Situated in Pensacola Beach, this attractive house for $646 per night is a great option for your next trip. Sunshine Beach House is a 3 bedroom 2 bath single family cottage (sleeps 8) on Pensacola Beach just waiting for your arrival. With only steps from public access to Santa Rosa Sound (on the north side) and a short jaunt to the Gulf of Mexico (on the south side), you have the best of both beaches! The house is cozy (990 square feet) and the kitchen is well stocked. Don't forget the private heated pool (no charge for up to 6 hours of heat per day), regulation size sand volleyball court, and charcoal grill. Beach chairs and towels are provided also. You will love hanging out on the back deck that extends the entire length of the house. We have a super fast Internet connection (1 gigabyte download) and a streaming Roku television in each bedroom and the living room. We DO NOT CHARGE A CLEANING FEE or ask for you to do any crazy chores. NEW front and back yard landscaping completed January 2024. See the last photo for what it now looks like! Bring your family, friends and pets to enjoy all that Pensacola Beach has to offer at the Sunshine Beach House. By the way, we also own and rent the blue house next door at 1202 Panferio Drive (VRBO 2358460) if you need more space!

I cannot say enough about this place. It surpassed my expectations. Rob, the owner, was more than gracious when I texted him every day about something or other. The house was set up nicely with the bedrooms down the hall from the living area which was nice for those who wanted to sleep in. The pool was super clean and Rob was nice enough to turn the heater on for us. The washer and dryer worked great. The front porch is covered and is perfect for your morning coffee. The swinging bench by the pool was a nice relaxing spot. PROS: excellent pool, great location/views, clean beds and house, nicely stocked pool floats and accessories, excellent communication from the owner CONS: Burrs in the backyard made it impossible to enjoy (they kept getting stuck in the dog's paws and our shoes), it would've been nice to have the other queen bed in the bigger bedroom - getting around that tiny room was a bit hard but I'm just being picky. Loved this house and would definitely come back!

The property was immaculate, adorably decorated, and was equipped with everything we could’ve possibly needed! The backyard is an awesome place to hang out, with the beautiful pool and “Love Island” style daybed!! The Gulf was a super short walk— and absolutely breathtaking — also, Rob was a great and communicative host— we will definitely be back!!

I was very happy with our stay this week. The facility was nice and the pool was awesome. I will say however that the water was a little warm in the pool. The only negatives I would mention was that there were some type of flies in the living room and there was a rat that ran the fence line at night at night, otherwise our stay way wonderful.

Great spot for a small family reunion over Father’s Day weekend. Walking distance to sound and ocean side beaches. Close to shops. Cool pool with volleyball court. All were big hits! Thanks again!

Traveling with a dog is a challenge. It was so nice to have everything we needed right there. Our dog got to experience the ocean for the first time. We had a wonderful relaxing stay. When we were feeling too lazy to pack up and go to the beach, the pool was right there! There is also a lovely swing by the pool. Such a great spot to chil.

Great place and great owner. The house was perfect for our little family. Perfect pool for a little one - he loved climbing onto the shallow part and jumping into the pool. The outside areas are great for relaxing and enjoying the weather. Owner very responsive with any concerns that arise during the process. Loved this place, would definitely go again.

This property is in a perfect location! Easy ~3 minute walk to the beach and has an amazing outdoor pool. It comes fully equipped with everything you could need for the beach and pool. The house is everything that is pictured. It was very comfortable for the 3 of us and could easily accommodate more people. The host, Rob, did check ins to make sure everything was as needed and expected. Would definitely stay here again.

My daughter wanted to take our youngest dog to the beach for her last spring break in college. It was going to be 4 of us and then we added 2 more people. So we ended up with 6 adults and 2 dogs. Rob the owner was great with his communication. The place was in a great location, great neighborhood but the house is in my opinion too small for for 6 adults. It does sleep that many people and technically more if you want to sleep on the sleeper sofa. I loved the place but just sharing that I think best for a family of 4 or less or 2 adults and 4 kids. The pool was heated and great. Thanks

We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation in Florida! The house was perfect and exceeded our expectations. It was very clean and had everything we needed to complete our stay including kids games, pack n play, beach items, etc. The pool is heated and was an added bonus of the house. The house feels very secluded and private, but only a few minutes from grocery stores, restaurants, etc. The hosts were very informative from the time of booking all the way through our stay. We will definitely try to come back and stay at the Crystal Beach Paradise again in the future! Perfect house for a large family or group of families to stay!

Property was very clean with great location and great outdoor space. The house was within 3 blocks of beach with walkway to beach adjoining the property. Great front porch that overlooks the sound. The backyard has a great pool, sand volleyball court, bed swing, nice pool furniture, great lower patio and upper deck. outdoor shower and storage that is full of beach chairs, floats, etc.. House was on small size, but is more than adequate for 6 adults. The rooms were overall very quiet (sound proofed) with comfortable beds. Kitchen was well appointed with full complement of cooking ware, dishes, utensils, etc. Rob the host was also very responsive. Rob made it out to the house to help out with TV that was not working correctly (Bad HDMI cable) within 30 minutes of reaching out to him and he had TV back working almost immediately. Very happy with our choice of this property.

Awesome property, situated right down the street from our competition venue. The pool was incredible especially since there was a large emergence of jellies during our stay, which waylaid the beach for us for day. Overall a great experience.

Eight of us traveled to Pensacola for 5 days of fun and sun. Overall we were pleased with our stay. Pros: location, access to beaches, pool was definitely a bonus, beds were comfortable, patio seating, volleyball net, owner response time Cons: only 7 forks and six beach towels, had to buy laundry soap, coffee filters and ice, cookware needs updated, grass/weeds overtaking the yard (including the volleyball area), many lamps had no light bulbs, broken beach toys need to be discarded.... overall just felt like the property needed a little TLC but we made it work and had a good time!
