This 3 bedroom, 2 bath home has room for six people on 10 private acres with easy access from Ski Road in Allenspark. Walk to restaurants. Lots of hiking nearby- only 10 minutes from the Wild Basin entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park. But with the view off the deck, you may not want to leave the house. Fast wireless internet and Dish TV included (2 flat screen tvs). Bedding includes 2 queen beds and 2 twin beds. Special winter rates! The property is easy to access & the road and driveway are regularly plowed. However, 4WD/AWD are recommend and sometimes required for travel in the area. Enjoy snowshoeing and skiing nearby.

We enjoyed our stay. Well insulated, cozy, well-stocked with basic supplies, and great hospitality. We were met with a nice welcome basket. Great sunset views in the winter. Beautiful meadow and great view of open space.

Beautiful view, peaceful. Granddaughters did not want to leave. We were able to celebrate Thanksgiving in the most peaceful setting. This will become a new tradition in our family. We didn't see any wildlife but we did get to watch the snow come in and the 'glitter' snow was gorgeous.

Lovely home that met all our needs as well as a great view out of the large windows. We enjoyed the daily turkey viewing as well as a coyote. We were close to the national park and enjoyed the drive towards Estes Park too. Good hiking close by. Perfect weather and viewing the elk in the area was a bonus!

Our friends group really enjoyed the property and its convenient location relative to Denver and RMNP. The home was easy to locate, very clean and welcoming, and everything worked as it should. We really enjoyed sitting on the deck in the evenings and grilling our dinners under the stars. The pictures do not do justice to the view from the deck/living room. The only thing to be aware of is the bathrooms and fixtures are very compact and may not be easy to use for folks with mobility issues.

Our family loved the home and porch. A bull elk wandered by one late afternoon, and star gazing from the deck was amazing! Great base for wonderful nearby hikes and horseback riding in and around RMNP. Two local eateries were great, and crystal water fillup station was a pleasant surprise. We’re already missing the small meadow, stands of aspen and scenic mountain views.

Our first impression was awesome location because it was secluded. The house was clean and had a homey feel to it. It was exactly what was advertised. We would absolutely stay there again! We saw dear and a coyote. We highly recommend this property for your next getaway.

This property is perfectly set up for relaxing and enjoying the beauty of Colorado. You are located close to all the things “Estes Park” and RMNP. It is the perfect location. We enjoyed our stay there tremendously. Even watched a young moose from the back deck on our last night!!

This home is wonderfully appointed! We could not have asked for a better place to stay. The home is quiet and private. There was a sweet welcome basket that greeted us after our long journey with delicious wine and snacks. If you get the opportunity to stay here you are most definitely going to want to come back! We spent the majority of our time hiking in Rocky Mountain National Park which is really close and it was so nice to return to this cozy home in the evenings.

This is a wonderful property. It is located on ~10acres of land in Allenspark. The cabin is wonderful with a full kitchen, deck, a view that is amazing, and the ability to explore, sled, and watch animals right out the back window. We made 3 sled runs on different spots during our stay. What a wonderful place. The host is great and very helpful. We'll be looking for this one again in the future....

Loved this cabin. It is in a wonderfully secluded location, so if you're looking for some peace and quiet this is a good place to start. Easy access to Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park.

The views from the home are beautiful. We saw moose as soon as we pulled down the drive! The owners were great about plowing the drive as it snowed every day we were there. We simply didn’t do enough research regarding the actual location of the property/city of Allenspark, as it truly is a drive to get anywhere, which wasn’t ideal with two impatient teenagers. The owners had a lovely basket of local goodies, which was a great surprise. Should just my husband and I return to the area, we would absolutely stay at this property again!

The owners (Laura) was exceptionally accommodating and helpful with any questions we had before and during the stay. The view of the mountains from the home was incredible. The place was exceptionally clean and stocked with everything we needed. We will definitely come back!

This house is amazing. The pictures don’t do it justice. The property is so beautiful, the house is well decorated, maintained and super clean. Checkin was really easy. The hosts are responsive. You feel like you are in a home, not a managed property. There are games and puzzles for the kids. Kitchen is well equipped. Waking up in the morning, the view is just beautiful. It is a short distance to Estes, but far enough away. We didn’t want to leave.

We love RMNP and this cabin provides the perfect location to access both Indian Peaks trails and National Park trails. Not too far from Estes but far enough to get away from the crowds. Cabin is cozy and welcoming with a great view!

We LOVE this home! Very private and quiet, with wildlife walking through the private meadow. Large windows with amazing views anytime of the day. The home is clean and well maintained. We had no issues, but the owner is very friendly and responsive so I can’t imagine that any problems would not be addressed. We had an amazing stay. We will definitely come back again. 😁
