The apartment was completely dirty, there was sand everywhere, I had to sweep the floor several times to be able to walk around barefoot. The rug is full of people’s hairs, it’s disgusting. And they ask you to do the dishes and take out the trash before you leave, that's not polite to ask when someone is on vacation and paying a cleaning fee. And after all, why would I clean for them if they didn't clean for me? I do not recommend this place, you can find better places in Fort Lauderdale for even lower prices.

I really like the location. it was quaint. it feels safe walking by yourself and you don’t have to be bothered by the hustle and bustle of other parts of the city. it was a good value for the money and suited my needs. right down the street from the beach, across from the intracoastal. it’s within walking distance to places you can grab food, coffee, etc. the hotel also supplies basics like shampoo and conditioner, coffee supplies (but bring your own coffee because they didn’t have that.) you can also use your streaming services if you want to watch tv.

I would suggest some curtains, as the room gets very bright early with the sun coming up. it didn’t overly bother me but I can see how it would be disruptive to someone hoping to sleep in on vacation after a night out or something. and the ac was on 73 but it never really cools the room to that temperature. (I am normally freezing in a room at 73 when I’m at rest.) a normal ac I keep on 75 and it felt colder than this room for reference. it caused me to wake up a little sweaty. I’m thinking this is an issue that could also be addressed by some curtains. I don’t like it too cold so it was ok. but I can see this being an issue for someone coming from a cooler climate. I’m not a high maintenance girl so these things didn’t really upset my stay and all in all it was a nice quiet little place. I just thought this info might be useful for staff or future guests.

The bed was very comfortable and she provided beach chairs and towels for free. There was also sunscreen left under the sink, not sure if that was provided by her or left from a past customer but it was useful.

There was sand in the sheets of the bed, and when we called asking for fresh sheets or simply coins and detergent to wash them ourselves, she got extremely defensive, said that she had a video of housekeeping cleaning the sheets, and made us wait until the following day to provide a new bottom sheet. Additionally, the TV did not work because the plug was three pronged, but one of the prongs broke off of the plug and was lodged into an outlet. This was a dangerous fire hazard and frustrating to not have a functioning TV. Additionally, there was a very large cockroach in the bathroom. The view out the window is someones car, covered by a tarp, in a fenced enclosure. The walls are extremely thin so it is easy to hear the people around you. And the description lists a stovetop, but in actuality there was only a single-burner camp stove available. The pictures of the room were inaccurate, as they included a carpet on the floor, a bed frame, a lamp, and a lounging chair. None of those items were actually in the room when we got there, and the bed was about one foot off the ground.

We liked the location. It was quiet and close to the beach

The AC was pretty loud but fortunately we could turn it off at night and just use the fan. Only 1 chair in front of our Unit and a bit worn. I think a hard plastic Adirondack, would be easy to clean and the arm rest would serve well to place a coffee, so a table would not be necessary. With a hole drilled thru the leg they can be secured with a long wire cord attached to the deck and they can be moved but not stolen. Just an idea.

Very nice location and clean.

check out time is too early, plus there is no place to leave ur luggage after checking out.

The parking, location and also the room with a small kitchenette. There were beach chairs and towels available for use. A laundry for the guests.

Communication with manager was slow, doesn't pick up the phone during business hours.

Property was not a representation of the images or reviews. Booked and paid for 2 nights,stayed for 1 night. Property needs a major renovation. Owner asked us to empty out the trash. The bed and sofa were worn out!

Very loud air conditioning unit outside the window, impossible to sleep without earplugs! Very early check out at 10am even though I asked to check out later which I never had a problem with before. No luggage storage

Didn’t enjoy emails asking me to clean after myself when I am paying for a cleaning fee. Sent several emails trying to communicate with a property manager and never got a response which force forced me to call Booking.com and have to wait for to be able to speak to somebody.

Very quaint! Cool little place very close to beach and many restaurants! Well worth it! Will visit again for sure and refer All!!!

Everything was great!

Near the beach. Price was great specially we stayed during NYE.

Weak wifi.. however we were there to enjoy the beach no to stay connected online all time.
