Falta de limpieza

La ubicación es excelente, la distribución y el tamaño del departamento es ideal, lo suficientemente amplio para sentirse cómodo.

Aunque disfruté de mi estancia, debo admitir que hubo algunos problemas. Lamentablemente, el departamento estaba bastante sucio esta vez. Encontré sábanas con muchas manchas en las camas y la tasa de los baños estaban en mal estado y sucias. Además, la presión del agua era mínima. Los utensilios de cocina también estaban sucios, lo que fue una sorpresa desagradable, especialmente porque mi estancia anterior fue impecable en términos de limpieza. Espero que esto se pueda mejorar para futuras visitas.

Decepcionante

Cerca del centro

Estaba totalmente sucio, el suelo lleno de arena, había un muchísimas cucarachas, el agua de la ducha no tenia presión, los baños se atascaban con facilidad. Pésimo servicio porque lo comunicamos y en lugar de ayudarnos a resolver o cambiarnos, solo nos dijeron que era nuestra culpa por no encontrarnos en el alojamiento cuando estábamos en una excursión. Tuvimos que aguantarnos el asco con los bichos. No lo recomiendo para nada.

La ubicación

Nos iban a entregar un apartamento viejo, con cucarachas, con ropa de cama vieja, almohadas y colchones viejos. No recomiendo este hotel.

the place was big, comfortable, we had a rooftop just for ourselves and a jacuzzi it was really close to the Main Street

Central and convenient location, beautiful accommodations, gracious host--thank you!

Sergio was gracious under pressure, there was a power outage in the area during our check in time and he managed it like a pro! The property was so pretty and the location could not have been better. We are anxious to return and hopefully get a rooftop setting next time!

comfortable, good location, good price

I stayed on Rinconada del Sol. Good location you can walk everywhere. 10 min. sal to the 5th avenue, 15min walk to the beach, a block away from banks and grocery store. Very spacious apartment and you get what’s offered. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms kitchen, balcony, tv, etc. The property administrator was really attentive and kind. He let us park our car inside the garage even after our check out time.

they have a closed underground (very safe) parking garage, and every time you get to the property must get out of your car, look for the staff and ask them to open the garage, didn’t have an issue during the day. The problem was when you get to the property during the evening or night. The ‘guard’ was a kid with an attitude who doesn’t wants to be bothered. On one day It was 7 pm when we came from xel ha (really tired must say) it took us more than 40min to get inside the garage. It wasn’t until I pushed the administrator with multiple calls and messages (it was his day off) that the person in charge of the garage decided to appear.

The apartment was awesome, felt like home once idiosyncracies addressed.

Location was awesome! Ellis was our contact and he was awesome, he did everything he was asked with a smile. We ate bf in apartment everyday - there was no toaster but Ellis made the effort to buy us one - much appreciated! The apartment was reasonably stocked with pots, pans and dishes for the 3 of us. The balcony was awesome and afforded pople watching daily. Building was reasonably quiet, water hot, AC worked great!

The beds were horrendous - we had to go to Walmart and purchase foam and mattress pads to make them sleepable. There were no daily condiments in apartment - salt, pepper, butter, coffee, dish soap, tea towels etc. which all had to be purchased - would be great if they had an option for basics. No english speaking TV, but TV worked :). Door opener to get out of basement garage not at all user friendly - required 2 people, both tall. Lighting not as good as it could have been.

Great place to stay!

very spacious, two balconies, two bathrooms (with hot water!), very good wifi connection, excellent location next to the main street, 5 min walk to the beach and ADO bus station.

no cleaning supplies such as dish soap or a floor brush, no hairdryer. there is a bit of noise from the main street at night, but it didn't bother me.

Great location. 2 bedroom apt is quite spacious.

Master bedroom’s shower did not have curtain. 2nd bedroom bathroom floor has a leakage somewhere as floor is constantly wet.

Good location, need to work on cleanliness

Giselle was at the entrance with my keys, she was very kind and helpful. The apartment had an empty 5 gallon water cooler, should have had something in it. The apartment needs to be cleaned. I got bed bug bites, they need to check the mattress. The shower was good with hot water, the location is good if you want to be near the ADO bus station and about a 10 minute walk to 5th avenue and the beach. Plenty of restaurants nearby.

I would never stay there again.

The apartment itself was very nice. It was spacious and comfortable. When I was finally able to meet with the rental agents, they were nice to deal with, but it was quite a process to get that arranged.

The kitchen needed to be better equipped. There were no pots for cooking, just 2 frying pans. The microwave did not work, the toaster did not work, there was one knife, no dish towels or dish soap. The email letting us know where the apartment was located arrived about 2 hours before we got into Mexico. In that email was the contact information and the address of where we were to be staying. I do not have internet access while travelling, so we arrived at the address that we had which was the rental office, not the apartment and it was closed. Fortunately, the security guard had a friend who knew where the apartment was located, and we managed to get in. It was not a good start to the trip. Housekeeping was hard to arrange. There were several extremely noisy full night parties over the 3 weeks that we were staying at the apartment, and nothing was ever done on the nights of the parties. We were in Mexico to do a very intensive cave diving course, and I ended up withdrawing from the course due to the lack of sleep, I am not happy about it.

Close to the beach with no wifi

- location of the apartment - the size of the apartment - pool place - nice receptionist

- not very clear instructions on how to get a key. They send you an email that you need to pay in the office first. But the office closes at 5 PM. So we went to the apartment directly and there was a receptionist waiting for us. Also for checkout, they sent you instructions with 2 possible ways, saying that they will send you instructions later, but no email at the end. - WIFI was not working. There is plenty of WIFI networks we had a password to almost all of them but only one apartment was working. - rooms where not so clean as we would expect

Spacious rental at a good price with full kitchen and nice pool

Nice size for four people.Great having two bedrooms and two bath rooms. Ample closet space a bonus! Kitchen had panini. Sandwich maker which was a surprise. Our first large container of water was free. It was easy and cheap to refill again. Pool area was pleasant with a hammock and loungers. Large balcony with street view.

Pots and pans needed to be replaced.

Cute apartment greeted with lush greenery

Wonderful location next to the mall, downtown area, and beach. Very spacious and cute interior.

Wasn’t cleaned during our stay or didn’t already have supplies available such as toiletries when we arrived

Nice room but terrible location and service could be better

The apartment was nicely organised, modern with style and the rooftop swimming pool was amazing. The cleanliness was really good.

The location was a surprise. Advertised as in the city centre, you end up paying taxi around to find out the location being 42 street away in COLOSIO. (Not the best area to be at night). We asked for washing liquid for the kitchen (to clean the provided ustensiles) and told it wasn’t included. When asking for drinkable water we were told as well that it wasn’t included and had to pay it ourselves. When we did our booking the lady told us the room was available and when we wanted to confirm told us it wasn’t available anymore. They offered another room (again in COLOSIO) and wanted to charge extra. We found an agreement but everything dealing with them is not as easy as you would wish.

Maintenance man was great and spoke English. We had a ten day rental and maids came in half way through our stay and did a great job. So many great places to eat in this area! Walk to Mega store or the beach from here. Covid tests right around the corner.

Booked an apartment with balcony online and was told by property agent that none were available AFTER getting to the property. Management company handles many properties and they post photos on website that might not even be units at the building they put you in. Once you check in, you never see or hear from the property agent again.
