Summary: Kiwi's Cottage is part of Villas D’Amico, a family-owned collection of 3 newly renovated apartments just one block from the beach, located next to Wildwood Crest, and now part of the Turtle Getaways premier vacation properties. Spacious apartments include full kitchen, Queen Master Bedroom and a set of twin beds in second bedroom. Enjoy internet, AC and free street parking. Family friendly neighborhood with easy access to beach and boardwalk next to Wildwood Crest. Kiwi's Cottage has a private porch with chairs for enjoying your morning coffee or evening people watching. Pets are welcome, please review our house rules for more details. Seasonal and monthly rentals include bike and beach accessory storage. The Space: Patio and grill available for all guests to enjoy. We have added a washer/dryer in the common area for our guests to use during their stay. Guest Access: Our property manager, Denise, greets our guests to acquaint them with the property and parking. You will receive a door code for use during your stay. The Neighborhood: Family friendly residential neighborhood with easy access to beach and boardwalk one block from Wildwood Crest Getting Around: Kiwi's Cottage is in walking distance to restaurants, amusements rides on the boardwalk, and to the beach. We are a short drive to Cape May and other shore communities. Other Things to Note: Check our website for all the local attractions in Wildwood and the surrounding communities.

My husband and our dog loved our stay. The location couldn’t be any better if you want to be near the beach. Great area for leisurely biking and running. The hosts were very friendly and let us use the beach chairs and umbrella! Very enjoyable place to vacation.

We had such a great time at Kiwi cottage! Checking in with Denise was super easy and the fact that parking was included was a huge help. Denise went above and beyond by lending us a beach cart so we could carry all our things down to the beach, beach towels, and even a tupperware container so we could bring fruit to the beach. The location of the cottage was perfect. It’s only a couple blocks from the beach and walking distance to nearby restaurants and bars. We met a couple of the neighbors who were all friendly and helpful. When we came back from the beach after having checked out, they even let us rinse the sand off with the hose in the driveway before we started our drive home. Overall a great visit and would love to come back!

We had a marvelous time. Ate breakfast at the Marcus diner and lunch on the boards. The owners are right next door and are helpful without imposing. My dog was comfortable and relaxed. I would definitely recommend a stay!!!!

This house was just perfect, immaculate & comfortable, and a very short walk took you to the ocean and boardwalk. Everything necessary was provided to make your stay as stress free as possible. The front porch was heaven! We sat there every morning and evening and in-between when we could. And having a driveway to park in made it so easy to go out and know you had a place to park when you returned. This has to be one of the best places I've stayed at and would return without question.

Great property! Our second visit. Would definitely come again. One of cleanest places I’ve visited. Very friendly property manager and neighbors. Very welcoming. Appreciated that they had beach equipment even though we had brought our own.

Was a peaceful little home to come back to after a day in the busy town of Wildwoods. Kitchen was well stocked with items for cooking basic meals and there was plenty of linen provided. The hosts of the property were very generous with providing beach equipment/gear for the stay. Kiwis Cottage was the perfect home away from home for my family.

Great location, friendly neighborhood, neighbors & property manager. Perfect little porch for morning coffee. We parked the car and walked everywhere for the long weekend. Highly recommend this perfect getaway for anyone looking for a sweet escape!

There was very little kitchen supplies like trash bags, Saran Wrap, cooking supplies,. Also the oven is very antiquated. Would have preferred a more updated kitchen. There were also 3 cats at our door every morning begging for food. It was very disturbing. I felt bad for them although I am not a cat lover.

This place is an awesome place to stay. Close to everything you need, people are great, and very clean and cute cottage. Denise was very welcoming when we got there and made us feel at home right away! We really appreciated the washer and dryer.. thank you for making our vacation relaxing! Denise greeted us upon arrival and gave us a quick tour of the beautiful property. Decorated very cute with whimsical seaside themes. The property was very clean and full of amenities that we didn't expect.

This cute little place was perfect for our family of 3. A family of 4 would also work well. Everything was very clean. The location was great. Darcy was very nice and responds quickly. I would stay here again. Cvs and acme are also walking distance. There’s also a great Italian restaurant (little Italy) that is also walking distance. I recommend this property.

Cute Cottage
This was the perfect place to stay for the two of us. The location was in a nice and quiet area, which we appreciated. About a 30 minute walk to Morey’s Pier, which was pretty toasty in the sun, but all in all, we were happy

Awesome place
We strongly recommend this place. The place is good for a small group say 4-5. Our owner was very hospitable. She greeted us when we arrived, explained every key aspect, and took care of all our request such as using drier, utensils. We loved the neighbors too. Very friendly vibes all over the place. Location is great as the boardwalk is few minutes walk. Parking is not an issue. We will go again there!

Very Cute!
Cute apartment and super nice people. Loved that it included linens and the snacks were a nice touch. We did not care for Wildwood but we had fun at our nearby family reunion in Stone Harbor. Our property manager was very responsive.

All the kids called to thank me and tell me how much they loved the space. Very clean, great location and amenities. The property manager, Denise, was an absolute gem. As a mom, no matter how old my son is, I am always going to worry and want him and his friends safe. Denise made sure of it by checking in with them regularly, providing me with peace of mind for their entire stay. It was so greatly appreciated and the kids loved her! We will definitely be renting again! Love Love Love the house.

Nice location
Place was in a good location for our trip and was very clean. Host and property manager were very nice and acocmmodating. Cons: Bed and couch very uncomfortable! Couch very small and difficult to sit on to enjoy watching TV or lounging in cottage during inclimate weather. Would not recommend for more than 2 people secondary to that and no real room to hang out together as a family unless you were to sit on the floor. Also shower pressure was very poor. And toilet paper cheap and hard.

The property couldn’t be located in a better location. Walking distance to beach, restaurants, and ice cream. The on-site property managers were awesome.
