and relax together, or even on your own! The pool is13x32 ft. with a shallow area where you can relax or be a place for small children (only under adult supervision). Heated pool is optional at additional cost - $20/night From November through April, we set the pool water temperature to 88 degrees, however, if the outdoor temperature stays below 70 degrees, the pool temperature may not reach 88 degrees. This was a wonderful family vacation! Everything was clean, organized, and updated. This home is close to the beach, great restaurants, and nearby aquariums. Our two children had a blast in the pool!

Best vacation possibilities: lovely town, beautiful, comfortable, modern, well equipped, clean house with pool. Great location close to everything- the beaches, stores, good restaurants in downtown, parks and famous warm mineral springs lake of North Port. This house had everything we wanted and in a perfect location. It was newly renovated and had a lot of open space. The only thing it lacked was a king size bed and could have had more bath towels. Owners were very quick to respond and the wine left for us was nice! We will definitely stay here again! Thank you Adrian and Elena!

Very nice property. The owners have thought of so many things to make the stay enjoyable- beach chairs, umbrellas, dish detergent, laundry detergent, coffee pods, pool towels, floaties…..
They are also very responsive to any questions and concerns.

Love the scape for the summer
The house is great and have everything that you can need for your vacation.. is located a few min drive from the beach and the Elena &Adrian are great host easy to reach and fast response. This is our second year and definitely will comeback next year.

Spectacular stay!
All we needed was clothes, snorkels and food/drinks. This place was set up to spoil us from the moment we stepped in the door. Played on the gorgeous pool for hours. Ate poolside. Comfy beds. We visit d four beaches close to home. And all while felt comforted by the homeowners along the way. Definitely recommend!

The cleanliness of this place was above and beyond! There was plenty of necessities that all we needed to buy was food. Plenty of beach and pool accessories! Appreciated the reminders from the owner the night before about pool maintenance and taking the trash out. We will absolutely stay here again next time!

Loved the place very nice quite place. House was very equipped with everything you will need for your stay. The only thing I think will need a change is the living room sofa as it is a little to hard to hang out and watch tv. The place is awesome and the owners very nice and easy to get ahold of.

Great time in Venice, Fl
We enjoyed our stay at this property. Loved the open floor plan as well as the cleanliness of the home and property. The kitchen was well stocked and the pool made the trip for us. It was lovely that the owners left a bottle of wine and chocolates for us at check-in. The owners were pleasant and very responsive to our questions. The only issue was the requirement that we launder the bath towels the morning of our departure with check-out being at 10 am. We were fortunate that we drove and were not having to catch an early flight. Having stayed at many other VRBOs in the past, we've never encountered this requirement before as it was always covered under the cleaning fee. Other than that minor issue, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would certainly recommend this property to others.

Comfortable beds, enclosed lanai and heated pool, large fenced area for our Scottish Terrier to roam free. The property managers were very responsive and accommodating. Great Beach House
I was fortunate to be able to spend six weeks at this property. It is a clean and comfortable house in a very quiet and family-oriented neighborhood. I had no issues, and Adrian was responsive and helpful when I had an occasional question. The beach and downtown Venice are about a 10 minute drive, so a vehicle or taxi/car share service are needed for these activities. I would definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises.

My family and I just returned from our vacation. We could not have been happier with our stay. The home is just as it is pictured...renovated and super clean. The owners take a lot of pride in their property and are obviously invested in renters having a top notch experience. We were welcomed to the home with wine and chocolates waiting for us. We had everything we could need provided. Nice Kerrigan machine with a strong-brew setting. If you like firm mattresses, this is your place. Yard and screened in pool were very well maintained. Nice TV's in every room. Modern appliances. Nothing in disrepair. I could live there and feel at home. Quiet neighborhood close to everything. Perfect...Enjoy!

Coming from a traditional Ohio home to this open, warm home was a welcome change for us. Everything was so nice and clean, new and modern! Great location to travel anywhere in Venice and Venice Beach. Our 17 yr. old thrift shop junkee definitely enjoyed traveling around the the 15+ shops we discovered. We didn't make the beach but did see it at Sharkeys and the pool fit the water bill just fine. We usually stay at family in the area but may just have to enjoy our own rental after this great experience! Note: Maybe a plastic 2-quart pitcher to make ice tea - just had to drink the wine! (Ha!Ha!)

The house is only 3.2 miles from the gulf and in a really quite neighborhood. House is all new inside and very clean the pool is very refreshing and clean. The owners are very friendly!
