Located in Lake Gaston, this lovely house for $681 per night is a great choice for your next trip. A serene, lake house dream…beautifully furnished, great views. Newly built, immaculate, and so serene. This sweet vacation home sleeps 12 and comes with peaceful vibes and breathtaking views. It has everything you could ask for, plus warm feelings of nostalgia that you didn’t know you needed. Outside, the flat lot is perfect for yard games with a quick, easy stroll to the boathouse where you will enjoy spectacular, expansive views of the main lake. As the first house in a cove off the main lake, you will enjoy protective water paired with immediate access to the main lake. Water depth is 4 to 5 feet directly off the dock. It is only a few minutes boat ride to the Eaton Ferry Bridge and popular restaurants on the water. You can enjoy a gorgeous sunrise with your coffee on the double-bay boathouse with sundeck, ready to hold one boat or jet ski (in a 19’ by 10.5’ bay with 5,000 pound capacity), along with provided kayak and standup paddleboard. When you need a break from the water, you can relax in the screened-in porch with brand new patio furniture, one of the 2 smaller open patios, or at the primitive firepit where you can roast marshmallows and view the stars…our favorite nighttime activity! Inside, you will find a stylishly decorated interior with gorgeous new bathrooms, a large family room, well-stocked open kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 1 bunk room sleeping 6 with additional play area perfect for kids, and more. During your stay, enjoy activities such as boating, swimming, water skiing, wake boarding, wake surfing, restaurants, biking, hiking, fishing, golfing, wineries, and more. Better than the beach….it is a perfect spot for family and friends. Two-three families with kids, a ladies get away, a gentlemen’s fishing trip, or a romantic retreat awaits you. Second Floor (3 Bedrooms, 1 Bathroom) Bedroom 1: Queen Bed, 2 nightstands, large dresser, flat screen smart TV, closet and remote-control ceiling fan. This room is quite large and is a great space for anyone needing a pack and play. Bedroom 2: Queen Bed, 2 nightstands, small dresser, and remote-control ceiling fan. No closet. Smaller of the upstairs bedrooms with incredible view of the lake. Bedroom 3 (Bunkroom/Playroom): 2 set of bunk beds including full size beds on bottom and twins on top, sleeping a total of 6. Perfect for kids or adults with regular, quality mattresses. 2 small closets, small dresser, and small cubby area with beanbags for watching the flat screen smart tv. DVD, toys, and games. Bathroom: Bathtub, shower, double sink, plenty of storage, cathedral ceiling, and large window with lots of light. Boathouse: Double bay with lifts: One bay is always in use, but the other is available for your boat or rental. Dock on side: partially covered, for space in and out of the sun. 10-12 plastic Adirondacks for you to move easily as you wish. Sundeck: accessible by spiral staircase. 4 loungers on top. Aluminum ladder: at dock edge to enter and exit the water. Neighborhood boat launch: super close, only 1/8th of a mile away. Toys: Kayak and standup paddle board for your use. Bring your own floats and boat toys. Fishing: pretty good right off the dock. Lake Gaston is well-known for its great fishing with more than 30 species including large-mouth bass, striped bass, catfish, crappie and bluegill. Other Notes: Depth is 4-5 feet at end of dock. We recommend bumpers for your boat. Use of dock and lift is at your own risk. Bring your own life vests, water toys, water shoes, and fishing gear. I stayed here with my family for our annual summer vacation and I’m so glad we chose this property! The house itself was beautiful and had a great piece of property on the lake. Being able to use the boat lift was awesome, and we had lots of dock room for other water toys. Overall we had a great time and would definitely stay again!

By far the best vacation weve ever had!!! The house was perfect, the location even better. Family of 11 had no issues. Mark and Bradi were awesome. The only problem was that we didnt stay long enough. We will be booking again for sure.

House was beautiful, clean, well stocked, kid friendly. Short walk across grass to boathouse and lake, full of life jackets, floats, everything you could need for a fun water day. Owners were easy to contact and responsive. Would definitely recommend to others.

Great view and location on the lake. The home was very accommodating and very well stocked. The owners not only opened their beautiful home to us but also provided us with outdoor equipment ie: kayaks, paddleboards and cornhole that made for a relaxing and fun week. If you can't relax and have fun at this home you're not doing it correct!!

We met family here for a mini-reunion and had a wonderful and relaxing weekend. The lake is beautiful, the house is very comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked with all the tools you might need. FYI - if you have a bigger boat the neighborhood boat ramp might not work for you, but the closest marina is only a $5 ramp fee.

We have always been beach goers but wanted to try something different this year and we’re so glad we did! Heading to Lake Gaston was completely new for us, but the provided welcome packet was detailed and well-organized which eliminated all guess work! The home was clean, stocked, and the furniture was so comfortable. The included linens and bath towels made for one less thing to worry about, and the Roku TVs throughout made it easy to entertain the little ones when necessary. We loved the yard and play area and were thrilled with the convenience of walking down to the dock and spending our day in the water. It was wonderful not having to set up and break down our belongings each day like at the beach. The location on the lake was also amazing. We noticed some houses were nestled far back in the cove and imagined that being more difficult to swim out and play. We have two young daughters (5.5 & 2.5) and this made water play enjoyable for all of us! We can’t recommend this place enough and hope to return next summer.

We made some great memories with our family and best friends on this vacation. The house is gorgeous and so comfortable. We cooked every night in the beautiful, fully-equipped kitchen. We enjoyed taking our boat out and relaxing and swimming just steps from the back door. The lake was so quiet and peaceful. The owners were friendly, attentive and responsive. We will definitely come back, and will highly recommend this wonderful place to our family and friends!

This house has everything you need for a great vacation! It's super clean. The beds were very comfortable. The instant hot water was amazing after coming in to get cleaned up after a day outside. It's location is great. It's in a beautiful wide part of the lake which was ideal when paddle boarding, jet skiing, wake boarding or any activities. The host was very responsive, always answering my emails, most times within 30 minutes. I highly recommend staying at this house!

Amazing stay at a great property

First time at Lake Gaston and everyone was impressed with the lake and property. House was beautifully decorated, well-equipped and clean. Plenty of room for seven adults and three kids. Spent majority of time on the lake or at the boat house using kayak, paddle boards or swimming and fishing off the dock. Beds were a bit small if used to king size mattress but adequate and comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with equipment and utensils. Owner was very responsive and accommodating. Would highly recommend Lake Gaston and this property.

We had a great joint family trip (2 sets of parents with one little one each). The bedroom arrangement worked out great, with two guest bedrooms side by side, then a kids room on the other end of the top floor and owner's suite in the first floor. Very modern and clean.

Our family had such a wonderful getaway at this property! My kids loved waking up every morning to the deer and grey Heron, followed by a morning of fishing (had some great luck with small mouth bass right off the dock), and relaxing on the water. The proximity to Eaton Ferry Marina, the grocery store, and restaurants was perfect. The swing and corn hole were a hit with the kids. We will definitely be going again!!

It was our first time at Lake Gaston & we absolutely loved it. The home was beautiful, clean & perfect for fishing. We kayaked, SUP & played lots of corn hole. The backyard was spacious & plenty of room for the kids to play. The swing was also a hit with our bunch. Thanks for memories! We will definitely be back.
