Located in Lake Placid, this charming house for $686 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. The Lake Placid Club Boat House Residences consists of 3 luxury vacation rentals located directly on Mirror Lake across from Main Street, Lake Placid. These newly renovated residences were a popular restaurant for years prior to this conversion and opened as Vacation Rentals July 20, 2020. Lake Placid Club Boat House Residences 5 has 5 bedrooms and 4 baths and is located on the bottom floor of the building. This residence boasts a private deck overlooking Mirror Lake and the Lake Placid Club beach, one of the best places to experience stunning Adirondack sunsets. The large modern kitchen, great room and dining area overhang the lake with spectacular lake and mountain views. This property gives the effect of staying on a houseboat, as one can hear the lake water flowing under the floor. The kitchen is finished with granite counters and stainless steel appliances. This residence consists of 4 king bedrooms and one 2 twins bedroom. Three of the king bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. The other 2 bedrooms share a bath. One can combine the Lake Placid Club Boat House Residences and rent the entire building Residences 3, 4 and 5 for a total of 12 bedrooms! The Lake Placid Club Boat House Residences share a beautiful beach with guests of the Crowne Plaza. The beach is available the last weekend in June through Labor Day weekend Sunday 10:30am-6:30pm. The rest of the time the private beach is for the sole use of the Lake Placid Club Boat House Residences, however the kayaks and chaise lounges are not available when the beach is closed. The Historic Lake Placid Club boasts 45 holes of Championship Golf, extensive mountain biking and cross-country skiing trail systems. The Lake Placid Club Boat House Residences are operated by the Crowne Plaza Hotel and guests may enjoy our indoor pool and hot tub, as well as fitness facilities, located ½ mile from the Boat House. We do not allow parties or events. Noise audible outside the Property (including music or loud conversation) is prohibited between 9 p.m. and 9 a.m. While we provide an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags to get you through the first 24 hours, we recommend you bring the following: toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, napkins, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, and anything else you may need for the perfect vacation. CHECK IN IS 4:00PM and CHECK OUT IS 10:00AM. We will contact you on the day of arrival with the door code as soon as the rental is ready.

The property was perfect. Everything we needed was in the unit and the view was breathtaking. Being on the water we enjoyed watching the fish jump and ducks and birds passing by.

Lovely property, right on the water. Walking distance to everything and enjoy the beach right outside your door. Lots to do in the area and Mirror Lake is beautiful. We rented for a couple of days some paddle boards but there are free kayaks available. It's hotel ready, so bring everything else (not even salt or garbage bags included) Very highly recommended.

The renting process was easy, convenient, very straight forward. We had been to Lake Placid and Mirror Lake multiple times but this was our first opportunity to go for vacation-only (no hockey or lacrosse tournaments involved)! The perfect location and vibe for our active family of 6. We probably could have easily stayed in the upper unit but with no one else on property at the time; it was perfect. I say all of this in that dealing with Ray the property manager made it so easy. The front desk gal at Crowne Plaza could use some training on working with customers of the property. Just a few minor service adjustments would make it a 10. She was the only major negative in an otherwise perfect stay enjoying golf at Whiteface, dinner and drinks at Players, Jimmy’s, Zig Zags, Lake Placid Brewing Co, Lisa G’s, the Upstairs, 46 Sandwich’s, Dancing Bear, spa and dinner at Mirror Lake Inn, renting a boat with Captain Marney, going on the Lake Placid boat tour, and much more!! We will be back! Hopefully sooner than later!! ♥️

The apartment is all newly renovated. Clean and spacious. But the best part is the location. Right on Mirror lake with amazing views. Located away from the hustle of the downtown. We had a great time and would love to come back!

Brief moments in paradise
The renting process was easy, convenient, very straight forward. Wow, this place is beautiful!! It was just perfect for our family and friend's family. We all could have our own room. The view of mirror lake was incredible. So beautiful and extremely relaxing as we had no neighbors the time of our visit.

Wow, this place is beautiful!! It was just perfect for our family and friend's family. We all could have our own room. The view of mirror lake was incredible. So beautiful and extremely relaxing as we had no neighbors the time of our visit.

The rental has five bedrooms and four bathrooms and was recently updated, and everything was spotless. The kitchen is open to the living room area with a table that sits eight. There is a view of the lake from every bedroom. It is located opposite the village in a quiet neighborhood but within walking distance of many restaurants, pubs, and stores. From the rental one may walk a 2.7 mile loop around the lake through the village. The sunsets are spectacular and after dark the lights from across the lake are reflected on the water.
