Newly renovated in January 2021! Beautiful 5 bedroom 3 bath 2nd level Beach home 30 Second Walk to the Sand with Pool Table and Oversized 2 Car Garage. The home includes 5 Queen Sized Beds, 1 in each of the 5 Rooms with an en-suite bath in the Master. Home includes a Smart TV with Cable & WiFi, Propane BBQ, Washer and Dryer, Linens, Beach/Bath Towels, Boogie Boards, Beach Chairs/Toys/Umbrella, and 4 Bicycles. Home professionally managed by Tower 17 Properties located in Newport Beach CA. The space 5 BEDROOM 3 BATH SECOND LEVEL HOME This 2nd Level home has an oversized great room equipt with a Pool Table, Dining Room Table, Seating Area with Smart TV, gas fireplace, and attached Balcony with BBQ. Bedroom 1 - 2nd Floor Queen Bed Bedroom 2 - 2nd Floor Queen Bed These two bedrooms are closest to the living room area and share bathroom 1 which has a Blue Vanity and Standup Shower. Bedroom 3 - 2nd Floor Queen Bed Bedroom 4 - 2nd Floor Queen Bed These two bedrooms are in the middle of the home and share bathroom 2 with the shower and separate oversized tub. Bedroom 5 - 2nd Floor King Bed w/ Private Ensuite Located at the back of the property overlooking the lower home's (apt B) backyard. This Bedroom is furthest from the living room/kitchen area and comes equipped with a fireplace and ensuite bath. The ensuite has a standup shower with a decorative teal tile stripe and a rock tile floor pan. HOME LOCATION This property is centrally located on 51st Street North of Newport Pier. You can walk or ride bikes anywhere on the peninsula from this home. The best thing about this location is that you are a 5-15 minute walk to over 20+ restaurants, shopping, the balboa fun zone, boat rentals, all while staying at the beach. For those of you with kids, West Newport Park is just a few blocks away with basketball, tennis, and racketball courts along with a full playground making this home an ideal location for families. IMPORTANT HOME NOTES: - Upon completion of reservation tenants will be required to comply with the HOUSE RULES (including additional rules) outlined in our online Advertisement. Please review prior to submitting your booking. -Tenants will be held responsible for any/all penalties and fines incurred during their stay as well as loss of rental revenue resulting from the suspension or revocation of the Property City Lodging Permit. - Upon arrival, the guest will be greeted by a staff member to verify identification matching the primary reservation holder. The primary reservation holder must be present throughout the duration of the reservation. Everything about the property was excellent. Great location, clean and had plenty of spacd for our group of 10. Beds were a little firm but other than that small critique everything was great. Would definitely stay here again!

The house is very well located. 1 block from the sand.
Unfortunately the day when we arrived very strong cannabis smell received us. My daughter and grand son must to sleep in a hotel the first night.
One of the beds have a couple of little ticks between the sheets. A guest was stung the second night.

The Newport beach house was perfect for our whole family getaway. Instead of doing gifts this year for Christmas, we decided to vacation together instead. This five bedroom house was perfect for our family with both grandparents, mom, dad, aunt, uncle, two kids, and a dog. There was a bed for everyone and we slept comfortably. Everyone enjoyed the pool table. The house was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The best part was that it was within walking distance of the beach. We loved it and can't wait to be back.

Tower 17 treated us well! They were responsive and friendly. Everything as promised. The property needs updating but price reflects finishes. Just be aware that it’s very clean just outdated. Will rent again from them.

Amazing location to the beach (1 block away), restaurants, and coffee shops. We were in town for business and needed a quiet spot to relax and this house did its job. The house was clean, stocked full of towels, had bikes and beach toys to use, and overall was everything we needed for our two night stay. We had ample room for 6 adults, and the instructions to everything were incredibly easy and clear. If you are in Newport and want a clean house in a GREAT location, this is the one for you!

We loved our stay
We had the best week with friends and family here. The house was all updated with beautiful bathrooms and a nice kitchen to at ease fully stocked. We loved having the pool table there for downtime and the garage was full of beach supplies and bikes which was an added bonus!

The property is great. Only problem was The beds …… they need to be replaced. Really really broken down mattresses and very creaky. Sorry to complain but everyone was very disappointed with the beds.

- provide more steps to open the door
- get bathroom door locks checked
- since the parking garage is shared between Unit A and B, put some sign board to indicate the same so that there is no confusion. Also, put some lines on the garage floor that can help residents park car within the allocated space... just a suggestion.
- put WiFi booster

Nice place until Bedtime

Great location
This place is in a great location for easy access to the beach. Having some beach supplies saved us some packing too. The rental management company people were friendly and helpful also. Some things in the house could use some maintenance and touch ups.

Over all the house is nice. The parking is ample but also confusing, lots of rules. The house could have provided more basic household items like paper towels trash bags and basic spices/condiments.
Very close to the sand and friendly neighborhood. The bikes are old but work great. I would recommend the addition of a Bluetooth speaker.

House was amazing time here was great so close to the water. Host had great communication everything that was listed was there and any time questions were had host responded fast.

