We stayed for a few days over winter break. The house is great and location is super convenient! I was able to get back and forth to Cranmore Mountain in 6 minutes to pickup kids from ski school. Nice basements for the kids to play in as well.

This cabin was a lovely space to relax.

The cabin is beautiful and spacious. It feels secluded enough but is also very close to anything you could need- grocery stores, outlets, restaurants, etc. everything from checking in to requesting late check out was seamless and convenient. We would definitely stay again next time we are in the area!

We couldn’t cook because dirty oven kept setting off smoke alarm. Fridge door broken, wouldn’t seal so kept making loud noises as it tried to cool down. We had to keep our bedroom door closed to block the sound. However the bedroom floor(or door) was warped and made loud noises when used so we heard loud noises anyhow whenever we left the room. Games were missing pieces, dishes chipped, broken glass in chandelier and the 10 digit door code was practically impossible to open in the few seconds allowed to enter it. I texted Vacasa when we arrived that we couldn’t unlock the door but it took them so long to respond we finally unlocked after numerous attempts. I also notified Vacasa of the oven issue during our stay with no response. This place is over priced for the quality of the stay.

A lovely setting in North Conway with a layout that suited our family of 5. Plenty of sleeping space, nice open concept area, and bonus finished basement gameroom.
The cabin was a great base for our adventures this summer.

The stay started with the batteries in the door lock dead and unable to operate. After going back and forth with Vacasa someone finally texted so that I could get the code for the back-up lockbox. It was a lot of time outside the house waiting. It allowed us to see the terrible shape of the exterior with paint peeling off the deck, rotten wood, and a very poor appearance. Very frustrating.
Upon entry we discovered a broken bathroom sink faucet. After being there for a bit we discovered that not a single TV remote worked. The walls and interior were very worn with peeling paint, damaged wood and most concerning was a section of damaged wood flooring on which I cut my foot. All of these concerns were photo documented and sent to the rental company.
Beautiful area, but the house looks NOTHING like the online listing. Don’t waste your money here.

My husband and I stayed at this quaint little home. It was clean and ready for us to use. When we first arrived we could not see the house number as it blended in with the tree it was on and a bit above eyesight. Once we were there we didn't miss it again. It did snow. There was salt to put on the stairs and a shovel if needed. We explored town and the shops. We were there between ski season and spring season, so not much to do. We did get much needed rest and time away from work and home

Had a great experience. The house was as described, very clean, and spacious. The game room was great and allowed for privacy for another guest. Great location. The check in process had a hiccup but it was resolved quickly. My only gripe is that there were no basic spices, salt and pepper and sugar, in the kitchen, which are pretty common things. Other than that, it was great. Highly recommend.

Great location and home! My only complaints are that the entry way was not properly cleared or salted making it very difficult to navigate safely in and out of the home and also the remote controls for the tvs did not work. We had to download Roku app to conte TVs.

Location is great, house was a big enough size for our family but was not overly thrilled. House smells like smoke the second you walk in and it’s a smell that does not go away. Sheets smelled as if they were left in the washer overnight. We have stayed many places in the white mountains and this would be my least favorite. Would not rent again.

My husband and I really really love this little place I’m so glad we found it! It is in a really convenient location, Walmart and the local Hannaford‘s grocery store is maybe a five minute drive and all of the other Touristy type things are also super close. It’s in a perfect central location. I cannot stress the natural beauty of this place enough. We walked down to the brook every day and it was just beautiful. You had everything you need in the house to prepare meals as well so we didn’t have to eat out. It felt very safe and private and I also noticed they fixed issues others had complained about in previous reviews. There is now a TV in the living room along with blinds for privacy. While I’m not trying to complain about the beds, because that really is a personal preference , I will say if you have any back or neck issues the bed in the master is kind of on the hard side so plan accordingly for that. Otherwise absolutely perfect stay. ❤️❤️

The property was as pictured. Great for our family of two adults and 6 teens. Plenty of room and close to town and ski mountains. Would definitely recommend.

The property itself was great. Negatives: We had to wait over and hour to get into the property (an hour after the check-in time) due to the cleaning team still being there - we waited in our cars at the property for an hour. When we got in, The pillow cases on the bed were clearly not changed- multiple black hairs left on them.
Overall disappointed with the housekeeping.
The property itself was nice and as advertised. Great location.

The kitchen was well outfitted to prepare our Thanksgiving meal.
The linens & towels were if not brand new, then pretty new. We enjoyed the game room and all the boardgames. Also the fire pit and grill. The spaces were comfortable and functional.
The basement/game room bathroom was a bit small, but perfectly clean.
We needed some slight maintenance done, and it was addressed very promptly.
A creek passes through the back of the property and there is a very nice seating area by the water. The property is also a few minutes away from the trailhead for the hike to Pudding Pond.
The town center is only a few minutes away by car and is charming.
We had a very enjoyable stay.

The house was clean snd well appointed.

