We stayed for 2 nights traveling through from Homer to Healy. We wished we had time to stay longer! Very comfortable and we loved having the ability to wash our clothes during our trip. The kitchen had everything we needed and we loved evenings on the deck. We had a slight hiccup with check in, the battery in the lock was dead but Jacob came immediately and fixed it. I highly recommend this property.

First,we were stunned by the exterior of this cabin. They are beautiful when you pull up & set the expectations high. Second, we went inside & it just kept getting better! These cabins are so well made & a cozy, home away from home. We loved having a kitchen & washer/dryer. The bed was unbelievable, so comfortable! The bathroom was its own closed off area to keep it private. The only thing we said could change was adding TV’s & the WiFi didn’t work very well. We were unbothered by both of these since we didn’t spend much time in the cabin anyways. We will definitely be staying here again when we go back to Alaska!

This was an amazing stay. The cabin was nicely supplied. Throughly enjoyed the bear skin on the wall. Peaceful and serene. Would definitely recommend this place!!!

We stayed 9 nights and couldn’t be happier with this property. Great communication with the owner, all things were as described. Very cute and cozy, not too far from town. Loved it !

Amazing cabin... it was all in the details. The owners thought about every single detail. High quality towels, washing detergent, extra paper towels, garbage bags, zip locks, coffee and so much more! This VRBO by far exceeded all of my expectations and was the most well thought out cabin I have stayed in. Thank you!

This is a genuine log cabin. Cozy, comfortable and clean. Had all the amenities you need. Even with the other cabins in close proximity, no it was still peaceful and quiet. Just a few minutes to Soldotna. Loved our stay! Note: for those wanting to work from the cabin and need internet, the WiFi is great but the internet is pretty slow.

We stayed in the Bear Cabin and it was beyond wonderful!!! The communication with Jacob was awesome and the cabin was just as listed! I can’t say enough wonderful things about this cabin! The cabin was super clean, the grounds were very well kept and it was very easy to get to! We can’t wait to go back!!

Great little cabin in a great location. Close to town but not too close. The three cabins are situated too close together for my comfort, but fortunately the neighbors were courteous. Great for a couple... Much too small for 4 people unless two are children.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It was clean, quiet, and very well maintained. He had all of the things we needed. It is a little ways off the main road, but that didn't bother us at all. We would highly recommend this place.

Perfect location. Clean. Accurate description. Many unmentioned amenities. Having the washer and dryer allowed us to pack lighter so we could bring more fish home. We absolutely loved this property and hope to use it again when we go back to Alaska. Thank you for such excellent service.

We really enjoyed our stay at Bear Cabin #1. The location was great; close to fishing, sightseeing and groceries. The cabin was perfect for our 6 day stay in Alaska. Can’t wait to come back next year.