Let me start by stating that we understand that the COVID-19 pandemic has made it hard for everyone. That being said, VRBO and Tower 17 Properties and Management did not make anything easier.To make it clear for everyone trying to plan a holiday in a pandemic, even a stay-at-home order from the state of California did NOT allow us to cancel our reservation and get our money back. Get insurance, and good luck claiming. I get it - the travel industry has been impacted greatly during this time, so I understand the resistance to cancel reservations, despite it bringing a risk to the community that the vacation rentals are located. Putting that aside, there were quite a few things that were frustrated about our stay:There was construction for more than half the stay (over a week). No one let us know this was going to be happening beforehand. Saws, pounding, and drills could be heard all day - including Christmas day. The garage door power had been intermittent. Bad, in case of emergency. The furnace wouldn’t stay on, despite the reading on the thermostat being lower than the set temperature (75 all schedule). It got down to a reading of 65 in the middle of the house (the ends of the house were much colder) and still wouldn’t turn on in the evenings. Unplugging and replugging the furnace seemed to kick start it into running a cycle, it usually would stop after the single cycle. The management came to take a look at it once, and said the furnace was tripping a reset button, and said they would send someone to fix it. No one ever came (3+ days).The oven stopped working several times. Once, it wouldn’t respond to button pushes, once it gave a service error. We had to pull the oven out, unplug and replug it in order to use the oven. The dishwasher is not secured. It tilts back and forth depending on whether it's open or not which seems unsafe.The pillows are pretty yellowed under their covers. It’s actually quite gross. There is termite damage in the ceiling near the front door. If you notice little wood pellets (not quite like sand, but looks similar), look around for a tiny bore hole. We notified the managers, and it should be fixed sooner rather than later for the structural safety of the house.We talked to them in person about all of these, Their solution was a $60 gift card to a restaurant. In person and on the phone, the staff is nice, but it didn’t make up for any of their actions before and during our stay. Good luck..

Spectacular and spacious
We enjoyed 5 days in this beautiful Newport home for a family reunion. My daughter counted how many steps it took to get to the sand and I think she counted 86 with her little legs. We loved how easy it was to get to the ocean and play on the shore. The area is chill, definitely not too busy. Just a short bike ride down to the pier to be in the hustle and bustle. The home feels cozy and updated with plenty of room for everyone. I didn’t think we would use the pool table much, but it became a great source of entertainment! I really enjoyed how the front of the house has big sliding doors facing the coast allowing that wonderful sea breeze to gently fill the living room.
Now to be critical...
Cleanliness was a slight issue. The home overall feels clean and modern, but we had a bed that seemed like the sheets were never washed after the previous tenant. The sheets had many dark hairs. We asked for some new sheets. We had a hard time with some of the dishes and available kitchen accessories. We felt the need to wash everything before using it the first time because they just didn’t look clean. The kitchen could use more cohesive dinnerware. The pots and pans have lots of scratches on the nonstick surface. Measuring cups and spoons would’ve been nice.
Overall, we really enjoyed our time in Newport. Many happy memories made to last a lifetime. I would absolutely stay here again!

We didnt expect this place to be huge with enough rooms and bathrooms, great amenities and best of all great time to commune with nature and its beauty. We have also great time sitting around the fireplace with my daughter on her guitar singing and having fun, everyone is filled with joy on this weekend away from home. Thank you so much!!!

Amazing stay!
Great location, steps away from the beach. The home was very clean and had everything you would need. Communication was great between the property owners. Overall, we enjoyed our weekend at this property.

The perfect Thanksgiving!
I have been renting in Newport Beach for years! With this year being so crazy, we decided to stay within California for Thanksgiving. I have never used tower 12 management, but I will definitely use them again and again! They were so helpful and the property was gorgeous. Their communication was spot on and they were very accommodating! I would definitely recommend this home and any home that they manage! Here looking forward to booking our next trip!

Perfect for a Family
This location was everything it was advertised and more! I brought my four children, elderly mother, daughter in law and two grandchildren. There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone! The location to the beach was superb! My oldest daughter rode one of the bikes to Huntington Beach pier, and it was a highlight. Bathrooms were renovated and clean. The trip and stay were seamless! I was pleasantly surprised to find pack and play and high chair for toddler. Location to fashion island was also a bonus as my family enjoys shopping! I will stay here in future visits! A Beach Lover’s Delight
This was our first experience with a VRBO and delighted we found a house that was beautifully and comfortably furnished with a nautical theme throughout. But what made it especially wonderful was it’s close proximity to the beach and restaurants, the abundance of beach toys, chairs and towels available to use, the spaciousness of the house and the quietness of the neighborhood. Kristen was extremely helpful, responsive and delightful to work with. All of us loved everything about this property and would highly recommend it to other families.

Perfect spot near the beach and plenty to do all day long
This place has a great updated charm and everything you need to cook, grill, sleep, chill out, and play some pool. Even found the closet with Halloween costumes and that was a wild hour of fun.

This was perfect for 10 people. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Bathrooms are updated and very nice. Love the super short walk to the beach. Kids enjoyed the pool table.
