Other features of this upscale and tropical styled vacation rental unit include a microwave and dishwasher, along with all the dishes, pots and utensils needed to prepare and serve meals. The main bath includes a Jacuzzi tub, walk-in shower, and twin sinks. Each bedroom and the living room have TVs and DVD players. Things to Know Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Issues with check in on first night stay, got canceled due to repairs and had to wait to check in next day and find another place to stay. Issues with arm bands not in room, issues with door code twice. Met the actual owners who were super sweet and helpful. Overflow parking is way to far away …. Nice room with beautiful view.

Beautiful beach but too many issues with condo and complex! Be ready for NO parking, long waits on only 1 elevator working in complex, no hand soaps in bathrooms and make sure to take several light bulbs. Condo was clean but had multiple issues and numerous lights out, water leaks under two sinks and only 2 pool bands in condo when we arrived.

The only issue we had was the washer and dryer was unplugged. We didn’t know if we should use it or not with it being unplugged and when you stay somewhere for 4 days it’s nights to wash some stuff if needed. Everything was excellent.

The location, size and cleanliness of the condo was fantastic. There were a few issues with a cabinet door coming off, an almost immovable glass door to the balcony and very little provided in terms of kitchen and cleaning supplies. Not even salt and pepper. Overall, we would definitely recommend and return it back in the area!

We loved staying at this property! It was so clean and had plenty of room for our family of 8. It was also nice to be walking distance to a couple of restaurants. Highly recommend staying here!

Condo has the most BEAUTIFUL view! You can sleep with the balcony door open and listen to the ocean wave on the beach and sleep so peaceful. Great location and beaches are the best. Has plenty of room for a family with shopping and restaurants around. We will be back!

smoke alarm beeping - oven door broken & balcony screen door broken, off and set to the side of balcony called as soon as checked in to have someone shut smoke alarm off -- no one showed for two hours - had to call back someone finally showed --- so I was there waiting for almost 4 hours -- not happy!

This condo was perfect for our vacation! We loved having three full bathrooms. The size was perfect and we loved the layout with each bedroom having it’s own private space. The kitchen was nicely equipped with any necessities needed. Also the ice maker at the wet bar was amazing for filling our cooler for the beach each day! The ocean view was great from the balcony! We also enjoyed the location being in walking distance to Flora Bama and to a cute ice cream shop that is located across the street from the condo. The beach was so nice and not crowded in this area! Highly recommend this condo!

The location was great and the condo was spacious and nice. The wifi was terrible so we had to use our data the whole trip but that wasn't our biggest concern. Friday early afternoon a pipe bursts and the whole building was out of water for 8 hours. Although this was not something anyone could have controlled, it was very inconvenient because our group of 6 adults were unable to get ready for our dinner plans. For a short getaway, it really made a big difference. Other than that, we would recommend this unit.
