This 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom townhouse sleeps 8 with a king bed, two queen beds, and a bunk bed. There are high-end finishes throughout in this new townhouse including a gourmet kitchen, beautiful bathrooms, private laundry and a private garage. There is a private deck and a private patio with a hot tub. Take advantage of the nearby shuttle stop that will have you anywhere within the resort in just minutes, or take the half mile walking and biking path to River Run Village. Guests of The Alders have access to the shared pool and hot tubs at Dakota Lodge in River Run Village. The entryway offers a bench for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. Head upstairs to the main living area that features a flat screen TV above a beautiful gas fireplace with stone surround. The gourmet kitchen features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Just off the living area is a private deck, sit back and enjoy the fresh mountain air with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features custom cabinetry, stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The dining area seats eight with three additional seats at the breakfast bar. The first of three bathrooms is just off the main living area and has a single sink vanity with granite countertops and a walk-in shower. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. A washer and dryer are located on the main level also. The master bedroom is also on the main level. It features a king-sized bed, a flat screen TV, and beautiful mountain views from the window. The en suite bathroom has double sinks with granite countertops and a high-end walk-in steam shower with tile surround and a bench. Downstairs are two guest bedrooms and a den. The den features a flat screen TV and a comfortable leather sofa, chair, and ottoman. Take advantage of the walk-out patio with beautiful views and a private hot tub. There is a guest bathroom downstairs and it has a vanity with granite countertops and a shower/tub combination. The first guest bedroom has a queen-sized bed with its own access to the patio. The second guest bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bunk bed. **Ultra-premium Linens and Ivory White Bedding** This property has been upgraded with ultra-premium linens and ivory white bedding. Property was perfect for our family! Very clean and had everything we needed. Close to tons of activities and in the perfect location. Safe to walk around and easy to get to shops at Keystone. Would definitely recommend this property and hope to come back ourselves!

Check in/departure info was clear and there was great communication between the host and I. House was clean and fully stocked with everything we needed. Location is great. Right on Keystone, but within 15-20 mins of Loveland and Arapahoe Basin as well.

Property was very clean and nice, just as expected from the pictures.
Neighborhood is quiet, not busy. Walking access to hiking trails (saw moose near by), biking trails, and River Run. Cool mountain air and great getaway from the busy city life.
Enjoyed the hot tub.
Would definitely recommend.

The Alders #72 Townhome was absolutely perfect. It was clean, comfortable and located in a wonderful area. The beds were great. The steam shower was an added bonus. The community is very quite. The property management service provided prompt service when we needed them.

Pros: This is a very nice place with lovely artwork, nice finishes, and a well stocked kitchen. The bedding is also very nice, much better than an average vacation rental.
Cons: There is no broom in this unit, which is absurd. There is a dustpan, but no broom. The main living area is all wood flooring, so after several days--with kids--cooking 3 meals a day, including Thanksgiving dinner, the floor was filthy! I reached out to SCMR about getting a broom and their response was that a broom is not typically included and to try the vacuum. Ridiculous. And, yes, we tried the vacuum since it was so bad, but it was not effective and the filthy floor drove us crazy. Also, the flooring, especially in the kitchen is unbelievably creaky. This doesn't sound like a big deal, but it was so loud it woke people up! Lastly, the hot tub was a cold tub. It did not work for our entire stay and despite reaching out to SCMR it was never fixed. This was a huge disappointment as we chose this unit specifically for the private hot tub and then never got to use it.
Overall-while this unit looks very nice, we were put off enough by the little things that we would not choose to stay here again. We've stayed in other Keystone rentals that we much preferred.

Wonderful! This condo had so much space! Three adult couples had room to cook, relax (2 living rooms), and sleep (1 king bedroom, 2 queen bedrooms). The hot tub was a great way to end a day of skiing. It's one of the most spacious, well-equipped, clean condos we've rented and we would definitely rent again.

This is a GREAT property. It’s very clean, well appointed, and has good management. The management was always responsive and did everything possible to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. We stayed for a week and there was even a mid-week check-up on the hot tub to ensure it was clean, working properly, and had plenty of water.
The only negatives of the property if I had to look for any are that we could have used a few more towels and the heating was hard to regulate. There were 5 of us staying and, between the hot tub and showers after, there weren’t enough towels to use one to dry off after the hot tub and a separate one for after the shower. The radiant heating felt great on your feet; unfortunately, it wasn’t easy to control. Despite being set to 63, it would heat the rooms to over 70. The management did send a service technician to check it and he did make some adjustments. A few days later, we had the same issue again. We never reported the issue back to management because it was just as easy to turn the heated floors off. Despite it being 2 degrees outside, it never really got cold inside (with the floors off)… again, those are the only negatives if I had to REALLY try finding any. We all loved this place!
We never walked to River Run or took the shuttle, although two shuttle stops are very close to this property. As my wife and mother-in-law did not snow-ski, we just had them drop us off at the gondola everyday via the paid parking lot… No walk = great ski trip!
When we go back to Keystone, this location will definitely be the one we want to rent again. It’s just hard to beat!

The house was the perfect peaceful getaway for our mini-moon. The location is just close enough to restaurants and activities, but far enough away to be enjoyable. We would stay again with a larger group during season.

Alders #72 is in a good location with a few hiking trails nearby. It's also within walking distance to Keystone village which is nice. The unit was nice overall, but the wood floors were very squeaky which was annoying and woke up people in the downstairs bedrooms. The blackout shades in the bedrooms aren't wide enough so they let in a decent amount of light. This wouldn't be an issue in the winter when the days are short, but in the summer it's annoying. The view from the hot tub was nice, but it's right along the bike path. The unit has a garage, but no garage door opener so you have to manually open/close the garage door from the wall unit if you want to park in the garage. That's not really an issue in the summer, but it would suck if you rented this unit in the winter expecting to be able to easily pull into the garage to stay out of the snow. The couches were very comfortable, and the TVs were all smart TVs so you could watch your Netflix and other streaming services. The main pillows were pretty uncomfortable (way too thick), but luckily they had different pillows in the closet which were much better. The automatic shades in the living room should be re-zoned. The zone grouping doesn't make any sense. There should be a zone to close just the west facing shades so that you can block out the harsh afternoon sun in the summer while still having a view out to the north. Alders #72 is a nice unit, and with a few tweaks (fixing squeaky floors, better blackout shades, etc) it could be a fantastic unit.
