Home was very clean and the kids loved the game room. The beds were comfortable and parking was very convenient in this neighborhood. We had several cars and everyone was able to park right out front. Great weekend!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house has something for everyone of all ages! It was clean, well decorated, and had the basic necessities. There were plenty of towels and wash clothes for the entire family, and it was stocked with pool towels as well! The house is within walking distance to stores, and just minutes from the theme parks. Whatever concerns we had during our stay was answered promptly!! We enjoyed our stay and will definitely rent with Casiola again!!

Nice home. No complaints besides distance from home to the neighborhood amenities. We did not spend time at the neighborhood center due to large crowds so did not affect our stay.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family had a great time at the Casiola rental. However, the house needed mats when we come out of the shower, the patio and grill needs to be a lot cleaner, and there was a broken chair/game at the house.

The house is misleadingly advertised as a 9 bdrm/6 bathroom when it only has 5 bathrooms. This was a major disappointment as I reserved the house a year in advance and would NOT have chosen this house had I known that 3 couples were going to have to share 1 bathroom. Several of the TV's were not connected to anything and one did not work at all. I called the rental agency to report the missing bathroom and broken tvs and was told they'd call me back and send someone out. They never did. If the house would have had a 6th bathroom it would have been near perfect. There was ample parking, the decor was beautiful, the furnishings were comfortable and the location was close to shopping and major attractions. Everyone enjoyed the pool and the kids loved the gameroom.

Experience

While the property was very nice, there were many things that were wrong with the home. The freezer was broken, 2 of the chairs were broken and someone fell off of one, one of the common room televisions did not even work and when we tried to fix it there was no cable box even connected to it. We also reached out to the property owner to come fix these things and it took a day and a half for them to send someone resulting in us losing everything in the freezer.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a rough start due to Covid 19, but we made it through. Working with and mentoring 33 young boys through football and academics got us to the 2020 AYF Championship and we won for the 3rd time in a row. We had 17 boys that stayed at the house which was a treat for them as well as an experience being as most of our boys live in public housing. The experience was a delight. Next time I will pay in advance to have the pool heated.

The house was absolutely beautiful and spacious..Arcade room was fun.. Nice neighborhood..But we had a few issues, the refrigerator was nasty on arrival.. we had to clean with bleach!! The floors had obviously not been swept or mopped..There were stains on the carpet in living room and the curtains were dingy with stains. We asked for pool heat, it never worked..I was refunded for the pool heat after departure.. The ice maker never worked..I called and left messages daily being told someone would call me back.. Someone did call but it was on the day of departure because we were late checking out due to flight changes!!! The only time someone called was to basically ask why we were still there and I called daily throughout our stay sometimes twice a day with no call back!! Then they charged me for the late check out with all the issues unresolved.. So nice house but poor communication

This home is great for a large family. I think if you do have kids I would suggest moving some of decor into a closet. The decor is beautiful in the home all of the ladies took away ideas. Please make sure you add on the heated pool otherwise the jacuzzi will not get hot either. Everything is big and spacious. This house also had the best location Sams, Walmart and target are all under 3 miles away