The house was beautiful and the creek in the back was amazing, much better than we were expecting. However there is no AC.. it’s august and we are 2 families of 4 with small children. The kids were so miserably hot in the very upstairs bedroom that they all ended up sleeping on the floor in the living room so we could use fans and keep the screen doors open. I know bears aren’t likely to come up the deck but also not out of the realm of possibility. Both sets of parents were extremely hot and uncomfortable at night and neither of us slept well. Also there’s no tv in the main living space which meant we all had to gather in a bedroom to watch a movie and the bedrooms were hot as hell. I would definitely stay here again but I would avoid this place like the plague during the hottest summer months, lol or plan ahead and bring 3+ window ac units with you! Other than the heat situation the house was fantastic.

We had a great time hiking in the area. The house was fantastic: clean, updated with everything well thought through. We loved the hiking trails starting literally behind the house along the brook and could walk around the residential streets at night. I would definitely return. Booking through Vacasa was an excellent idea - we had all the information we needed on the Vacasa app and all questions we could think of where already answered for us.

Property was perfect for our week in North Conway. I'll admit this Texas family freaked out when we realized there was no AC but once we opened the windows and a cold beer, all was well. The patio, firepit and creek were bonuses. We VRBO couple times a year during trips and reviews are exceptionally helpful to me so here are my 2cents--
North Conway is a great little town. Definitely go to nearby sites like Cathedral Ledge, Dianna's Bath, covered bridges, Bear Notch Rd in White Mountain National Forest, Kancamagus Byway, hike on Appalachian Trail, drive up the Mt Washington Summit Road, ATV in Gorham, drive to Trapp Family (Sound of Music) Lodge and Brewery in Stowe, VT, drive to Kennebunkport, ME.
Hannaford's Grocery Store was perfect ~ cook outside on the grill, enjoy smores on the firepit and play pool in basement (would have been nice to have 2 poolsticks).
Restaurants in North Conway we enjoyed: Moat Mountain Smokehouse, Sea Dog Brew Pub, Bavarian Chocolate Haus.
Only Negative Remark: Vacasa crew could have cleaned the outdoor area better -- patio table dirty, 2 broken glasses and debris on lower level.
Highly recommend this cabin. We would stay here again.

This home really exceeded our expectations in many ways and we would definitely stay here again! The brook was way more beautiful and deep than we were expecting. The fire pit was perfection, and the home has extra matches and lighters which helped since ours was dead. The beds were really comfortable and the entire place was spotless. The kitchen had everything we needed. The location is tucked away in the woods next to that wonderful brook but so close to town as well. Just be aware there is no TV in the living room and there is no AC. There are a lot of fans, but it definitely got warm during the hot days not having AC, and we do wish we could have watched the news together as a family in the living room. Not a big deal and overall the place is really incredible and relaxing!

Overall this property was cute & served our needs. Couple things to note, the outside of the property could definitely use some updates. I did report that the deck had a hole in the wood so that needs repair.. Additionally there are no real guidelines on where trash can be disposed of so we ended up taking ours home - not convenient at all. Lastly we noticed there is no TV in the living area space, but being able to sit outside by the little fire pit & hear the stream was definitely a plus.

Making Lemonade out of Lemons
Due to high-risk reasons, my family and I had to spend the school year 2020-2021 as fully virtual/remote learners but wanted to create an experience for our 11 and 13-year old that would get them through a winter without friends and outside learning how to ski at Cranmore Mountain. We found this fabulous home to rent from January-March and it has been AMAZING!!! I cannot say enough about this property. For starters the location is perfect! 5 minutes to Cranmore, 3 minutes to town, 1 minute to snowshoeing and hiking trails yet tucked away in the most beautiful wooded area with a happy creek in the backyard. When it snows the trees remain covered for weeks and it is just spectacular to wake up to every morning. There is a large deck, grill, and fire pit in the back for those warmer days. The home itself is cozy yet has plenty of room to fit your family. The pictures are very accurate. The lofted main room is great with a kitchen that has everything you need. Beds are very comfy, linens are provided. The downstairs "basement" is really a whole other space to enjoy with a pool table, foosball table, beanbag chairs, TV, an additional bed, and a separate bathroom for guests to spread out. If we needed anything (which we haven't once...there are local people available at a moment's notice). We will definitely be back...almost makes me wish for another year of remote learning. Haha...just kidding. THANK YOU ARTIST BROOK ESCAPE for providing one of the most memorable experiences we've had as a family.

Perfect Holiday family getaway!!
This property was a perfectly cozy spot for our Holiday family ski vacation. Home was very well kept. We loved the game room downstairs! Very close to Cranmore Mountain skiing!

Nice place for a get away!
We liked the game room, the fully stocked kitchen, the fire pit and the location. The brook behind the place was a great treat!
The deck could use a coat of stain to make it more appealing.

Nice quiet getaway.
The house is very cute and situated in a quiet part of North Conway. The nearby brook was very relaxing and the campfire pit was great, too. Window blinds in the living room would have been nice, but the place was still pretty awesome even without them.

Great location!
This house was in a great location. It was in a very quiet area but still only 5 minutes to town. Directly behind it was a creek that the kids enjoyed walking to. The house was nicely appointed and well stocked with kitchen and bathroom essentials.
