There are spa amenities such as Epsom salt, face masks, makeup remover, and hair dryers. Luxury linens, towels and bathrobes are included along with a wide selection of cleaning supplies such as laundry soap and fabric softener. A full S'mores set is ready for the firepit, along with wood and fire starters. There is a cabinet full of games and outdoor games. We also include a bottle of wine for your stay, as well as bottles of water, many coffee options, sweeteners and creamers. The primary bedroom has 1 king bed with a private bath. There is a shower and soaking tub. It is peaceful and comfy with luxury linens, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hairdryer and many amenities. Robes are available in the primary closet. The middle bedroom is cozy with luxury linens. There are 2 queen beds for sleeping, a seating chair, hooks, luggage rack, and luggage hanging cart with hangers. The back bedroom is lovely with pretty windows and luxury linens. There is 1 queen bed and 1 twin XL bed. There is a seating chair and closet with room for hanging clothes. All bedrooms and living room have a smart tv with YouTubeTV and Netflix accounts provided. Personal accounts can also be used. There is a shared bath for the middle and back bedrooms with a shower. The vanity is separate from the bathroom providing for multiple guests to get ready simultaneously.

My sisters and I took my mom to Magnolia to celebrate her 75th birthday. The house was perfect with every little detail thought through. The location could not have been better and Jody was an amazing host and could not have been more helpful and accommodating to our needs!!

We had so much fun staying at Urban Myrtle! It was so cute and decorated beautifully. It’s probably the cleanest VRBO I’ve stayed in. The amenities were very high end and you could tell the owner really put a lot of thought into what her guests would need and want. We’ll definitely be back!

The Urban Myrtle is exactly as its listing and more! It’s perfect for a fun weekend at the Silos, as well as everything Waco has to offer. My family and I highly recommend this house. It’s comfortable and all the extra amenities were a nice surprise.

Everything about this place was perfect. The hosts thought of everything and more. There were so many extra touches to the place, then add that the location is excellent, house is super clean and cozy and the beds were over the top comfortable. I would recommend this place 100% and would love to stay again.

We celebrated our sister's 60th birthday in this cozy, "Magnolia style home. It is walking distance to the Silos which was very convenient for dropping off shopping bags! However, we did need more counter space for all the bakery boxes!! LOL! It was honestly a perfect spot for us.

We really enjoyed our time at Urban Myrtle. The decorations in the fois were adorable and it felt clean for our the night stay. There is a nice big backyard with a fire pit, although we did not partake due to the 100+ degree heat. We were so close to many of the new attractions in downtown Waco. It was so easy to get around from there. I would highly recommend!

This was the perfect house for our stay in Waco. We chose it because it is within a block of the Silo’s so we walked over. This house is one of the best appointed homes we have stayed in. They put a lot of thought into every detail and amenity and created a very comfortable home.
This was perfect for us with the master suite at the front of the house and the two guest rooms in the back with a shared bathroom. If you have two couples in the guest rooms you will have a separate shower and toilet room and share a vanity in the space between. It worked great for us and would be great for a family. Plenty of space.

The home was as beautiful as the pictures. Plenty of space and each room was very nicely decorated. There was everything you could need and very thoughtful touches throughout. Coming from Canada, we would definitely visit the Urban Myrtle again! ☺️

For someone wanting to hit the top sites in Waco this place was the best. Proximity to Magnolia, downtown sites, the Riverwalk, Baylor, shopping, eating, etc...it had it all. Super cute decor and plenty of space for a family of 6. All the detailed touches to take it over the top too.

The property was amazing. Newly renovated and nothing was overlooked! Located a short walk from the Silos, the house was easy to get to and had restaurants within walking distance. Not to mention, the home was decorated so beautifully! Beds were very comfortable, bathrooms functional and beautiful! And bonus was the "old school" turntable with some great albums! Loved everything about it!

We loved staying here! We came into town for the sole purpose of visiting the silos and fell in love with the home’s location and interior design. Each room was thoughtfully decorated, like someone’s home would be. There is no detail forgotten. From their artisan soaps to collection of coffee, we felt well taken care of. The silos are just few steps from the house, which made it easy to rest after a long day. This will be the house that we come to from now on. A truly special experience!

Best VRBO I have ever stayed in. The location was perfect for visiting Magnolia Farms. The products in the home for shower and bath were amazing! The smores kit was such a cool touch! And don't get me started on the décor!!! My mom and I absolutely loved the house and if we ever come to Waco this is where we will stay!

We loved Urban Myrtle! This house is well designed, and was stocked with several local products, coffee, & even drinks in the fridge. My kids loved the smores kit! Beautiful decor, yet also very comfortable for group of 8. Perfect location for walking to Magnolia & the Silos plus the Dr. Pepper Museum (which was a bonus for us!).

The house was beautifully decorated and had some amazing updates. It was also well stocked, more than any house I have stayed in before. They included so many things that made it feel really special. The back porch was great for visiting with a glass of wine. The bedding was so soft and comfortable. We were able to walk to Magnolia and several other restaurants for dinner. We will definitely be back!

There were 6 of us and we decided to stay here due to its location proximity to the silo’s. It is a great location, so close to magnolia and many other shops/restaurants. The house has everything we needed from soap and shampoo/conditioner, keurig with a selection of pods to umbrellas for those rainy days you’ll be walking around. The hosts were great with several suggestions of what to see and do and where to eat. The one, very minor thing, I had trouble with was the coded door lock. I had to press the buttons just right for it to work correctly but other than that it’s a great place to stay and would definitely stay there again and highly recommend for any kind of trip you might be taking to Waco.

We wanted a place within walking distance to Magnolia that had a home feel. My daughters wanted to enjoy family time a d play board games. We enjoyed all of the extras that were sprinkled throughout. The specialized natural lotions and soaps were a nice touch. A great place and really a good extra safety that you can pull your car into the fenced area.

This whole property experience has been Wonderful!! The owners were so gracious and accommodating from booking thru checking out! The house was perfect! Well stocked and so intentional with every detail 😊 The beds were comfortable, as well as the seating in the main room. Being within walking distance to so many places was a plus! We booked a weekend for our office staff to come to Waco to see why we love coming here so much! The Urban Myrtle in downtown Waco was the perfect spot!
One of the best rentals I have ever been in! David and Lisa have thought of EVERYTHING! There was no detail left undone! The decor, furnishings inside and out were just impeccable. The amenities are for too many to even begin to list! The location is a personal favorite as I too have a condo downtown and I love seeing what others are doing to make this area the best of the best!
